We never received housekeeping service and after several requests, they brought us fresh towels and emptied the trash. The front desk staff didn't seem the least bit concerned and offered no apology.

Such a nice place to stay. It was so clean, and the food was great. The only thing to note is they only have on street parking that you need to pay for. If not you have to pay 28.00/day for valet parking. I was able to get street parking but if you plan to get back later evenings, plan to valet. very cool piece of history. The restaurants around town are unreal with how good the food is. Definitely would recommend coming back. The staff from check in, to the bar staff was incredible. Mississippi set the tone for the nicest people I think I've ever met!!!!

We were driving through so all we needed was a comfy bed and a restaurant we could walk to- The Westin provided both. The on-site restaurant was FANTASTIC and our server Dre was very knowledgeable about the cuisine. Check in and out was smoothly handled by Anisha & Chris, who were both very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were disgusting. We were moved to 3 different rooms before we found one that were okay! And I do mean only okay! Definitely not worth the price. One of the rooms didn’t even have a fitted sheet on the bed. Shower was disgusting with mold around them and even hair left in the shower. I would never recommend this location.

My family and I stayed at the Westin Jackson from June 7–14, 2026, and were extremely disappointed with our experience. Upon arrival, we encountered serious cleanliness issues, including what appeared to be blood and other bodily fluids in multiple guest rooms. Despite being moved several times, the problems persisted.

The response from hotel leadership was equally disappointing. We experienced poor communication, difficulty reaching management, and at one point were told we could simply check out if we were unhappy. Additionally, the pool was largely unavailable due to outside swim classes occupying the facility for much of the afternoon and evening.

The only highlights of our stay were Estelle Restaurant and Soul Spa, both of which provided exceptional service and experiences.

As a Marriott Bonvoy member since 2020, I have never encountered such poor housekeeping standards and customer service. Unfortunately, the negative experiences far outweighed the positives, and I cannot recommend this property.

Hotel was okay and pretty clean overall. Food was terrible and expensive. No parking lot so you need to valet your car or park it on the street. Also, no vending machines which was weird. Warm water was the only option for drinks in your room because they don't offer a small fridge. It just seems like the hotel was missing amenities for the price.

Upon check-in, we were told there were issues with the water and it had to be run for a while & were offered drink coupons.Once we got to our room. it was clean however, our shower was covered with black residue. When I went back down to ask for the room to be cleaned, we were informed by housekeeping that it would be faster to get a new room because there was a shortage of housekeepers. We were checked into a new room that was obviously used and not cleaned. There were dirty towels in the bathroom used cups towels in the bedding area. Both beds were used and unmade, an iron and ironing board out and other miscellaneous items around the room. I went back down to the front desk and showed the video of our room. We were then asked to be put back in our original room and that we would not shower because other guests were complaining of brown water in the sink showers and toilet. The desk agent did try to accommodate us and had someone go check a third room. We were told that that room was good so we went up. We were a little frustrated and decided not shower. We decide to use the drink coupons and when entering the bar we saw it was shut down as there was water leak and dryers attempting to air out the area, and there are pieces missing from the ceiling. It was one lady working but she was nice. We received our drinks but ended up leaving. We decided to let the water run in hopes it would clear up by morning enough to brush out teeth but did not & bottled water had to be used.

We checked in later in the afternoon. Decide to stay at the hotel for dinner instead of going out. We waited a long time at the bar to receive service from anyone. I approached the gentleman at the front desk and was told someone would be back soon. They were on break. We waited a while longer. We were told by other dinners we should probably go somewhere else if we expected good service in Jackson. They were correct!

The Weston hotel is one of the more upscale premier BONVOY properties based on ratings we chose this hotel price was a little expensive however, our dog got to stay for free so we took that into consideration the VALET staff was very nice. They let us park our vehicle in front instead of paying the $28 valet fee. THE initial greeting from the front staff was a little offputting, but then they helped us with our room, the express service for meals needs to be retrained. There was a lack of communication or interest or knowledge in their menu. They had no idea what was available couldn’t give us a timeframe put us on hold to the restaurant because evidently the phone system is not working. This is not expected at a BONVOY premier hotel. We had the same issue the next morning with room service. We received the wrong food items they didn’t bother to let us know that the wellness Juice was no longer available, but it’s still printed on the menu. The menus need to be updated. Housekeeping is excellent. The room carpet is stained. The walk-in shower had a little bit of mold residue around the rim of the shower. we’ve spent close to $700 for two nights including two meals from room service the only game in town so we were a captive audience. We had driven seven hours from Texas and were exhausted. Disappointed with this brand. The redeeming qualities are the heavenly bed and linens. White tea products in the bathroom. Only one robe in the bathroom.

Though the check in process was smooth and the staff was friendly/helpful; the room left much to be desired.

Upon getting into my room, there was a used hand towel on the sink, and the hand soap bar was unwrapped and used. Unsure if this was from housekeeping or the guest before me...so due to that, I was weary about the status of the bed and other surfaces.
On the second night, I went to take a shower despite my hesitancies. The shower floor was in need of a deep clean. I stood on a towel. Several minutes in, the bottom of the shower started to fill up despite the drain being unobstructed. I quickly exited because standing in dirty, ponding water was not the experience I wanted. It took over an hour for the water to drain out completely. It was late, I was not concerned with packing up my things and requesting another room. However, for the price of this stay, very disappointed in the state of the room. Next time I will look to stay at cheaper option in Jackson that has higher cleaning standards.

The review and rating is about the experience we had for dinner at the hotel restaurant. Never have I seen so much staff in the kitchen to deliver so little food in such a long time in a night when the restaurant was at below 20% occupancy. Allow me to add the food was mediocre, and not matching the menu description. To top it, it was grossly overpriced for the quality served, which basically was straight out of a Sysco truck. The only highlight was watching the staff as the arguments, useless flor manager and kitchen staff turned it in a farcical spectacle.
Besides that, rooms were fine, clean. Bedding was fine if not great.
