I want to file a complaint on the Sparks manager she was very rude and unruly and told me an untruth about a situation I was looking for my medicine and she said the manager would be there I mean the the housekeeping manager will be there Thursday at 9:00 but when I went there cuz I have been calling and she was hanging the phone up in my face and when I got there she said the manager was not there he told me she didn't have my medicine

My son and his wife said there were stains in their sheets and stains in the shower which made it look not very clean. They also said the breakfast only cereal and hard boiled eggs.
They arrived just to rest and sleep and to get up early in the morning to have a nice breakfast. My husband and I are very thankful for how we raised or son and sometimes things will not be perfect it last night and this morning could have a bed with no stains or a full course breakfast but oh well it wasn't but he si still thankful for his safe travels. Thank you.

Upon arrival we were given 2 cards to a room. We went to place our things in a room where the bed was turned down and pillows stacked with someone’s belongings in the bathroom. The front desk brushed it off and said it was likely “just not cleaned” and gave us another room. The second room did not have a working bathroom sink with poor water pressure in the shower. Overall it was a very poor experience. This property is not being cleaned or maintained properly.

We stayed in room #119 that did not have a smoke detiector in the room. I just happen to notice the wires hanging from the ceiling capped off but to detector in the room. Not a good feeling sleeping in there overnight!

Tracey at the front desk is very nice. The property is good for a one-night stay. The only issue encountered was that the room was definitely not smoke free. It is a shame that people do not respect smoke-free establishments. We missed breakfast, but the staff keep everything clean and in order. It was nice to have hot tea from the beverage area located to the left of the entrance door. There are no microwaves in rooms, but there is one in the lobby. There are also no coffee makers in the rooms.

My room had a very distinct smell- hair and stains on the bed, the bathroom was not clean at all. I was moved to a new room and the keys stopped working the same night. Went to the front desk for a new key the next day and they said it still showed i was in the precious room I was given at booking and told me they didn't know how to fix it so I had the remainder of my two night stay without a working key and also had a staff member to barge in our room forgetting we were in there because it wasn't on their system. Completely unacceptable. Horrible stay! Ill never stay at a Spark again

They advertise a pool on the website and upon arriving there, the pool was cemented over. This was really inconvenient since we booked it for the pool during downtime.

The breakfast was just a bunch of breads and milk and juice that was always empty. There is an ihop across the street which we opted d to purchase.

The room was dirty, the toilet clogged upon first flush. Nothing had been dusted or properly cleaned in the room and there was no soap provided upon arrival. We opted to buy some at DG. The body wash was also empty and so we had to purchase hand soap and body wash.

Would not stay here again unless everywhere else was sold out.

The first room we got the sheets weren't clean. They were stained and had hair on them. I have pictures, went down to the front desk and the lady gave us another room which also had hair on the bed and toenails on the floor. Unfortunately we were so tired we gave up and just stuck with that room. There was no hand soap either. I've stayed at spark hotels before in other states. This is by far the worst spark hotel I've ever been at all the other ones were clean with good customer service. Super disappointed. Won't come again. Oh, and the shower faucet handle fell off when I touched it lol. And the entire place smelled like weed

They don’t want your business if you are pulling a trailer. I got yelled at by overnight front desk person for parking in more than one car spot. Lot was over 1/2 empty, I had a good spot out of the way, and she made a big deal out of it and made me move. Really frustrating bad customer service.

Facility/rooms are worn/aging, needs patching/replacement. Maintenance entered room unannounced while in shower; claimed wrong room. Lots of yelling in hall and adjacent rooms between 2-3am Saturday night. Fire alarm went off at 5pm, 6pm and 4 am in one day; shut off each time. Ran out of coffee for 30+ minutes Saturday morning; NO in-room coffee makers. NO housekeeping during 4 night stay (stated as every-other day). Tub did not have a drain stop. Chose for affordability and location. Would not recommend for multiple night stay.

The room didn’t have a mircowave, so had to leave the 4th floor to go to the LOBBY just for a mircowave. The heat in rooms didn’t work properly. Breakfast was not up to par. Had to pay an extra 100 at the door for “deposit” , which won’t be returned for another 30 business days! Night staff had friend there and was rude!

The whole floor smelled like weed the entire stay. A dog barked ALL NIGHT across the hall from me. The headboard stunk. The fitted sheet came off the bed everytime I moved. No easy access to outlets to charge anything. All around horrible stay. Will never stay there or any other Spark again. I will for sure do my homework and never stay at a pet friendly hotel. It’s disgusting!!!! Shouldn’t be allowed!!! Especially big ones that bark all night. It’s no different than if I were screaming all night. I even told the front desk and nothing was done. Bet I would been told to be quiet or leave if I didn’t hush!!

Pretty disappointed in this property. To be a Hilton property, it did not live up to the Hilton standards. There was a smoke alarm chirping outside my door for two nights. I had NO shampoo in the wall dispenser which was fine because I had NO hot water to wash my hair anyway. It was very hot in my room even with the AC turned all the way down. Housekeeping woke me up early even though I had the DND sign on the door. Will not stay here again!

Front desk clerk was in the back listening to music and I assume on the phone. She was talking to someone. The door was closed. I said hello several times before she came out. It was longer than 5 minutes. She came out with a nonchalant attitude. No apology for the wait nor a greeting. She didn't give me room directions, elevator, etc. she just handed me the keys. In the ro, there was no shower gel and no desk chair that I really could have used. I was disappointed with the service I received.

One of the WORST hotels I’ve EVER stayed in. My second and LAST time at a Spark by Hilton.

First room:
-Bathroom had short hair and dirt streaks all over shower walls
-Desk lamp was not working, hardly any light at night
-No lotion or shower gel, had to ask for toiletries to be refilled
-Power went out twice overnight, no hot water at 7am
-Internet in and out, had to rely on phone hotspot

Second room
-Pillow and case were covered in makeup and long strands of hair
-Bathroom mirror was covered in spit from person before
-Floor had not been swept/vacuumed, littered with several hard plastic ties
-Odor of tobacco/cigarettes
-4th floor hallway had large pothole sized “mystery” stain
-Internet in and out, had to rely on phone hotspot

To top it all off, the manager became nasty, angry, and AGGRESSIVE, raising her voice when I asked the second room be cleaned-like I gave HER a filthy room to sleep in.

I should have known they were shady and scammers, when they tried to charge me a higher rate, and tried to argue against my Hotels.com reservation which had an itinerary and had already been FULLY BOOKED.

Please do yourself a favor, pay a few more dollars, and stay somewhere decent–where at least there is clean bedding, working lamps, and soap to clean yourself. I would NOT stay here again FOR FREE.
