There was nothing to like tgey had roaches crawling up thw wall and I am allergic to roaches. I asked for a refund and they took $20 because they said that was their policy. I will not do third party anymore. I had to wind up sleeping in my car for the night after driving over 900 miles.

The staff was friendly but not much honest or helpful. I noticed when checking in there was a sign saying that pest control was going to be arriving so I asked if there was a pest problem they said no, but as soon as I got to my room to open the door ROACHES were scattering everywhere needless to say they offered me another room and the same thing happened I left but not before I was told I would get a refund it’s has been days later and no word of a refund. If you can deal with roaches this would be a great place.

The place is a dump. Need renovation immediately. Need security on premises. Men standing around drinking and anything they want to do. No amenities.?Manager has bad attitude. No customer. Told him about toilet constantly running the run over when flushed. Sent pictures to customer service. Never even look that way again.

The owner (?) was very friendly. Unfortunately the whole place smelled of pot smoke, lights were blown out, the door to the bathroom was not securely attached to the hinges, and there were bed bugs on the bed when I got out of the shower.

The beds had bedbugs and roaches was coming out of nowhere. There was even one on the wall I wouldn’t recommend a dog stay here then the front office is closed 11am to 7 am. The room smells like cigarettes no soap or any amenities and barely any covers for the beds and no cover for the pull out bed couch.

The room wasn't clean especially the bathtub it was very scummy, the carpet was dirty and the hear didn't work. I've stayed at this property before and was very clean, and also, I didn't feel safe their people walking in and out the building all during the night, they kept the door prop open. Also, my building smelled of marijuana the entire time I stayed! I was so uncomfortable there i left two days early! I will never stay there again, and it wasn't called extended stay america there was a name change.

The Expedia listing did not accurately reflect the property. No amenities to include no breakfast/coffee and no internet. Description doesn't mention the additional charge for \"any\" housekeeping. Smoke detector in the room wasn't even connected. The only positive parts were is was relatively clean and the staff was nice, when available. There is no front desk support between 11pm and 7am.

Pictures worth a thousand words?

I wouldn’t really consider this a stay. This facility needs to be REMOVED from Hotels as a place to stay. The pictures and description online were DECEIVING! Upon arrival I understand EVERYONE needs somewhere to live or either stay if visiting from out of town but this place looked UNSAFE on the outside and inside! Once my husband and I got on the suspect looking elevator to the 3rd flr and entered the room the toilet did NOT flush and the air conditioner did NOT get cold! We immediately went back to the office to demand a refund!

Why accept a booking if you have no power?

I booked a suit.
Made it to the hotel.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed.

This property is nasty. Our “non smoking “ room was awful. It smelled like smoke and my allergies were horrible. It is in a really bad part of town and there was screaming/fighting all night in the other rooms. They charged my card for a $100 deposit for damage and the charges showed up more than $100 for it and more than I paid for this nasty place. The floors were sticky and there wa blood on the bathroom door. I would not have stayed here if I could have found a hotel wi a reasonably close area. We did not feel safe one minute of this stay and they gouged us on the price. DONT. BOOK. THIS.

Unsafe location! The first thing you smell when you walk into the building is scented cigar smoke! First thing you see are bags of trash in the stairway! One day, I noticed what appeared to be a gray mountain bike on side of the building that was missing both tires! Groups of people were loitering in the parking lot day and night! This property will be on my \"Do Not Stay List!\"

I'm surprised it looked clean, it smelled like cigarettes and urine. The bathroom was missing the toilet paper holder, the sink cabinet was falling apart, there was an exhaust vent in the bath extremely dirty and broken. I cannot extend how unsafe I felt too. There was loud music in the cars in the parking lot, people yelling and at around 1am on a TUESDAY there was yelling and music outside and you could hear the people stomping on the room above mine.

I had terrible service.

I could not check in my reservation did not transfer to the property although it was prepaid. I was on hold for two hours and they still hung up and never talked to me. The hotel reservation never showed up. The hotel property called their third party who also couldn’t find my reservation and had to ultimately override and force my reservation since it was prepaid and I had proof. I had no extra money to just buy another room and no where to go. I was fighting to get checked in since 4pm and finally did at 12am only having to check right back out at 11am. This was a disaster and not worth the hassle at all.

Housekeeping should have shut the room down

The last visitor cooked in the room and the room reeks of garlic we came in late about 1 or 2 in the morning everything was already booked and we did not think the go to another location because we did not know about another location this was our third time staying there and did not expect it and did not want to complain but my wife kept smelling a garlic the garlic was all in our clothes all in our church clothes and we had to regroup on our tire had to wash everything when we got home cuz it smells so bad along with the discomfort of sleeping with garlic in the air worse than a smoked up room we came in late about 1 or 2:00 in the morning everything was already booked and we did not think the go to another location because we did not know about another location this was our third time staying there and did not expect it and do not want to complain but my wife kept smelling a garlic the garlic was all in our clothes all in our church clothes and we had to regroup on our attire had to wash everything when we got home cuz it smells so bad along with the discomfort of sleeping with garlic in the air worse than a smoked up room and we're not complaining we enjoyed the Extended Stay but this was the worst

The room reap of smoke in a non smoking area. People was hanging outside by the vehicles and hanging out in hallways. Every 5 minutes someone was knocking on the door. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had, the cover had stains, I would not recommend anyone to this particular area. Staff, was with her friends hanging out in the office. Oh, when we first got there, we were giving a key to an room that was occupied. But, the people was just using the room for their personal reasons, without paying. When we first arrived, the policeman’s were there arresting a guy. Just terrible! No professionalism at all!

I have stayed at other Extended Stays across the states and this one must be the most deplorable one I have stayed it. It looks as if the company just purchased this property. You can see where minimal upgrades have been made to the rooms but everything is done so cheaply that it can't last the turnover of people. I cut my visit a day short (checked out) and NEVER slept in the bed because I was super concerned what I was subjecting myself to. I purchase my own wash rags to use as well. Just not what I expected from this brand. The staff was pleasant. There was just one young lady with a blow-out natural afro who I just don't think needs to be in a customer service field. Under the breath comments just didn't sit well with me...but I let it go without addressing because I was already checking out. Couldn't use the stove, rust on the outside of ice box ...this was more along the lines of an upscale motel than an Extended Stay. (GREAT LOCATION THOUGH!!)

The best thing about the hotel was the shower. Hot and lots of water pressure. Loved the shower. The room smelled terrible and the smoke detector was sitting on the coffee table and not installed. The hotel was quiet, but not anyplace I would ever stay again. It was cheap, but that’s it.

The young lady Desiree (sorry if i spelled it wrong) was very friendly and polite. She has fantastic customer service skills. As well as other members of staff who i have encountered so far. I love how clean the rooms are. I love the space and how it makes me feel ar home away from home. My family and i had to stay due to a power outage and this was the best choice and VERY affordable. The only downside was the breakfast. I thought there would be a few more options, some juice maybe. But i loved the coffee so that was a plus. This will always be my first Choice in hotels from now on.

This property is so gross, my room was supposed to be non smoking yet it smelled like cigarettes. Trash under the couch and hair in the bathroom, the pull out sofa didn’t even have a fitted sheet or any extra blankets for it, the mattress on it was stained and the actual bed had hair all over the sheets, this was seriously the dirtiest place ever. There were no towels available for the pool which mind you was full to capacity with little children unattended running doing cannon balls. Anyone looking at reviews I recommend spending a little extra money and staying somewhere else.

Took an hour to check in because the front desk did not have my reservation information and I had to call Cheap Tickets to call the property. Only room available was handicap room which wasn't a negative but no chair in the room, no silver ware for kitchen, loose plumbing in bathroom, soap in bathroom kept getting stuck to whatever surface I put it on, loud fan in bathroom. I won't book with this property again.

There’s a kitchenette, but no kitchenware. The kitchenette floor is sticky. There's not even trash cans in the room. Free breakfast is included, but it consists of lukewarm coffee and instant oatmeal (with lukewarm water), not even bowls, fruit, or even real cream for the coffee. I’ve seen better free offerings in hotels that don’t include breakfast.

Bad experience with management

Manager Laquanda kicked me out of hotel after I had been checked in by the clerk. Stated I should not have been allowed to check in before 3pm no matter that I was a stay over. Beat on my door as if she were breaking in, didn’t announce who she was just immediately started tearing into me about policies, looks like the problem should have been with staff not a customer but that’s how they run business at this location. I wouldn’t recommend it. The comfort inn nearby is great..... customer service matters Laquanda

It was close to food places and the job that I need to get to but the couch bed had no cover and when I went to get some the only thing she gave me was a sheet. She stated they didn't have any comforters. The elevator didn't work. And maid service didn't come to clean up the room

Use caution, this is a not smoking hotel, my wife and I do not smoke. I was asked to supply a bank credit card and not a prepaid credit card when checking in. The hotel has a $250.00 clean up fee if you smoke in the room. When we went to the room it smelled of smoke. I told the desk clerk, she asked me if I wanted to stay in the room or get another. We got another room which had not been smoked in. This could be a very good way to earn extra revenue. Everything else about the hotel was good or excellent. When I checked out, there were no charges on my card.

It wasn't disgusting or anything but it was just meh. There was something like wood shavings on the floor right outside my door. It was the only one like that. It really made me a bit nervous just because I was afraid someone had tried to break in or something. I also did not receive any towels and the toilet did not have a handle so I have no idea how that was supposed to be flushed. I am also disappointed that they did not have a hair dryer in the bathroom, even though they did have a full kitchen and a ironing board and iron.

It honestly felt like the woman just assigned me a random room instead of having one ready for me when I reserved it a week in advance.

Anyway, I wouldn't say this was the best place to stay but it really wasn't terrible either. I felt safe the entire time I was there (~12 hours).
