This hotel , put me in room 125, which should be renamed as the crack den of Mumbai! The room had cracked door jams, literally holes in the walls and a bed that smelled like year long Bodyider! I requested another room and it was slightly better. The room was being rented for 54.99 but I was charged 71.00, by Hotels.com! The manager refused to give me a receipt upon request! Never go to this Hotel !

This place is disgusting! We didn’t even put our bags down. Beds were dirty the place smelled old and very run down. Teenager said it looked like a scene from euphoria (if you know you know!)
We turned around and left and went down the road didn’t even care that we lost $70

Pleasant surprise

This hotel is a GEM...I was pleasantly surprised. I was visiting a friend and didn't want to stay in Jackson. This hotel was SUPER AFFORDABLE!! Conveniently located, plenty of eateries. My only recommendation is that the hotel isn't super big, so it could be swept and dusted better. And the shower was so-so. Other than that, I will definitely be staying again and again

Broken toilet!

Toilet would not flush. Then, in the middle of the night the toilet started leaking and covered the floor. I turned the water off to the toilet and had to dry the floor with the only 2 towels we had.

Rudest people ever!

The staff is VERY RUDE!!!!! We were running FIVE minutes late after the check out time and they LITERALLY pushed the door in on my husband while I was putting on my clothes!!!! They were so mean and unprofessional it was so grooms anyway but we had to book it at last minute bc my husband couldn’t drive anymore!!

*Unless you want to adopt some maggots or massive amounts of flies (live and dead) as pets, I’d suggest Anywhere else.*

We got there and the lady had told me that the room needed to be cleaned and that would take about 10-15 minutes. With all the rooms there were around 5 vehicles in the whole parking lot. Maybe I overthought that aspect.

Fifteen minutes later I returned and got a room. The first thing we noticed about the room was the smell. Even though it was a smoking room, it wasn’t the smell of smoke that was present. It was musty and flat out disgusting. It also stuck out that there was no shower curtain.

I go to the front desk to get the WiFi password and tell them about the smell and the shower curtain. I wish there was a way to describe how rude that lady was at the front desk. After giving me the wrong password three times, she decided I get to wait for the manager to arrive.

Upon being back in the room, my mother had made more discoveries. The seal on the refrigerator did not even come close to sealing shut. It looked like there was feces on the wall. We also discovered dead and live flies everywhere and MAGGOTS on the floor and in the vents. Those were the main issues of many more.

I was contacting Expedia during this whole time and trying to get ANY help from the hotel staff. All 4 had a different justification and excuse. The manager never called or showed.

Expedia got us a better hotel. I did not receive a refund, but they took care of us.

There was construction around the area. When we came out of the room in the morning, wewere asked repeatedly if we were done so they could clean it. Check out was at 11. We came out at 9am. It was like they couldnt wait for us to leave.

Don’t stay here, it will suck out your soul.

The room smelled funny, there was feces smeared on the door frame of the bathroom, there was a man with his door propped open, walking back and forth, from his bathroom to his open room door, with a cigarette in is mouth. The foot of the bed was higher than the head, and the floor was hardwood linoleum tile. I left a he room, upon entering. We squeezed into a Hilton Garden to wash off the depression.

I would NOT recommend even to my worse enemy

I reserved the room and paid for it through hotels.com. when we arrived (after an unintentional 36 hour drive) they told me they didn't have any rooms. I was furious and pitched a fit until they decided to magically find a room. The reasoning was the maid wasn't there and they had to clean the room. they "cleaned" a room for us. the place looked like a very dangerous area but we were tired and it was late.

Staff very unprofessional, barely spoke English and had no clue what customer service is about. Stay away from oyo hotels; called several since area was flooded with them and it was the same accent and same poor English. After being there a week they couldn’t find our stay due to a glitch in system harassed us for the better part of 8hours even after Expedia confirmed we had reservations. Finally it appeared in their system and they left us alone but not a single apology. Ruthless staff and very unpleasant stay.

Stayed at location for 5 days on 5th day they couldn’t see our reservation at all when I showed them proof of our confirmation, and all our paper work not to mention they seen us staying there all week (not by choice; vehicle broke down). They were trying to evict us for 8hrs... then finally at night they said the system had a glitch and now they can see it. Very unprofessional, whole staff had very poor English and communication was very limited. Never will I ever stay at an OYO affiliated hotel. I book 60-90 rooms a month (business for my crew) Gold member and was treated poorly.

Friendly but personally wouldn’t stay again

Friendly service but I wouldn’t stay here again anytime soon. They do seem to be doing renovations as there were pallets of interior materials in the parking lot during our stay. I could tell the windows were practically brand new. However the room was not very clean, there was a very odd smell to the room, numerous dead bugs around the walls, and a few stains on the walls and bedding.

First, they did not receive the confirmation from Expedia. I hate to wait in an unairconditioned lobby for an hour while Expedia and the hotel worked out the problem. When I walked in my room it was over 100 degrees in the room and it took over 2 hours to cool it down. Lastly, there were about 20 dead bugs in the bath tub that I had to wash down the sink before I could take a shower.

Not bad at all!

If you need a clean, comfortable room...this is the place. The deco may be lacking, but, the room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the area was quiet. Room had fridge and micro. Tons of fast foods and restaurants close by. Walmart just a short distance from the hotel. Would definetely stop again.

First room we had the tv was busted, lamp broken, mirror messed up and phone line was cut so we couldnt call out or call front desk. When we notified front desk they acted like we were lying about the conditions. Desk clerk had to come see for himself that it was messed up. Then moved to another room and cable kept freezing up and couldnt watch much tv. When desk was notified they blamed it on the cable company. Then our toilet had to be turned on and off for each use because it would leak and floor would be soaked. Desk person did nothing about it just shrugged his shoulders and smiled. Like its no big deal. Then had construction going on in room next to us so we couldnt sleep much nor did we have any peace and quiet while sitting in the room.

Driving from OK to FL, just stayed here as passing thru. For 1 night it is just fine, we only needed a clean place for sleep & shower. It is just that. It was clean & staff was friendly. Nothing fancy. Only complaint is toilet wasn’t secured completely to the floor so needed to be careful when using it.

Extremely Dissatisfied Nasty Room and Hotel

DO NOT STAY HERE!! My husband and I like to travel but have never had such a bad experience. The hotel and room looked nothing like he pics. We stayed here on our way to Orange Beach. Lobby and breakfast area were bad and dingy and just nasty. No way I’d eat food from there. Our room was so old and had stains all over the floor and bedspreads. I didn’t have my socks on for like 2 mins and you’ll see pics of my feet. If it hadn’t been so late we would have gone somewhere else. Construction everywhere and looks like every worker was staying here. I’ll pay more money next time and get a nicer place.

This hotel was just nasty. The sheets and bed spreads are stained and even had burn holes in them. Several pillows did not have pillow cases. It was so nasty I got a blanket from a local store and slept on that. The night office staff was very nice and helpful but the morning office staff was too busy on his phone to help and I even had to speak 3 times to get his attention.If it had not been storming and so late at night and I could have canceled when I got there I would have not have stayed there. I will never stay here again.

When we checked in, we got our room key and went to the room to find the previous occupant hadn't checked out. So we were allocated another room. Not an ideal start. The hotel room we were allocated was adequate for our purposes. A bed, shower and a good nights sleep. So all was well in the end. It is a shame about the roadworks making it hard to find the entrance to this hotel, but not the hotels fault whatsoever.
All in all it was OK in the end.

Locals Be Aware; Noise Issues

If you're local, there is a $50 cash deposit required at the time of check in. This was not stated anywhere on the booking site or I would have booked elsewhere. My first night was plugged with noise from rowdy upstairs guests that were so noisy, I ended up having to call the front desk at 2:45 a.m. to ask them to shut them up. They stopped for awhile, then started right back up again.

Breakfast had no alternative coffee or milk, and no protein. Therefore, there was no breakfast for me.

dump, no internet, they tried to charge my credit card 3 times, for 1 day, thank God my credit card didn't let them. they made a photo copy of my credit card. You should check places you send people before you send them there to stay !
