The key card I got when I checked in had a different address and phone number than the hotel. When I got to the room, there was no remote for the TV. So I had to go back to the front desk to ask for one. They promised they would bring it to the room, but they never did. Also, we were 2 people traveling, but there was only 1 set of towels in the room, when I asked for a second towel for my husband, the woman at the front desk told me that it is only 1 set of towels per room, even if there are more than 1 person staying !!! The airconditioning made so much noise that we had to turn it off to be able to sleep, But it was in Mississippi in June, so we ended up not being able to sleep because it was getting to hot. There are also trains passing by behind the hotel throughout the night.

Absolutely disgusting property!! I wish I could upload pictures . On top of that, the property charged me an extra $30 to have the same room.That I paid for in full on the website. Staff was rude and un helpful. Drug use was very prevalent at this location as well. Very sketchy if I could give 0 stars I would.

Does OYO not even know who did or did not check into their place? We ended up staying at the Quality Inn in Hazlehurst, MS. We arrived at OYO a little before 3 pm. No one was around. We found the place in a state of complete disrepair. What a hole we thought. I told my wife maybe they're remodeling, and we should see what the rooms looked like. So, we went and put gas in our car and came back about 25 minutes later. Still, nobody was around. Us and other people pounded on the door. After about 15 minutes of that and lastly calling the phone number provided (347-752-4159) and getting no human to talk to on the other end, we gave up and left. Pissed off and tired after already driving 12+ hours, we called other Hotels and found a place to stay the night. It's highly unlikely we'll stay at the OYO again and that brings up the trustworthiness of Expedia. How can you recommend a place like that?

I had to wait over a hour for a clean room even though i had a paid reservation. The room had an overwhelming smell of marijuana. The pillows had midew-like stains all over them. We packed our bags and left within 10 minutes of entering the room.

First of all, it was 330 before I could get checked in. The room was disgusting. It was dirty. Fixtures were broken, appliances were rusty and missing parts. The comforter had a stain in the bed did not feel clean. The floor was dirty the cold water handle on the bathtub was broken, pieces missing off the counter in the bathroom. There was trash behind one of the bedside tables I could go on and on I took multiple pictures of this room and the shape.

Do not stay here, there are bed bugs. The property also looks nothing like any of the photos because they were taken years ago. A lot of the doors were broken into, the floors were dirty, everything metal is rusted, bedsheets were partially burnt. The tv had been stolen so they gave us one that didn’t work. We also had to ask multiple times for them to give us cards to our room once we checked in, after they changed our room 3 times. You get what you pay for. There’s a newly renovated OYO in north Jackson, though.

Bed was very old and towels were clean but stained. OYO should pull the flag on this one! Booked through hotels.com so no chance to move on. Already paid.

We booked a room through Expedia late in the evening as we decided to stop in Jackson. When we arrived at the hotel, all lights were out and the hotel had no power. The city was hit with a storm and many places had no power. The night manager was outside the office of the motel and advised us that we could not check in or honor the reservation. Other cars pulled as well. We all had to leave and keep trying. I have tried several times to get customer help through Expedia and the hotel to refund the payment. No response has been given. This has been a frustrating experience. Please understand that I am a consistent user of Expedia and book 30 nights a year or so. I have never had an experience like this.

The room had not been cleaned since the last person was in it. The floor was dirty and we found a nasty old sock in the bathroom. The bathroom door qas coming off the wall and the celing drywall looked to be coming down. I stayed in the room because i was simply too exhausted to change things. On top of all that i got charged as a no show despite the fact I most definitely stayed at this hotel.

There were no towels, no toilet paper, no TV remote, no trash can, makeup left for previous guest. Bathroom door off of hinges. Went to front desk to ask for towels and toilet paper and remote and was told they don't have any of those things. I drove 800 miles that day and didn't fight with moving or trying to get a refund. Would definitely stay far clear of this place

Checking in was ok I had to leave for business so I didn’t ent r the room until like 5hrs after I checked in. Ok when I get entered the room I was immediately in disgust it looked nothing like the pictures online everything was outdated and raggedy there were bags under the nightstand to keep it from wobbling. The bedside lamps didnt work headboard was nasty toilet was nasty min fridge nasty on inside out ashes on the floor hair on the floor sinks nasty linen I was scared to look but it was stained I layed on top of the top sheet I used two cans of Lysol that night to clean it was cigar guts in the carpets they must need a housekeeper or they put me on the crackhead side never again will I return!!

When i arrived the front worker was nice the entire time but they were watching some suspicious activity on the cameras and it was clear something bad was going on. From the outside it was well lit and okay. But there were cats everywhere feeding on trash, when we pulled in we had clear as day drug addicts peaking out their window at us. It was clear people lived there with signs up and trash outside. We decided to at least look in the room. When we walked in our \"non smoking room\" it smelled terribly, immediately seen holes and stains and crusty splotches all over the chair. I sat on the bed for a moment thinking of what to do and it sounded like metal cracking and the bed seemed dirty too. The bathroom was ok. But sad to say i spent $60 to pee and then immediately leave because of how unsafe we felt. I went and slept in my car on the side of the road for a few hours over getting a decent nights sleep. THATs how disgusting it was. I would have went and asked for a refund right then but judging by everything else i didnt feel safe going back in there... waste of $60 but id rather left than deal with that.... only good i can say is the front desk guy was nice enough... do NOT book here!!!

Online it said that it was a hotel got there it was definitely a motel. The rooms were not clean and we had to move from one room to the next because the air conditioner did it work. We were residents from Louisiana evacuating. It wasn’t the best motel at all but we made the best out of our stay. I sanitized and cleaned the room and made the room better

I’m sorry to say this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was in extreme bad shape, the sheets had holes in them, the light in the bathroom was falling from the ceiling, even the walls were dirty.

The staff was somewhat friendly however the actual room had blackmold in it the bed felt like and sounded like we were sleeping on a file cabinet and all in all the room just didn’t feel clean.

I had 7 rooms reserved. After the group inspected the rooms 5 of them were found unacceptable so we ended up going to another hotel to spend the night.
