The breakfast was absolutely scrumptious. It was fresh, the attendant had it clean, full, and piping hot. The parking lot was clean and it is in a very safe area near other restaurants and hotels. I will stay here again.

The girl working the front desk can't remember her name but she has blonde hair was awesome. She is very nice polite and helpful. Our ball team stayed here for a tournament. We had a late game and made it to the hotel a little after 9pm the pool closes at 10. She let our kids swim until 10:30 when her shift ended. She answered all our questions and was helpful in anyway she could. Great employee and person.
Iesha
Everything was clean and the staff was nice, so I booked for another 2 nights.

Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good, but they could have had packets of hot chocolate mix; nice selection of of fruits and the eggs and bacon/sausage were very good. Great location!
Samuel
We really enjoy lodging at this hotel! The hotel is very clean and seems to have been recently renovated. It's a great location, safe community with eateries nearby.

Everything about this hotel screams hospitality. Jimmie and James were so welcoming and made me feel valued and at home. Breakfast was top notch and the location was perfect.
STEPHANIE
Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and staff were friendly. Close to everything.

I stay here a few times. If you can get a decent rate, this is a really good place to stay. Breakfast is pretty good. They offer a variety of hot and cold food items. It was very comfortable. Excellent linen. I have no complaints.
Samuel
Great location in Flowood. Clean rooms with comfortable bedding, tasty breakfast, and accommodating staff.
Eric
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was great.
Shelly
The vent in the bathroom made a squeaky noise every time we turned it on. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn Flowood was very pleasant. This place was spotless! That stands out among other things like the exceptional staff. They were so friendly and helpful. We have traveled several times this spring with stays at different establishments that didn’t live up to this hotel. Not even close! Hot coffee all day and a full breakfast in the morning were nice too. Lastly, updated large screen TV, touch screen bathroom mirror, and great AC added to the exceptional experience we had. We highly recommend this hotel. We will stay here again for sure.

Nice, clean room and very friendly staff.
Charles
Clean rooms, VERY comfortable beds! My wife said she had some of the best sleep during our stay. Even though there were a lot of high schoolers staying, it was quiet and peaceful. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the breakfast and coffee was good.
One minor thing needed is a little more variety in the sweeteners with the coffee.

Brandon
Staff was the best I have ever seen
Dione
The location was convenient, the property was clean/up-to-date, and the staff was friendly. I was just there for a quick overnight but chose it because of the consistency of the brand. If I may make a suggestion...please include conditioner in the shower. I travel a lot, and although I appreciate the full-size shampoo and body wash, this is the only hotel I have ever stayed in (motels included) that didn't include both. With a parent company as large as Hilton, I wouldn't have expected to have to travel with my own. Clearly a minor issue...just a suggestion. :-)

The room was not spacious for two people, though pictures had led me to think it would be. Cramped, with two open suitcases plus more.

The entire staff was very welcoming and friendly to my husband and I, while visiting family. This will be our host hotel location going forward.
Gail
I was definitely disappointed that there was no housekeeping service! You go to a hotel and one would certainly expect to come back for the second night with fresh linens, a made up bed, trash emptied! But there was nothing! I will find a hotel that has a daily housekeeping service for my next stay! Shocked…no idea! Ridiculous!
Kim

My room was spotless. Everything I need.
Lauren
We stayed here last year for band competition and it was awesome as well. Very helpful front desk and it’s in the middle of good food and shopping. It was already in great shape last year but it looks like they just renovated the rooms and they were so very nice. Bed was very comfortable too.
Terri
Clean, friendly and convenient. Could use more parking area.
Susan
Clean, comfortable room and nice breakfast buffet.
Elizabeth
our stay was great. will stay with you our next visit
Celia
We had no coffee pods for coffee pot in room. Beautiful buffet in lobby. Also, there was an empty shower gel container in shower. Front desk did offer to bring some to room, but we had already showered.
Elizabeth
Very clean
Norma
Upon arrival the hotel was unexpectedly under construction. My room was dirty including dirty linen in the restroom, hair on the bathroom floor, hair behind the entrance door, tv was broken, elevator was broken while being on the 5th floor, washer was broken, room across the hall door stayed open the entire stay with a horrible smell. Front desk was notified.
Ashley
The entire facility is under construction, elevator went out (we were on 5th floor) the washer / dryer out of service, dirty linens in the bathroom upon check in, hair in bathroom floor as well as behind the door, tv went out 5 mins of being in the room. When we notified the staff of findings we were told “we have no other rooms.” I would love to speak with management at any time. Front desk said they would leave my name and number for the facility to call, we have yet to hear from them.
Angela
The staff was wonderful. The A/C control in our room was old and outdated.
Christopher
The reason for the 3 stars was because it was currently under new construction. Other than that, It was a good experience.
Camille
Lobby construction made the lobby a mess and almost couldn't get to the elevators.
Nancy
Renovations
The hotel was under intense construction while we were there. We were not told of the construction before we booked the hotel so when we got there, it was a surprise. However, they worked hard to accommodate, and we’re all very very kind. I’m sure the hotel will be beautiful once the construction is done.
Karen
Great reliable Hampton. The dining area and lobby were under renovation, and the breakfast options were a little below par. We wish we had known prior to booking
Donna
I had to check out around 4:45 am and there was nobody at the desk. I used the hotel contact number to call hoping somebody would come to the desk. An employee did come to the desk while the phone was ringing.
Natasha
On a roadtrip, only stayed one night. Staff was very welcoming and polite. The area is super convenient gas stations, shops and food. The breakfast choices were excellent. They are remodeling but no one was working while we were there. We would definitely visit again.

Nikki that check me in was great! Very pleasantly and polite. Gave me all the info about breakfast and pointed out the vending area. Room is great and very roomy. Very clean and like that bathroom was stocked with i needed. Thanks

Upon going into the bathroom, the shower had 2 dirty towels still on the tub, the tub mat wasn’t put back in the tub, and the showerhead had water spewing out of it uncontrollably.

DIRTY
Extremely disappointed with how dirty and run down my room was. Front desk girl offered me a new room promising that was not their standard, only to be put in another room with a disgusting shower. I do not recommend staying here!
DAVID
Very nice facility and staff. Top notch hotel!

Comfortable bed very clean great value close to everything
Wilbur
Bed was comfortable . Staff were friendly and generally helpful. However I got a text that my flight was delayed by over two hours and I requested to stay a little longer past check out time but was told I had to check out at the set check out time. This is unusual as most hotels will let you stay at least an hour pass check if you need it.
Angela
When booking it doesn’t say thru are under construction. The front desk didn’t say they were having construction done until after I paid and it started around 5 in the morning waking me up out my sleep on the next floor.
Brandon
Great stay and great lady at the front desk.
Property was clean and I would stay here again when visiting Jackson.

Indoor pool was NOT heated. It’s November and we selected this hotel because it had an indoor pool. My kids did not enjoy it. )-:

Best hotel in Flowood!
This is the third time my grandchildren and I have stayed at this particular hotel. It has an indoor pool which the kids are sold on. The staff are exceptional! They are so accommodating and after a long drive I was so thankful for wonderful service. We never want to leave.
