The staff was excellent. Room was clean. Unfortunately it was also in the middle of a remodel. Covers missing from electrical outlets, old rusty fixtures mixed with new bathroom mirror and TVs. Would not recommend until renovations are complete.

Best room ever for a budget stay. Great Staff!

I stayed 2 nights for field work. This was the best room I have stayed for budget motels. I was very pleased. When I travel for drone work, I usually shop price as long as I feel safe. My room at EconoLodge was absolutely wonderful. The coffee in the lobby was good and they offer hot waffles for those needing breakfast. Just an overall great experience. If I go back to Canton to do more work I will definitely stay here. The room was large, clean and pretty updated. You won't be disappointed.

The room was clean and pleasant although one lamp did not work. The breakfast consisted of a bottle of orange sugar water, two small muffins in a package, and coffee. The so-called creamer was powdered.

Not Hot Water at the time i was in the room. I got the manager this morning and he fixed it. But i was not able to shower. He did offer me to go back to the room and shower but i was already dressed and had to leave.

The tv was all snow. He said he would have to troubleshoot it. The tub was not clean he said they had just been working on the tub. I took a picture. But the water was not hot so i could not use it anyway.

The staff was really nice, but it was dirty. LOT of water spots on the mirrors. Toilet had... something smeared on the side. Shower curtain rod was coming off the wall. Just seemed like the housekeeper did the absolute minimum he/she had to do. ZERO attention to detail. The sheets SEEMED clean, and there didn't appear to be bedbugs, so that was good! ...and the mini fridge worked GREAT! VERY cold!

The price I paid for the room was too expensive for the condition of the room and the noise from above room.
The security lock was broken it looked as if it has been broken into at one time. The sofa was stained and dirty
The floor needed to be swept lamps were dusty and rusted, vents had been removed from ac unit. The mirrors were dirty, enamel was peeling from bath tub. There were 2 beds in the room I only wanted one. I wouldn't recommend this hotel nor will I stay here again.

When arriving the check in lady was very nice and professional. With the room itself the only problem I had was body hairs everywhere in the freezer , tub , sink , on the bed , in the towels , and the sheet had a couple big stains in them. My complaint comes from the other guess . I was staying 3 nights for work and I couldn’t get any sleep . People where hanging out all times of the night . The first night these guys where hanging out and because trying to make small talk . Being I was alone I ignored them not to open that friendly window. So the next couple of night I received several knocks on my door and window. I would leave my training an hour early to try to avoid seeing them as I enter my room but everytime I arrived a group of people was always sitting out . On the last night the group stayed out partying until about 2 that morning with loud music right outside my door . The next morning there was beer boxes and chairs on the balcony.my stay was horrible and I don’t recommend anyone to stay here if you’re planning to get rest .

When we arrived to check in we were told the room we reserved wasn't available. I was asked if I wanted a smoking room and I said no. When we got to the room it was a smoking room and it smelled like it. When we complained we were told there were no other rooms. The air conditioner was missing the cover and it was moldy and rusty. The bathtub was dirty and rusty, The pool was closed. The breakfast was either a muffin or a danish.

Flies and gnats were in the room when we arrived and there was what appeared to be mold and dirt on the A/C unit. The sheets had cigarette burn holes all over. Dirt and dust was everywhere and the lamp stands were covered with rust. Overall the room we stayed in was disgusting. The bed was uncomfortable and a car alarm went off at least 10 times around 4:50 am. To say the least, it was not an enjoyable stay. We will not be back.

Really sucked ! No understanding PERIOD!

We didnt arrive til 3 am & guy at front deak made us wait in the cold outside until we could figure out a better form of payment he claimed! Then when at room tv was broken slanted forward fridge was a waste & frozen up & shower didnt even want to let water come out the door to bathroom was way off & took 2 ppl to close it ! A/C unit had no words on it to work it so therefore had to guess! Gotva smoking room,No ashtrays ! & breakfast went down at 6am which is when i think ur supposed to go but ha Negative ! Sorry excuse for breakfast! Everyone had to share samr milk with coronavirus goin around ! Just horrible ! Plus price on tbe internet is FAR OFF FROM WHAT THEY CHARGE!

I stayed here one night, and that was too much for me. The room was filthy. There was a dirty toothpick underneath the covers of my bed. The surfaces have not been wiped down. The linen is dirty. There are cigarette ashes everywhere.

I asked to swap rooms, and the manager graciously brought me too about 5 different rooms before I found ones that I was comfortable sleeping in.

I was pleased with the customer service, but that’s it. If you are staying for longer than one night, I would not recommend. If you have children, I would not recommend. Unless this is a last resort, I would not recommend

Terrible customer service

Hotel did not have my room and did not honor my reservation. They said hotels.com booked a non-smoking room when they didn’t have any. I arrived at 11pm for an overnight stay. They said the only room they had non smoking was a “suite” ( suite at Econo Lodge?) but they wanted more money for it. Smoking room had terrible odor, so that wasn’t acceptable. Wouldn’t just put me in the non smoking room that was available because then I was trying to get something for nothing. Terrible customer service. Based on this experience, never book here nor any Econo Lodge again. Went down the street and got a non smoking room at another budget hotel.

Upgraded to suit -I got excited but only to find it very dirty and in bad shape . Stains on sofa, ice box filthy, looked like beard hair in bed, very dusty, floor dirty, garlic left in kitchen cabinets , remotes with no backs , wall moldings were all cracked up and no fee breakfast as advertised-due to COVId-should have told me that when I booked. I went to Wal mart and bought my own sheets and blankets . Need updating and good cleaning. Thank god it was only one night before Cantons Craft show trip .

Nothing went right from reservation made months in advance, did not have a double for us so gad to take a king. The first room the door would not lock, second room was a smoke bomb. Coffee pot would not work, ironing board cover dusgusting(had to turn it over to use. GFI kept tripping. Second room door keys would not work the clerk had to work on it. The only bright spot was the clerk was helpful. My daughter killed three spiders. Never again!

The first room we were given had something spilled on the bed side table and was listed as non smoking but smelled strongly of smoke. We asked to be moved. The second room had wires hanging from the ceiling where a smoke detector was supposed to be, the soap from previous person was still in the shower and coffee pot still had coffee in it. The bathroom door would not shut. The room was so dirty. I didn’t expect much but did expect it to be clean.

Check in very easy and staff helpful and friendly. Hotel is dated with the reception area getting new flooring on the day we checked out. The room was clean and bed comfortable but chair was severely stained and the frig all iced up. Very inexpensive though which served our purpose since we were just passing through. Many restaurants right nearby so easy to get a meal.

The first room assigned the bathroom light did not work. Fitted sheets on inside out making me wonder why. Coffee maker missing. Room was directly above lobby do each time someone walked in to lobby a chime went off which was audibly loud in my room. Requested to be moved, which was accommodated. Unfortunately that new room already had someone in it. That patron was not pleased with me when I tried to enter his room. The third room assigned has dirty floors, very squeaky beds, desk chair with seat cover torn off, lock that does not work from inside.
