The good: room was comfortable and clean, beds were comfortable, the location was very safe and secure, and the breakfast was wonderful. The bad: some staff were rude, swimming pool was under maintenance during entire stay, hallways stunk of dog urine, bathroom was not fully stocked. The Hilton nailed my core needs, but could do better. Would probably not consider another stay here. You can have the same experience at the Hyatt Place for 2/3 the cost. *Madison MS is lovely, but 0-2 on hotel experiences and restaurants….
David Tony
I like the fact that it was close to places to eat. The pond was a nice touch.
Caron
A great place to stay! Clean, comfortable, easy parking, convenient to I-55 travel.
Tina
Complementary breakfast would’ve been better than charging 1295 per person
Lee
The property was very well kept, nicely appointed and the front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the amenities such as the pool and the boardwalk to various restaurants for dinner was very convenient. Great location would stay there again if we’re ever in the area.
Kynnedi
I'm writing this place down so I can come back whenever I can. This place was amazing, the lady at the front was so kind. Highly recommend
Susanne
I was traveling with my dogs and loved the walking path from hotel that went around a pond. The path went by a shopping area with a few places to eat. Dogs enjoyed the walk around. Staff was nice and put me in first floor room next to an exit. I will stay again!
Mary
Clean room and staff were very helpful
jennifer
The hotel was great, staff were very polite, gym, although small, had everything you would need which is important to me. My only complaint would be the tub/shower combo. That tub was super slippery when showering. I would be surprised if no one has fallen in it.. Outside of that, I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.
Beth
Everything about our stay was perfect!
Janet
One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had!
Tara
The staff was very friendly and welcoming at check in, the room was clean.
The pool area was nice, not exactly the best for traveling with kids due to the size of the pool being smaller.

Great location and staff super friendly
Michael
Very nice hotel. Clean comfortable room. A lot of variety was offered at Breakfast.
Brandi
The people were wonderful. The hotel was extremely well maintained and the area was easily accessible for food and activities. The area was beautiful. My only concern was that they needed to repair the deck that led to stores and adorable turtle sightings. I almost fell. However, everything was very nice.
Susan
Clean great bed
Holly Hess
The staff was friendly and reliable. Our room was clean.
VANCE
Perfect with one exception. One of the 2 queen beds had a sagging mattress with 125 pounds. Not a game changer. I'll definitely be back the next time I stay in Jackson. Loved the facilities.
Newman
The staff were excellent. Farrah was exceptional, reaching out via text to make sure all was well. At checkout, she was at the desk, and was very interested in an observation that would cut down on service calls. You could tell she was invested in both her hotel, and the customer experience. An outstanding representative of your property, all the markings of extremely competent upper management.
robert
When we entered the room, it was warm and had a wet damp smell and feel. The thermostat was set to fan, not air conditioning. After turning on the A/C the room cooled down within an hour, but the wet dampness and smell persisted for more than 24 hours.
Octavio
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Rhonda
Staff and location of was great.

Overall, we had a good stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Our room was mostly clean and comfortable, although some areas felt a bit dated and could use some updating. The location was excellent and very convenient, which made our trip even more enjoyable.
The only downside was that the beds and pillows were not very comfortable, which made it a little harder to fully relax and get a good night’s sleep.

I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn! The property is amazing. It is very nice, really modern. The room was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and the parking lot was lit very well and feels safe. We will definitely stay here again!

Breakfast menu was fair. Should have better scrambled eggs and pork sausage. There were no hard boil eggs or yogurt or fruit
Caron
Clean, comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. I traveled alone and felt safe there. Would recommend!
Vickie
We’ve stayed here twice. The beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, property is well maintained, but the thing that stands out the most is the staff!!! They are always very friendly and accommodating! The staff is the main reason we came back!!
Stephanie
Didn’t eat it

Looks exactly like the picture . Very welcoming & clean with a good view . 10/10
Michael
Staff was great. The breakfest was amazing and the room we ordered was the queen suite was huge. The wait staff at breakfast was amazing. The cooks were great. We had a great time during our stay.
Keith
Most hotels include breakfast, my rate did not. $12.95 seemed excessive. Nice to have a shower versus tub.
Deana
Good

Check in was easy & staff very nice. The room was had plenty of space & was clean. They just need to work on the parking because they ran out of parking spaces.
Bethanne
The stay was great, the staff was awesome. And I’d definitely recommend the breakfast.
Tracy
Property was in excellent condition and was very clean!
Ethan
Very quiet and clean and friendly staff.
Tommy
The trim and bathroom is very run down. The shower leaks out to the middle of the bathroom. The smoke detector was off the wall. Two holes in the wall that needs to be prepared. Bottom of bathroom door molding looked cut off.
Audrey
Will return!
Jessica
Enjoyed our stay. The staff was wonderful and the property was very well maintained.
Solvanga
The property is nice just a little outdated but still pleasant place to stay.
Mary
We really enjoyed our stay clean and friendly
Bernard
The room wash wonderful and clean.
Kimberlyn
Overall, our stay was pleasant and the staff is very friendly and polite. The pool had a broken ladder that my son almost slipped on and, on our last day while packing and checking the room before checkout, I found a used syringe needle behind the tv stand as well as pieces of trash. Thankfully it was not easily accessible by my 4yo, but it’s concerning how housekeeping could be so careless to miss something I so easily found while checking the room for any belongings my son may have misplaced. Everything else seemed clean and well prepared, but this is not something I take lightly as that is a very unsanitary item to find in a hotel room I had my children sleeping in. I notified front desk at checkout and the young woman seemed very apologetic and said they would take care of it. Hopefully, housekeeping will do better in the future.

close to shopping and food vendors.

The toilet in the room did not work properly and we had to use the down stairs restroom part of the time. Maintenance came and worked on it but did not fix it.
Michelle
Staff and location was great!
Palma
The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly.
Darren
Clean room, very friendly staff, very nice amenities.
Riley
There were lady bugs in my room, a stain in the shower, & the entire wood panel on the left side of the night stand was hanging off. I was on my deathbed with a migraine so I didn’t even request a new room. Pictures available. Staff was nice.
Michael
Great room, all staff were awesome! I will stay here again for sure!

Clean room, friendly staff and great location for our needs.

Room was clean and we had a great view of the lake.

The room was nice. There was some confusion with turning on the bedroom TV. We had an old remote that should have been changed out already. Maintenance came up and gave us a new remote. Breakfast was good except for the service. In the end there was a different cook and he had a friendly attitude which made all the difference.
Charles
The room spacious and clean. The location iclise to restaurants and a grocery store.

Very nice staff, spacious room with a nice view. Walking trails to restaurants, dog friendly. Someone smoked in their bathroom at night with the fan on causing smoke issues in other rooms but the staff was trying their best to find the culprit & brought air purifiers to our rooms at 2am to try & help. They also offered to move people to other rooms. I would suggest a holder for the TP & hand towel but we would stay here again. Not the staffs fault that some jerk decided to smoke in a smoke free hotel.
Laurie
Clean, courteous staff, food was tasty and filling

Room was clean, staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was OK, pretty standard fare, but the eggs were good. The main thing was the accommodation they made despite our having to leave early, very much appreciated especially for a non-Honors guest. Great job! We'll be back! Highly recommended.
Nicole
Enjoyed my stay here, will be back soon.

Cleanliness
Sabrina
The peoperty and staff were nice but my problem was the fact that you had to pay for both continental and buffett breakfast considering the price for the room. Not acceptable.
kashedra
Clean, great professsionalism. Very nice hotel
Sheryl
Location was convenient and the staff was very friendly and courteous.
Patrick
It was very nice except a very noisy elevator don’t get the room behind the elevator!
Joshlynn
Best hotel stay in a long time
Absolutely wonderful hotel! Very clean. Very good rates. Did not charge a fee for my 2 dogs. Was on the 2nd floor. Could not hear anyone moving around above or in the hall. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion were all provided. It was very good quality too. They offer free bottles of water in the lob. The room was also cool. Bed was a little harder than I like but it was still comfortable! Will definitely stay here again. There’s also a really nice walking path right by the hotel with a fountain and pond. 10/10 recommend this hotel.
Carol
I liked the Hilton Garden Inn Jackson/Madison location. I also liked the convenient parking. My room was nice and clean. The staff members were very nice and friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast service that was available. Please include the breakfast option as apart of your reservation, it is less expensive that way. If you are visiting Jackson State University this is the hotel to stay at.

Hotel is located where everything is near. Staff were very accommodating and facilities nice. It is on my list of return hotels in the Madison area.
Tristin
Safe area!
Victor S.
Very nice facility, the only downside was the fan on the AC was kind of noisy. But even so, I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
Bridgette
Nice hotel with lots of options near in the area
Courtney
This property was beautiful! I didn't spend a lot of time on site but the view out of my window with the sunrise was gorgeous. It was easy to park, check in, and get to my room and I was thankful for this because I arrived late at a night and was travelling alone. Everything was well lit so I felt as safe as I could feel. My room was comfortable and clean as well.
Kris
Would have liked more dining options. Otherwise, a great stay
Jon
Mini fridge did not work. The food we brought went bad. Microwave didn't work, so we couldn't even eat the food we brought before it went bad. Mold in the shower. AC would not go below 74 degrees. The sheet did not fit the bed... It was either queen or single on a king bed. All in all, not a pleasant stay at all!
Denise
This is a very nice area however to a visitor the businesses are hard to spot because the buildings all look alike and you can’t spot a familiar place because they don’t look like their regular buildings as every where else. Use a map app to see what the area offers. Doing it from sight is very difficult.
Tara
Staff went above and beyond to greet and accommodate us. Will definitely be back!
