Only stayed one night en route to New Orleans. We were pleasantly surprised that immediately opposite they had a mall with good eating amenities. Great sized rooms albeit ours was a little noisy as it was highway side. Breakfast adequate. Great hotel for the price

Our room floor was disgusting. We had to lay our dirty towels down like rugs to avoid it. Breakfast items were awful, dry and nasty. There was no breakfast at all one morning. The indoor pool was freezing. There were no outlets at the vanity area. “Bathroom sink” was minuscule. Difficult to even wash your hands.

The bed was in a corner of the room that didn’t allow walk around bed space. The shower flooded the bathroom floor. The bathroom door would not stay open. The view from my window was of the rooftop air conditioning unit. The table leg was broke.l and about to callapse. The front desk person was on the phone when we arrived and totally ignored us until he finished the call. Breakfast was disappointing.

The room that we received had mold on the bathroom ceiling, the shower and bathroom floor grout was stained and looked unclean, the toilet wasn't working properly, there was a large crack in the bathroom sink, there was hair that did not belong to us on the lamp, fixtures had rust, they painted over spots on the ceiling that look different than the rest of the ceiling, the lighting in the bathroom was awful. The bathroom door would not stay open and it's a really tight bathroom. The caulking in the bathroom is probably the worst caulking job I've ever seen. You could see where they took down the overhead light and just put a cover plate on. One bedside light did not work. One light over the sofa did not work. When I tried talking to the manager the next morning they said he was not available. The person that checked us out got my phone number and said she would have the manager call me. I even showed her pictures and she asked me to send them to her phone which I did. He did not call me. She told me rooms had been renovated and that it should not have been in that condition. I called three times over the span of a couple of weeks and he would not return my call. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend this hotel.

It was very clear the staff at the Sheraton were unhappy to have so many guests this week due to a conference. The restaurant on site - staff in no hurry to take our orders, didn't get drinks (water), two separate people ordered and the order came out on one plate, staff ignored us (we were 2 of 4 people in the entire restaurant) and obviously weren't interested in being bothered while they talked and checked phones, check in staff were very unwelcoming.

The hotel waq very clean, the staff was very nice and help me out when i needed it. The breakfast was very good i just wish they had a little more options for breakfast or the area was a little more bigger but the food was hot and good. The only other problem i had was the day after i was up there and left they didnt clean my room till the next day i had to ask the lady at the front desk to please tell them to clean my room. The major problem i had was the pool, that pool was not warm, it was cold and my kids actually was freezing from the water and got sick. They need to do some about that.

I’ve stayed here in the past and have always had a great experience, however, the room that we were in this time, didn’t meet our expectations. It was clean, but it was definitely time for a new mattress because there was a dip/sink in the middle, which made it hard to get a good sleep. The blinds did not go up, there was no light above the bathroom sink, and the desk leg was about to come off! It’s certainly time for some updates to the room! The staff was nice as usual, and the hotel itself was clean and smelled nice,so all in all I would stay here again, but definitely not in that room.

no filters.. It is a Hyatt so as far as appearances, they are all there.. A good-looking place, modern, with Free breakfast in the AM. Aside from that, there was only one person attending the reception, as well as the bar and the mall kitchen offering a small menu. The place was busy when I got there at least 3 deep, and it never slowed down. I came down later after going up to my room to have a beer and a burger, bit the attendant was still tied up checking in desk, so I waited about 10 minutes without even a recognition I was sitting at the bar.
MAKE Sure you ask for a room on the opposite side of the HIGHWAY, because I tell you, the traffic passing in front of my room was so loud, I barely got ANY SLEEP...
Being so loud, I am pretty sure you can still hear it on the other side..

Staff was very kind and courteous. Arrived late, but gentleman at front welcoming and ladies in the morning very nice, ESPECIALLY the lady working the breakfast area!
The room however did need some attention though- cabinet broken, drawer broken and had previous tenants toothbrush there, no trash can(except bathroom), AND partition wall had something red(?) splattered on it!

Room was looking run down. Especially the bathroom. I had a hard time getting it cool enough at night. The air hit the side of the bed instead of going up.
As I came in one night and wanted to grab water, there was no one at the front desk. I waited about 20 minutes and no one ever came.

This was a very outdated location. Not at all what I would expect from Hyatt. Also, when I requested that our room be cleaned, we were told the room is only cleaned on the 3rd or 4th day of our stay. I will not be staying at another Hyatt. I was refunded for 1 night but i requested 2. They moved us to a new clean room on our 3rd night but it was definitely an inconvenience.

The location is perfect, overall the hotel is nice; however, the room we were in was really worn in certain areas. In particular our bathroom. There was a hole in the wall covered by a piece of paper. They were also short on towels. The staff on duty during our stay was really friendly and helpful, so I definitely appreciated that. The breakfast was horrible. Eggs were watery, oatmeal was awful, bread stale. The photos posted in the hotel showed a breakfast that made me look forward to breakfast the next morning, we got there and realized we were duped. I gave 3 stars because the staff and location made up for the some of the other issues.

Upon check-in on Monday, we found our toilet not working. Due to the hotel being fully booked we were told there wasn’t another room to move us to. The front desk was informed and we were told it that maintenance could check it on Tuesday as it was too late on Monday to call them? We were out during the day on Tuesday at our conference and I returned to find the toilet still hadn’t been fixed and hadn’t even been seen about. At check out on Wednesday, I informed the new clerk about the issue. She added it to what looked to be a page long list of issues and said sorry. Nobody from the hotel attempted to make it right.

The room I had was in great condition. There was one cup under the small coffee maker and it was dirty. The breakfast either wasnt completely set up when I went to get coffee or it was and the choices were slim. The coffee was good but only creamer there was loaded with sweetner, all 3 choices, and for someone that cant have sugar that was not doable. Other than that my stay was pleasant and comfortable.

The breakfasts were certainly adequate, but limited variety. That would certainly not deter my staying there again.

Only one bath towel was in the room and no bath mat.

Commode made an awful noise when flushed. (Room 425)

Coffee pot leaked water. We sat it on a bathcloth.

The staff were friendly, accommodating, and professional.

Overall it was a very good stay, and we plan to stay there next year when we’re down for the meeting.

Bathroom had used soiled towels and the floor had not been cleaned or swept. Hair was from the bathroom room into the bedroom floor. There were clean towels and the bed was made. I wiped down all counter surfaces. The TV stayed on for 10-15 minutes then shut off. I reported these issues to the person on duty. I was told it would be taken care. It wasn’t. Breakfast didn’t start until 8a or later, no staff. I couldn’t speak with the a. m. Manager he was busy making breakfast. I was because I booked online I would not receive a refund or anything. Therefore, I will not book online in the future. This is the second time (booking w/Expedia) I have had a hotel issue and could not get a refund or free night stay or some kind of compensation.

Last min booking - paid in full- arrived - was not greeted and stood waiting then was told no keys available but that wasn't the case there were no rooms available. Was told 15 minutes so we left and grabbed a bite. Upon return we were given a key to our room after 8pm and room was dirty, no hand towels, or soap and bed pillow cases didn't appear clean. Too many chemicals were being sprayed in the building. My family member had allergies and asthma. I had to get him out of the hotel, now he is sick. Caution ⛔️ signs should be put in place or guests should be informed about the chemicals. Front desk and management was very unprofessional in solving this manner. Also, I know they are pet friendly, but the hotel looks like a petting zoo, with all those animals.

Had 2 rooms. One room was dirty at a very late check in. Guys slept in the work truck. Went back 2nd night and house keeping started to clean room but stopped and never returned 2nd room was clean but house keeping never came by in 3 days. Not worth price paid

We reserved a room with a king bed and checked in at 5:30 pm. We were told no rooms with a king bed were clean, and when we asked how long it would be the 2 receptionists said they had no idea and seemed completely uncaring. We took a room with 2 queens beds and one of the coffee cups leaked, the refrigerator had been left partially open and had a big chunk of ice in it. This place needs to be updated—there are not enough plugs and I had difficulty using my CPap because the table by the bed had no available outlets and TV ere was so little space on the other side of the bed. It was not a good place to stay
