The staff was the rudest that I have ever experienced in all the hotels I have ever visited throughout my 50 years on this earth.

I was awakened by housekeeping at 7am, 8am and 9am (check out time was not until 11am). The 1st two times I was told it was a “room check”, so I put the do not disturb sign up and they knocked again at 9am for another “room check”.

Upon checkout, I explained to the manager that they knocked when the do not disturb sign was up, along with the TWO earlier times, and she sternly barked “ It’s REQUIRED”.

No, we were there for only ONE night. I have NEVER been to a hotel where a “room check” was required 3 times for someone spending ONE night, especially starting at 7am.

If you enjoy being woken up at the crack of dawn after flying for over 12 hours and love hateful staff, then this is the hotel for you!

I did not stay because I requested a handicap accessible room and there was not one available. The hotel was also difficult to find because there was absolutely NO NAME ON THE BUILDG AT ALL!!! That was very weird. I did not stay because they could not accommodate our needs. They said I had to cancel thru Expedia. I bought insurance in case things went wrong & they did. I found a different hotel that could accommodate my husband who uses a wheel

AC was okay. The room and overall hotel was "weathered," i.e., sorely in need of a renovation - just a very outdated hotel.
On the other hand, the staff were extremely friendly to a T.
Also, the breakfast, coffee, were quite good.
In other words, personnel did an excellent job, while the physical presence of the hotel left much, very much, to be desired...

All staff were exceptional except your gm...doug. He can definitely use customer service training of any sort. If he could borrow some smiles amd kindness from his staff that would help him out. Does he always look and act miserable? Is he always this unhappy? That's not healthy nor presents good "Customer Service"... kudos to the rest of the staff!!! Great customer service goes a long way....you just never know who is present and watching...

The property was not well maintained. Multiple light switches did not work. There were water stains on the ceiling and the wardrobe smelled of mildew.
There were also very few outlets in the room and the ones that were present were loose and plugs would easily fall out.

I stayed for multiple nights (5) and did not see nor hear from room service until my last night.

I didn't like having to make a $100 deposit, on a room that needs remodeling. The room phone don't work, had a hard time getting the remote control to turn the TV off and couldn't get the tv on this morning. There's no pad or cover on the ironing
board, someone left the iron filled to the max with water. The window needs cleaning.

Definitely wouldn't recommend. I checked in the the bathroom door is a sliding door one of my friends got stuck in the room i asked be changed to another room without sliding door she the front desk put me in the next door room (which the door was already open) still same thing.. That next morning i go to that next room (the door was open) to make sure we didn't leave anything i goes in the bathroom with my items and used the restroom(#1) to hear the GENERAL MANAGER knocking at the bathroom to tell me i have to pay for this room and that I'm stealing. I told him no and was told he would press charges and call the police. Which the general manager called the police for NOTHING. I wasn't able to get a refund the cops were rude the general manager was rude me and my friends was told to get our things and leave mind you we drove over 10 hrs now soon as i leave the general manger runs my card to try to charge me for the other room WHICH is illegal

This hotel fails to inform you of a $100 deposit that is refundable after check out. I wasn’t pleased to have to pay deposit after I’ve already paid for the room so the front desk clerk calls the manager because I didn’t have the hundred dollars to stay so she calls because they did initially swipe my card for this room to be paid for. So he tells me pretty much there’s nothing he can do about it, other than refund my money and I would have to deal with Expedia which means I wouldn’t have my money back on my card so I end up getting the money and paying to stay because it’s just really close by the freeway and it says that it comes with all these different amenities and nothing of that has been right. The elevator does not have a license stating it’s been tested and it’s safe. There also isn’t any breakfast so don’t book this hotel if you think there is breakfast because I was fooled. I called multiple times to the front desk and never got an answer. There was also nobody there when I first got there either and I waited 1015 minutes for someone to recognize that I was even in the hotel and was trying to check in. The beds are nice. The furniture is nice but far as the people go no. I wasn’t pleased with the manager wanting to know my business and still not offering to waive the hundred dollar fee that I know he can do. He was just being nosy if he wasn’t going to do his job. I’m not pleased with the front desk nor they’re not being any breakfast available. It’s a lot of fals

It wasn’t the most pleasant. I felt as though customer service wasn’t valued at all. I had a valid complaint but wasn’t met with much of a resolution. It was really unfortunate because the hotel is located in such a convienent area/city. The desk/clerk, housekeepers,etc we’re all pleasant except the manager. The hotel was very clean, however, the infrastructure and furniture is so cheap! It’s barely made comfortable for guests to stay. So that issue combined with the manager/owners greed for money and not offering refunds, it’s no wonder why there weren’t many people staying there.

This property is very easy to enter into. But, because of its’ location on very busy Lakeland Dr., leaving can be tricky and time consuming. In the actual room, the toilet, shower, and sink areas were clean. But little attention was paid to anything else such as the vanity, chair, tables etc. The hotel’s main entrance is to the far left which means that you have to walk the length of whatever floor you’re on in order to get to a room. I requested a room on the first floor not realizing that the floor number didn’t make a difference to how close the room would be to the entrance. Most large hotels have lobbies situated in the center of the building. Therefore a customer transporting heavy equipment doesn’t have as far to walk. IF I should stay at this hotel again, I will know to request a room close to the elevator or entrance. On a positive note, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly and there are many food and store options nearby.

Not this hotel!!!!! Stay away!!!

Management is terrible!!!! He was so rude and mean…. First I had to wait 30 minutes to even get checked in…the staff was no where to be found…the cleaning staff walked right pass the other guest and I…..the room needed a real cleaning….our last morning there the manager said we couldn’t get towels to shower my kids and I…because we told the ones that was originally in the room…so we all left that morning without a shower….Please don’t waste you time and money!!! The manager is a piece of work…if you don’t like you job then don’t there…Also the manager was dressed like he just got out of bed….with sagging shorts and dirty shirt!!! So unprofessional! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Coffee machine in breakfast room made excellent coffee. Excellent shopping within a mile and only 10 minutes to the airport.
The shower floor in my room was slippery on the edges which could result in falls.

When I they arrived put me in the wrong room other thab what i booked and then moved me to another room that was a king bed but handicap shower only. Then put $100 hold on my card without letting me know they were placing the hold. Room was bot completely clean. Still had a coffee cup stain on the notepad where someonenl had sat a cup down on the notepad.

I checked in at approximately 3:45 p.m. The room I was sent to was not cleaned. The front desk lady had me find the cleaning staff and for me to ask them to clean it. I had to sit in the hallway for 45 minutes waiting for the room to be cleaned. The gentleman that cleaned my room was very energetic with an excellent attitude. My TV service did not work. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was nice. It was a rough start but a decent ending.

Nice quiet room. Great safe location in Flowood. Great restaurants in walking distance and movie theater. My only dislikes were the bed was hard and springy and the carpet felt sticky. $100 deposit bc I booked with 3rd party. Got it back 2 days later. I will stay here again.

There is almost NEVER anyone to answer the phone number they direct you to if there's no one at the desk, which is also about 90 percent of the time. I asked for a different room for medical reasons and they said to make sure I changed rooms before 11, and by 1 p.m. the next day there was no one to tell me when it would be ready either by phone or at the desk. After waiting in the lobby for almost an hour I had to use the restroom in a nearby Mexican restaurant (I have Crohn's).

Then, after forgetting or the WiFi code, I finally got someone to answer the phone and was SCOLDED for asking for the code a second time.

So much for Southern hospitality. YUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I reserved a stay here weeks in advance on Expedia. I clocked the option reserve now pay later. So, maybe four days before needing to be at hotel I receive a call at 11:30 PM asking did I want to cancel my room because the card on file didn't go through. I told them to I am suppose to pay at hotel. The guys hangs up angry saying that not their policy and I needed to pay or the room would be cancelled. I called the next morning and spoke with someone else (whom sounded like the same guy) he told me they couldn't hold the room. Ok, so I waited to call back and one of the same I get make a new reservation, but instead of the room being $80 per night I would be paying $140 per night. I asked why so much in price different they couldn't answer me and put a female on the phone. She basically said book it or leave it. Come to find out all other hotels was sold out due to MISSISSIPPI college football game. I know that's why they did a price jump and cancelled my room four days in advance. Biggest inconvenience

Walked in lobby to check in around 11pm and had to call for front desk agent which wasnt too strange with covid and staff issues in places. When i went to my room it was propped open along with the other i assume vacant rooms. Traveling solo i didnt feel safe staying there with no one at the desk to see who comes and goes and props doors open to whoever could walk in off the street. Turned around and left again no one at desk to speak to about issue. I normally like this chain so it was a disappointment and i was out $100.
