La atención al hacer el check in fue excelente. This hotel was beyond nasty and extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. The door was filthy, the bathroom was disgusting, and the entire room looked like it had not been cleaned at all. The bathroom was so nasty that I barely even wanted to bathe.

To make things worse, room service never came to clean the room. I specifically told staff to change the sheets while we were gone, and when we returned, nothing had been done. I then had to go downstairs myself to ask for clean sheets. Even that turned into an ordeal — the front desk lady had to call her boss just to get permission to give me new sheets. That alone tells you how poorly this place is managed.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, I found a dead roach under the sheet, and the sheets had old cigarette burn holes in them. The air conditioner had visible rust all around it, and the bathroom was still filthy. On top of everything else, the area around the hotel felt unsafe and uncomfortable.

This place is unsanitary, poorly managed, and not worth the money. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to stay far away.

Worst managed hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Towels were dirty, no free coffee, no thick blanket, only 3 pillows, incompetent rude staff, keys stopped working before we even checked out at 7 AM, and the dog cleanup station lacked both doggie bags and a trash bag in the receptacle. EVERYONE HERE SHOULD BE FIRED!

They room look like a apartment complex in a ruff neighborhood...the cover on the bed looked not safe to sleep on. The whole environment look like where hookers makes sells. The paint pilling off the wall and windows along with the window curtain looked like it wasn't safe to touch. The fridge and microwave rusty just was a bad experience all and all. Had to change room due to air condition didn't work. The new room wasn't better.

When I pulled into the back parking area there were cars that looked like they had been sitting for a while that were on flat. The walls of the room were dirty, the bed spread had stains, the bathroom was dirty I had to go buy my own cleaning supplies to clean the tub out so I could feel safe taking a shower.The bathroom door was missing the door knob and there were roaches in my room. The sheets and pillows looked clean but the towels dengy. The pictures on Expedia of this place were very misleading. I had a smoking room and the ashtray was broken. Not a place I would recommend. There was an altercation that took place down stairs from my room and someone had a weapon.

The property was not well kept at all. The room was absolutely disgusting. Blood stains on the sheets, dead bugs under the sheets, ashes under the sheets. Then after being there for 45 minutes i asked for a refund and was told since i paid in full, i could not get my money back. Don't stay here without bleach, clean linens, bug spray a plunger and tools to fix the TV hanging on the wall.

It was ok. I was in town for my birthday and visiting family. It was somewhere to stay. Nothing special. The phone in my room never worked. I had to walk to the office for everything. No coffee pot. Had to go to Waffle House next door, or the circle K. Housekeeping was ok. All they did was take out the trash and leave towels. Never cleaned or made the bed.

I had a tree fall on my home less than a mile away from this Red Roof Inn on July 13, 2022, so I booked a stay. The tree felled power lines so it took a few days to restore power. After a 2 night stay I was able to return to my home until the repairs began. That took 2 weeks. I’ve now returned and I’ve been at this Red Roof Inn for 5 weeks. The property is clean. The staff is responsive. The location is convenient to highways and downtown. Several restaurants and gas stations are nearby. Wi-Fi is available and has been speedy and uninterrupted. There’s a security patrol at night, and the hotel is also under the jurisdiction of the Capitol Police, which is a state funded force specifically funded to keep criminal elements out of the area. They are everywhere and vigilant. My stay here has been better than expected. Great hosts, great Wi-Fi, clean room, and excellent security.

Check-in was not welcoming since the lobby was not available and you had to use the night window. When I told the clerk I had a dog, he first informed me that the dog rooms were on the third floor. I then told him that since my husband is disabled, a third floor room was not something I wanted. He them went to check with someone and let me have a first floor room. (By the way, another guest a few doors down from me also had a dog.) There was no coffee maker in the room and since the lobby was locked, you could not get coffee there. There were speed bumps (not well marked) at the entrance to the parking lot, as well as others in the parking area. I will not be using this hotel again.

The bedspread was dirty with dirty foot prints on it. When we pulled back the bedspread, the sheets were wrinkled and had dark spots that looked like blood or ink. The towels were dirty as if someone had been there and the hotel forgot to clean that room. We had already paid for the room, but we left and went to another hotel.

From the time we pulled in the parking lot I noticed heavy police presence. Got to the room and pulled the covers back and the sheets were brown instead of white. Mold and mildew were on the sheets and hair was in the bed. I asked for my money back and was denied. I stayed because I didn’t have more money to spend on another hotel but I can GUARANTEE I won’t NEVER EVER go back. The smell of smoke and the smell of marijuana was all over the place. Men were outside with their shirts off using profane language and I had my three girls with me. I even caught a man walking by looking in other rooms but I assured him if he looked in my window the would have to call the coroner because I was not gone stop shooting until I was outta bullets. I wouldn’t recommend a dog to stay here.

They have a bad fly problem we killed about 8 of them it was disgusting so next i needed to warm something in the microwave it wasnt plugged up so i had to pull the stand out to plug it up nothing but old crackers and other stuff behind it so that made me look behind the nightstand same thing went to the front desk told the manager a lady came up an hour later and came cleaned it up...beds were comfortable and clean bathroom is too small i will not go back to that red roof inn again but maybe there are others that are better so im willing to give it a try but i will read reviews first!!!

I had real issues with the cleanliness and safety of this location.

Yes, it was a cheap stay, but I’ll bet Red Roof Inn doesn’t want blood stained sheets being used in ANY of their hotels, or to have their company represented by peeling paint and blood-soaked rags laying in the elevator doorway.

Service was fine, considering the extremely late hour at which I arrived, but I was relieved I only had to spend one night there

I needed a room last minute and the pictures looked ok. When I got to the room it was dirty there was holes in the curtain. The person next to me was screaming all night and NOT TO MENTION SOMEONE TRIED TO BREAK INTO MY ROOM AT 3am I imminently changed hotels and went to pearl. I felt so dirty and the smell was horrible. It ruined my entire experience. Then the cleaning lady has the nerve to demand me to leave a tip when I check out. She didn’t even do anything!! Don’t come here at all. It’s unsafe and dirty.

The entire room was disgusting. The sheets were stained, the walls had blood on them, the pipe’s made so much noise when you used the sink or show, the tub/shower was absolutely disgusting. I travel to the area often but will never stay again. When I asked for clean sheets or a new room they said they could oblige but only if I paid extra. $25 for clean sheets is horrendous.
