Staff was wonderful!!!! Other than that nothing good to say! Bathroom sink was leaking on the floor…brown water came out of the bathtub faucet…ceiling looked liked it was going to crumble on us…towels looked dirty…side of mattress was dirty….stains on the sheets…and almost fell getting in the shower because the tub was so slippery….definitely won’t be picking a Wyndham Hotel again! Luckily we just needed to make it through the night and left early in the morning!!!!

The staff at this location is absolutely amazing. Young lady named Brittany checked us in and she was a rock star. Everyone we encountered that works there were great. The breakfast was excellent as well.
The ac didn’t work in the hallway of our floor and didn’t appear to be vacuumed, our room smelled really bad. We had to run to the store and grab room deodorizer. We had an adjoining room with our kids and both rooms appeared as though they hadn’t been vacuumed in a while.
But again I can’t say enough about the staff, they were all very friendly. If it weren’t for the smell of the rooms , we would have given it a much higher rating.

Check in was very easy, and the young lady who took care of us was friendly and accommodating. She had three customers in front of me, but made it very fast and no long wait.

The room was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning and nothing broken in the room.

Breakfast was amazing! I can’t remember the young lady’s name, but I think it might be Alicia… She said she had been there for 20 years. I commented to her before I knew her backstory that I was impressed with how well she maintained the breakfast, what a good fresh assortment of foods there were, and how clean and organized the kitchen and breakfast area were! I have been on the road for two weeks and this was my last day, and it was the best one by far!

If you’re on a budget this the hotel will do. It’s been around for a while and there are no updates in the rooms . Beds are not very sturdy , sheets are thin that cover the mattress and the towels could use some replacements. The wall in my room could have used a fresh coat of paint or wiping down as well.
The outside of the hotel and the lobby are maintained very well and the air conditioning worked well.
The price was affordable and the location is close to lots of shopping exits up.

The hotel was rated excellent. Should not be rated more than GOOD. Old and being remodeled in an older part of town. Clean but paint chipping on doors etc. Probably not what most families would want unless just needed to get off the road for the night. Certainly not EXCELLENT.

I booked this place because of the cleanliness ratings. VERY INACCURATE. Upon arrival, I noticed a strong urine odor. I also almost slipped on a slick substance in the bathroom. I tried to clean the toilet a bit, but the smell persisted. Eventually, I asked to be moved to a new room because the smell was so overwhelming that I couldn’t sleep. The desk was unhelpful and indifferent. I was told there were no rooms left. There was no offer to send a cleaning crew or even inspect the room. I emphasized that the smell was terrible, and the front desk said, \"Oh, I guess I'll have to make a note to management, that's all I can do to help you.\" This was said, but there was no attempt to get my name or room number, which made it very clear that no complaint would be filed. Eventually, I went back to my room after an unsuccessful attempt to relocate via the platform. After falling asleep, I woke up and noticed a weird substance on one of my pillows. I realized that the urine smell was coming from my sheets/bedding because they had not been changed or cleaned. Traumatizing. There was also hair everywhere, stains/spots, and food in the microwave. But URINE SCENTED SHEETS is the takeaway here.

The hotel is absolutely horrendous. It smells so string of weed you can get a contact high inside and outside. The halls and rooms were filthy. I asked for another room and was told they were completely booked. I asked for a refund if I went ahead and checked out (I was there less than an hour) and I was told no. I asked for cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself then tried to lay down (after being up over 20 hours). Immediately my skin started itching. I just grabbed myself and left. I booked a different hotel but had to wait 4 hours to check in. It was not the morning I was planning but it is what happened. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to ANYONE

After checking in, I made it to my room to see the countertops were NOT clean, the fridge wasn’t working and a missing remote. Tried to call down to the desk, and the phone didn’t work either. Went back downstairs to let the woman at the desk know (her demeanor and attitude were very unpleasant), and it was in the middle of a shift change for the front desk. The man then escorted me to the new room to review it with me. Things seemed to be working fine, but again it wasn’t cleaned. I asked for housekeeping to which the man said and I quote”this ain’t a 5star hotel, it’s maybe a 2 or 3 star, there’s one person on this shift and that’s me. Housekeeping will be back in the morning.” Now although I don’t recall inquiring on the hotel’s star rating, I was entirely too exhausted after a 12 hour drive from Chicago to argue with this man. I then asked for just some cleaning supplies and I’ll do it myself, he then said “that’s housekeeping too and I don’t have access to their storage.” It’s now a little after midnight, after I’ve retrieved my belongings from the first room, moved down to the second room and returned the first room’s keys to the desk. I then had the displeasure of finding out that the bathroom sink (in the new room) was stopped up with an extremely slow drain. I wish this was something I made up. I can’t verbalize how disheartening and unpleasant my stay was at this establishment. Never again.
