Property is good and clean but some of the staff are not polite and friendly. I stayed there for 4 days ( 28 June 26. - 3 July 26). For cleaning every time I have to ask for broom and stuffs which they were not were willing to give easily or have to return right away. For short stay people they have to take care of cleaning at-least on daily basis or provide general cleaning stuffs.

Where do I begin? I've stayed at this hotel several times since it first opened and always had a good experience when my stay was only one or two nights. It's in a great location, especially if you're traveling with a dog. However, after staying for a week while waiting to move into my new house, my opinion changed.

I was surprised to learn that housekeeping doesn't change sheets or towels unless you're staying 14 days or more. If you want clean linens before then, you're charged $25, which seems unreasonable. The pet fee was also confusing. At check-in, I was told it would be $20, but because the charge didn't process, I returned the next morning and was charged $60 with no explanation for the $40 increase.

There was no liquid hand soap provided, unlike most hotels I've stayed at. When I asked housekeeping for assistance, I was simply told to go to the front desk instead of receiving any help. Customer service from the cleaning staff was disappointing.

The air conditioning also struggled to keep the room cool. It ran constantly, but the room remained warm, likely because there are no curtains to block the afternoon sun.

Overall, this hotel is fine for a quick overnight stay, but I would not recommend it for an extended stay. The housekeeping policy, unexpected fees, lack of basic amenities, and poor customer service have convinced me that I won't be staying here again.

Room was a bit dusty. Floor was dirty to walk on. One of the beds had a bunch of hair, a booger, and a smear of blood but the bed was made as if someone slept on it without getting in the covers. It would have been hard for the cleaning staff to have caught it. Other than that everything else was super clean, staff was amazing, its quiet, and a great price!

This is not a property to stay at if you’re planning on staying a day or two for a trip. There are very few towels for the restroom and doesn’t have your regular amenities a hotel supplies. The was no coffee in the morning for guests. The beds were on springs that rattled every time you moved or turned. I will not be booking this property again!

The room was huge! However, one does not expect for the price to have a bed that sits on the floor, especially for senior citizens. The mattress and the bed were definitely not what we expected for the price. People don't want to sleep on the floor or on a lumpy and old mattress!

The level of amenities with this hotel ranks down with hostels. No breakfast, no shampoo, no carpet so sticky floors in the rooms. It looks like new construction and thus worth it. I’m not sure that’s the case.

Overall clean, safe place to stay for price. However, no coffee pot in the room and extremely bare amenities an available. Asked for sheets for pull out and husband was shown they only had one blanket and one sheet left period to provide us with. There were none in the room itself. We weren’t looking for much so it was good for our quick overnight but highly advise against for anything outside of that unless u plan to bring your own stuff all together for blankets, sheets, any type of comfort.

Nice new property. Around a few good restaurants. Close to Sam’s Club. Hotel is a very minimalist experience, hence “cheap price” No front desk service from 11pm - 7am. Check-in was easy and staff was helpful. Our initial room on the 4th floor had a very strong smell of weed🌳 Staff switched us to 2nd floor. It was the reverse of the 4th. The floor smelled of weed and the room was very clean and nice. There was considerable amounts of noise coming from the room above most of the stay. That made the experience a “no return” at this property for us. But it was safe and in a well lit area.
Nice just not for us.

The building is very nice. The property is clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed, however was absolutely awful. First of all, for a handicap accessible room the bed was way too low to the floor and was nothing more than a piece of plywood bunky board on a very low platform, topped off with a thin mattress. The bed has a horrible, hard, extremely lumpy mattress that was high in the very middle and dipped to each side. It felt like a sack of rocks and straw. It creaked horribly every time we moved. The tiny litte pillows were the size found on toddlers beds. If all you want is a clean room at a fairly reasonable price, then this place is for you. If however you want a comfortable bed and a good night's sleep, you won’t find it here. We had a miserable night with another long day of travel ahead. We won't stay here again and don't recommend it.

This was my 3rd stay over the past year. When I arrived, I was booked on an upper floor. I told the young lady at the desk that I was travelling with my 90 year old Mom and would appreciate something closer to an entrance door. She searched and found that #104 was available. I was able to pull up to the south entrance and it was literally 15 steps to the room. Outstanding! We ended up leaving a day early but several hours after checkout time. The Manager apologized profusely that it was too late to get the last night refunded. I absolutely wasn't expecting or asking for a refund but he followed me to the door continuing the apology. Such a nice guy. The Staff bends over backward to make your stay pleasant. Zero complaints.
