Great rain shower and comfortable bed. Loved the ambiance inside the room.

Somewhere store luggage/clothing, a chair or loveseat, and more towel hooks would be nice

The room I was assigned was not closed when I first got there. There were stains and hair in one of the beds. There were fingers nails in the shower. The A/C buttons controlling how much air gets put out was broken. There were flys in the apartment.

At a first glance, the LEDs were nice, but became annoying since there was no way to fully turn them off when we wanted. There were no actual lights by the jacuzzi. The bed creaked loudly at light movements. The thermostat said it was 65° inside when it most definitely was not. The bed pillows were small and uncomfortable. There were roaches in the bathroom shower. The smart TV was nice to have. The jacuzzi worked fine, although the water pressure could've been higher to fill it quicker especially since the jets in it don't work until it is completely filled up. Overall, the only saving grace of the hotel for the price was the jacuzzi (once it was finally full).

The floor in bathroom was buckled every where you stepped. The shower had a large plate that covered the drain and i slipped on it and almost fell. The showers clear glass into the room so of course my husband had a good laugh. At 2:00 am a guy above us was yelling and kicking the door lasted about 10 minutes the fireplace and mood lighting was a nice touch but wouldn’t stay again.

My spouse cut her foot on a piece of broken crack pipe that was in the room. We didn’t see it because it was dark and I have pictures. The staff apologized but said they didn’t have a first aid kit. Not a great experience. Nothing against the people themselves but management better tighten up so this doesn’t happen to someone else.

I stayed because of the jacuzzi tub; it wouldn’t fill stay filled; the plug wouldn’t stay in place.

The ambient led lighting couldn’t be turned off. So the room was a red glow.

Very noisy, someone playing saxophone. Terrible, and packed and went to the Hampton Inn.

Never again

Upon checking in I got my key card for the room. I went to my room with my bags and there was a half dressed woman already in my room. I went back to the desk and was moved to another room. Once inside my room I looked around and and noticed yellow stains on the sheets and dirty shower floor. After thinking about the first incident with the woman already in my room I realized that she may have a significant other coming that might not be ok with what happened to her. I decided to go to a different hotel in the area for safety reasons. Not wanting any issues while traveling. My father has been in the local hospital for over 8 days now. I would expect a full refund due to this safety issue.

This is a MOTEL directly off the interstate. It's not fancy, clean, or exceptionally safe. It's a novelty rest stop when you're on a road trip with your partner. If you take that into consideration, you will have a great experience.

Overall, the property was impressive and the staff went above and beyond. It is an adult hotel and serves that purpose but, a garbage pale in the bathroom wouldn’t hurt, some extra toilet paper and towels would be nice too. Especially in the jacuzzi room. Better lightening … the ambience is nice but, it would also be nice to see effectively when not being “sexy”. But it wasn’t a bad stay. The bed felt comfortable at first but … wasn’t. The pillows and blankets were awesome! The drains do not drain quickly so, more than one shower an hour is out. And a coffee maker anywhere - room or lobby would be amazing!!! But … for the price, it was nice.

The pictures make it look better than it really is.
It’s right off the highway which made the stay very noisy with trucks driving by and horns being honk. I was convinced this was a hotel and it is definitely a motel which should be stated in the add for clarification. I tried to get a refund for the second night since I checked out on the first night and the property denied me a refund.

The room was clean and comfortable. I think my only minor concern would be a chair. I think each room needs at least one chair to sit .
