I didn't even get to check in my room. The establishment said it was closed as a motel when they finally called. They never came to the window. And now I am having trouble getting my refund. I will never used hotels.clm again. AND I NEED MY MONEY BACK!!!!

The WORST travel experience by far. If i could rate it zero stars, I would. I booked this hotel for my boyfriend as he’d been driving 15 hours and needed somewhere to sleep for the night. I paid for the reservation online in full prior to arrival. Once arriving to the posted address, he was advised that the location was closed and they moved up the street. Upon arrival to the new address, he was denied check in and told there were no rooms. After calling Oyo customer service, they tried to reach the location by phone to address the issue to which they couldn’t get an answer. From there, all the support offered was they would “escalate the issue and get back to me”. While asking when they would have a solution, I was advised 48 HOURS. I then contacted Expedia, who also tried to contact the property multiple times with no success. This location was terrible and customer support was absolutely useless. NEVER recommend staying with this hotel under any circumstances.

We didn’t even get to stay at the hotel it was so unsafe. The hotel manager was out front smoking weed. We have already reached out to have a refun issued as this hotel is nothing like what the website represents. It should be removed from all lostongs due to its conditions and the area it is. The police have a cruiser stationed at the hotel side entrance for when someone is shot or over overdoes on drugs. This is a horrible representation on this website and everyone overseeing it.

i could not checkin. although there was a lite open sign, no one was thete. when i tried calling, there was a three option message. the option that i chose was a transfer into nowhere. this occurred around 11:30pm on october 5th. Bottom line i received no service.

I hated my stay. We had to find out own room. They were all covered in roaches. We had no TV and no pillows or blankets on the bed. We had bought 2 rooms and could only use one. That one had NO KNOB in the shower so we had no hot water. No toilet paper. No locks on the doors. It was absolutely disgusting and had hookers and drug addicts everywhere and sleeping In the corridors. Would never recommend this place for anyone or anything!!

The worst motel in the world!

Stop stop stop don’t even consider staying at this dump. This has been the worst motel I have ever stayed at and I’ve stayed at some dumps. Roach infested hookers drugs the whole 9 yards runaway. I have absolutely nothing good to say about this place look at the pictures.

This place was filthy. The bedding was badly stained. Both of the rooms we were shown reeked badly of stale cigarette smoke. There was no top sheet, wash cloths, towels or any other necessity of traveling. I finally got 1 towel and wash cloth from the front desk. It was still wet, and badly torn. The entire facility was in disrepair. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

They wanna change the agreed rate that I got through the internet and then after I said ok, they kick me out of the hotel telling me that they don’t have a room for me. Go somewhere else. They deduct down payment before I even got there. Then they were trying to deduct the rest of the amount after they kicked me out. They are thieves.

NEEDS CONDEMNED! ROACHES, NO HOT WATER, NO A/C

ROACHES, AIR CONDITIONER DIDN'T WORK, no hot water, plugged toilet, no trash can, hard bed, broken furniture, no microwave, NO WI-FI, told no double rooms when I got there even though it was reserved, four people had to sleep in king room. LOOKS DESERTED. NEEDS CONDEMNED. Read all the reviews first. I didn't and wish I had. There were no motels available for the money I had. I would've stayed in the car if I could've gotten a refund.

Ceiling was leaking water

There were roaches roaming when you cut the lights off. The room was 219 and i assume when the room upstairs took a shower, water would fall from the ceiling. I recorded it. Tub was semi clogged with tobacco shavings. I did not find the remote to tv. When i initially arrived the employee told me all rooms were booked instead of asking me May I help you.

I’m glad I didn’t die in that area. I was afraid that I might get shot or stabbed to death. I only stayed there for an hour but the cockroaches on the floor and on the bed was the reason I didn’t stay the night there. I just took a shower and left.

It made me rethink about getting a hotel. I’m better off camping or sleeping in my car than sleep with cockroach infested hotel. I didn’t want insects to get over my stuff and bring it along with me during my travel. I’m just glad, I made it out safe during that night but I really don’t recommend staying there if you value your life.

Please be warned when reserving a room at this location. The pictures on the website is nothing like the property itself. I wouldn't give them one star. This property should be condemned. it is horrible. I asked about a different room and was told they all looked the same. I am not exaggerating. Horrible to the tenth power. And then they have the nerve to not give refunds. Just awful. I could not stay there. I reserved a room at a different establishment.

Worst I have ever seen in my life

I honestly don't say stuff like this, but this is honestly the worst literal roach motel I have ever seen in my life. All the reviews like mine are not exaggerating. I backed out of the booking immediately after seeing the rooms, and they would not honor a refund. I don't mind wasting $40 to not sleep in this literal condemned building. It's not an exaggeration that this building should be condemned and torn down. The security guard showed us a room that clearly had not been cleaned, roaches seen in tub with dirty used rag in corner. Again, none of the reviews you are reading are exaggerations. Do not even think \"oh I can handle it.\", You can't, trust me.

So, I did sign up to come to this 2 star hotel, but this was subpar even by the very low bar of what I was expecting. After making a reservation, it took 30 minutes to for the attendant to figure out hoe to make the system check me in. The attendant asked for an additional $50 for a deposit, that I would need to come by in the morning for them to manually refund. The rooms were nonsmoking, butthe ash stains on the endtables and tv stand wouldn't have led me to think that. There was no plug for the tub, no handle to switch from bath to shower (it was broken off), the toilet didn't flush, the sink didn't drain, and the light switch by the door didn't work.

The bed had one pillow, and thin sheets, but was free of bugs.

We didn’t even get to stay. We showed up and couldn’t get the guy at the office to even pay me any attention to check in. When he did get up, he told me I didn’t have a reservation. I gave him the reservation number. He then says “it’ll be third floor” and when I find out there’s no elevator, I said we have to have first floor because my boyfriend is handicap. He told me he has nothing on the first floor or handicap accessible but that there would be no refund. We were expected to pay for a room we could not physically get to. Hotels.com customer service was not any more help either. I’m NOT HAPPY AT ALL. They expected me to be charged, and wait 14 days to be refunded for something I should never be charged for.

Worst ever!! I booked a non-smoking king bed, but was given a room with a double(not Q) bed with smoke so thick i could hardly breath. The room was filthy and the toilet didn't work. When I said I couldn't stay in a room without a working toilet, the manager finally came up with a non smoking room with 2 Q beds, but charged me $20 more. This room was also filthy, with holes in the curtains, comforters, and walls; loose tiles in the bathroom; and what appeared to be a fire hazard at the electrical outlet. We slept in travel sheet cocoons and left before dawn. I had never booked OYO before and I never will again. This hotel should be removed from the Hotels.com list and the health department should shut it down!

There was a bucket of trash and bugs catching water from the leaking ceiling in the lobby. The pool had purple, green and black stuff in it (that was not water). There were roaches in our room and yellow stains on the sheets. The door didn't close all the way. The only good thing was the guy at the front desk was nice and they allow pets

The problem with the property it was misrepresented as to what the rooms look like. Bed with a Toilet seat on the bed. No sheets on the bed, the room was and smelled discussing and the night manager looked like a resident at the hotel which she told me she did live in room 223. There were people dressed in everyday clothing and suppose to be working here who can tell no one wears a uniform or name tags never again ever. Ended up spending the night at motel 8 10 mins away.

Honestly I didn’t like much there were cars out in parking lot racing and reving they’re engines until 3 am then at 7 am they have maintenance workers beginning to work on the unit directly next to me and above me.. the banging sawing hammering yelling it’s ridiculous for all that it’s 7 am people use hotels to stay at to rest not be kept up all night.

First of all the pictures on the site did not match the actual room. The reservation was for two queens I got one. The advertisement pics were obviously a bait and switch. The place was a pig pen. I took pictures to show just how bad it was. My getaway trip was totally ruined. Was in town for a college track meet and had to worry about my safety. No secure lock. Bare wires. Urine smell. Burns in covers. Holes in the walls and, yes it came with my very own pet roaches. It was so horrible that I checked out saturday and slept in my car on campus at Belhaven sat night. Im on social security disability and feel expedia and the hotel chain ruined my week and stole from me.

Save yourself and do not stay here! I was in town visiting family and decided to grab a place that was close to everyone. Once I made it to the lobby, there were officers present discussing a shooting that had just taken place between the hotel's residents. I immediately asked for a refund. The lady at the front desk \"pretended\" to process it....well until this day, I have not been refunded, nor has anyone answered my numerous calls to resolve this issue. They stole my money and lied liked they refunded me after walking in to a fire exchange on their grounds. Stay at your own risk.

The property needs more attention

This was a spur of the moment stay. The outside of the property wasn’t clean or updated. There was old sheets and comforters in grocery carts outside. The room itself had bugs and wasn’t remodeled properly. The bed was hard but clean. All the linen did smell and looked like it had been a washed. I was happy about that. The shower had very little hot water.

This is the worst place I have ever had to stay. No wonder there’s a no refund policy. There was so much damages to walls, ceiling and a wire run through the door for cable on a TV that didn’t have a remote & wouldn’t stay on so apparently the outlet was bad or shorting out. If I had a choice to go somewhere else I would have but with evacuation of a hurricane didn’t have the money to waste.

Guy from front desk put my brother in a room that was being renovated and the outlets were hanging from the wall behind the bed! When he checked in they charged my card for the deposit and I never got the deposit returned, and the guy said he \"stayed an extra day\"...I have NO idea what he was talking about as he checked out BEFORE he was supposed to. He was there March 22-26th and every piece of this experience was terrible! Do NOT stay here!
