This place should be condemned and bulldozed to the ground. Shame on you, Hotels.com, for allowing this rat cage to participate! Cheap should not mean gross, dangerous, or uninhabitable. Grimey floors, sprung beds, broken elevators, NO shower curtain, nasty towels, and residents who look like drug addicts, derelicts, and criminals is not worth ANY amount of savings. Your armor is chinked. Your credibility is compromised. You owe us for quite a disappointing and disgusting experience!

This hotel is an absolute no go! I arrived at the hotel with my family of 15 for my college graduation. I was told by front desk staff that our five rooms were not on reservation anymore because they run off a first come first serve system regardless of us having these reservations for months prior to the day. There was no real manger onsite and the gentleman was rude and try to fight with us. There was people drinking in the lobby and more. This hotel is not nothing like the pictures horrible place of business.

This facility was in the worst condition of anyplace I’ve ever stayed. It had a bed with one sheet and a comforter, stained; it had a few old towels, also stained. The room was barely habitable. The hallways, elevator, stairwell were absolutely atrocious, like a crack house. Both mornings my key card had to be reset. The outer door was locked in the mornings with no key card mechanism, so had to wait indefinitely for a manager to let me in or another guest to come out. The smoke detector in the room had been dismantled. The handicap space in the lot was occupied by an unregistered used car. There was no coffee. There was no place to sit, in the room or lobby, that wasn’t dirty. The spectrum of odors throughout the place ranged from unpleasant to foul. Overall: deplorable, dilapidated.

DO NOT STAY HERE! When I got to my room the toilet wouldn’t flush. When I reported it to the front desk and asked for another room the person at the desk told me it would cost $25 more to change rooms and they would not return my money. I was told that the toiletwould be fixed. I mentioned that there were no towels in the room and could they get some in there. Then I left to use the restroom at a restaurant. When I returned in the evening the toilet had been fixed but still no towels. At 9:45 pm I got a small towel an washcloth . Not to worry though because I would not end up using them because at six am I heard what sounded like my shower running. When I looked it was water coming through the ceiling from the tub in the room above. The floor was covered in water and was too slippery to walk on. I packed up and checked out as quickly as possible again using a restroom in a restaurant.
Expedia was wonderful in getting my money refunded but I would not recommend this hotel at all.

There’s a list. First, when I arrived, after making a reservation, I was told they were completely booked. “But I had a reservation”. “We only do that if you prepaid”. I told him that’s not how reservations work. He said it was Valentine’s Day. He blamed the woman before him for giving away my room. I asked “you mean to tell me that I’ve driven for 5 hours and you’re telling me I have no room?” Once a got “assertive” with him, he offered me a room and said I could check it out first. It was horrible, but it was 7:30 on a Friday night before Valentine’s Day, where else was I supposed to go. The only good thing was that he only charged me $60. The price I reserved at was $78.

The room had no doorknob on the bathroom door. A bucket under the sink surrounded by puppy pads. There were only stained “face towels”. No toiletries. The beds only had sheets. The dresser and desk looked as if someone had eaten fried chicken and smeared their hands all over them. There was no cable, so no TV

In the room next to me, the smell of weed filled the hallway. There music was sky high until around 2AM. Around 4:20AM, doors started slamming and people were arguing. I was afraid to do anything and there was no phone to call down to the front desk.

This is a great hotel for hookers and druggies. No one should ever stay here. OYO, shame on you.

It was absolutely disgusting. It smelled like weed and smoke as soon as you walked in the building. The bathroom was not clean at all, there was brown residue all over the walls the floors were sticky, toilet paper had not been changed out, and it was very scary to even sit on the bed. We asked for a different room and there were no more, so we left.

01-I arrive after 8pm.Iwaited several minutes for someone to come to the front desk in order to check in.
02-My reservation rate was for approximately $44 to $47. I brought this to the attention of the front desk attendant and he said I should have paid in advance otherwise The rate is $60. I either missed reading that or I got taken.
03- The room was in horrible condition. Walls stained, the shower was out of order, bed horribly made. The tv remote control did not work. I took it to the front desk. He gave me two other remotes to try. Neither one worked. I took them back. He said the hotel houseman just went out on a break and he would send the houseman to my room in a few minutes. The houseman never came. I went back to the front desk and the attendant offered to change my room to room where the TV would work. I moved to a room on the first floor around the corner from the front desk. This room was even worse. And the electronic device on the outside of the door was destroyed. The room key could not work. Every time I left the room the front desk attendant had to use a manual key to insert into the door's lock to allow me back in the room. This room had baby roaches walking around as though they had paid for the room. I refused to take my clothes off and get under the covers. It was horrible. I slept on top of the covers. I was totally miserable.

I didn't stay there I left in about an hour after I checked in. That is the grossest hotel I ever stayed in. It should be condemned!!! The room was raggedy and the heater was broke. I paid for this low level crap for two days. I paid through affirm I probably can't get my money back but I couldn't let my family stay in that mess. I wouldn't recommend this crap to a dead dog. So please don't stay at that crappy,gross, hotel.

Booked this place for the fourth of July weekend. It was advertised as remodeled. We get there and NOTHING looks like the pictures online. It was filthy from the parking lot to the room. It was super dark and dirty. It looked like something on a horror movie. Even the elevator had trash it. The room had a blood stain on the bed cover dead roaches and cigarette butts were in the room. We immediately turned around and checked out. I asked for a refund since we never unpacked or sat down. Also, I am having to fight for the refund. Apparently the hotel clerk lied and never processed the refund. Do not book this hotel if you want a safe and clean place to stay.

This place is old, run down, and DIRTY. The room was filthy!!! The carpet is disgusting, the walls are dirty, and there is mold in the gross bathroom. It needs to just be completely torn down or entirely renovated. One of the worst hotels I've ever stepped foot in. Worst stay ever. Upon arrival I booked a day In advance. When I got there my room was available or no where near ready. They showed me 3 other rooms that was worse then the one in the pictures i submitted, and that was the final and best room they had to offer me. it wasn’t until the manager arrived that they then denied me my refund and also tried to charge me an additional $10 for a double bed room. All around the one manager told me he would check back with me Monday on a refund but I highly doubt I’ll get my money back. But the cleaning lady was over worked and the manager was nice but limited within power on decision making. Highly not recommended

They could do a lot better

I understand that these owners bought a hotel that went out of business, but it shouldn’t still look like it. The bed was the best thing. The air was not cold. It ran on 60 and never got cold. They don’t wash the towels and linen well. The ceiling is peeling. The walls have holes. At some point, no matter how “cheap” a motel is, you can still have pride in the service you offer. It was fairly quiet, but it wasn’t worth what I paid.

Should’ve known when the guy at front desk ask if we wanted to review room first however we declined as it was 2 am and just ready to get some sleep however we walked in and turned around walked out and left to find something else. Is completely horrible I had no heat the entire trip in this cold weather right now in Mississippi and also I had no pillows when I got there and it took me up about a day to get them and he gave me one pillow and and I nothing about the heat and then my hot water was not working at all and the whole trip and I don't find about that too and whatever I guess it was horrible and I didn't get the room that I wanted which was the jacuzzi room the whole weekend because they didn't have one and then blah blah blah blah so whatever it sucks

I was on the 3rd floor, and my sliding window opened up all the way , someone could easily fall especially a toddler. Worst hotel ever. The rooms and interior looks nothing as show in the photos .

This property is horrible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I book this hotel base of the pictures I’ve seen online. When my son check in he thought it was a prank I did him. It was so nasty he couldn’t sleep in there. I ask for the housekeeper to come clean it. No one did. The next day I ask for a new room. He didn’t get it. The 3rd day I ask for a refund I didn’t get it. It was just horrible and the people hanging out and smoking god knows what. This hotel is not safe or clean to even let your dog lay on the bed.
