Hello,
When I first arrived to my room, I was surprised to find a dirty sock under the first bed, along with a bunch of crumbs. My fridge also wasn’t cold, even after ensuring everything was set to the highest. I did go ahead and let the front desk. Her comment of “Well you guys brought a ton of things, I’m sure you don’t want to have to move it all,” sure did steer me away and make me just stay put. I asked for housekeeping to vacuum the next day, but they never did. I was surprised to see the vent to the air conditioner caked in dust too. I have pictures of all of this. It saddened me that the pool was closed the next day that we were there. They offered for us to walk to the other hotels nearby to swim, but when you have foot and hip issues, it makes it more difficult. Also they have to call and ensure you actually are a guest at the other hotels nearby takes up time too when your kiddos are eager to swim. I was just disappointed.

I celebrated my 65th birthday with my daughter and granddaughters. The staff and facilities were the best. The room was fabulous. The hotel was in a great location for shopping and other activities. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Missy
Everything about the hotel was very good, except the beds weren’t very comfortable.
Cameron
Clean and good location. Stayed one night with the family.
Kawana
The staff was very friendly and the room felt like a vacation all by itself.
Gerald
Great location and operation!
Tamara
My first time staying there was definitely wonderful. However, the last visit the room was definitely not up to par as far as cleanliness and unfortunately had other issues as well so I canceled the room. Front desk receptionist was really nice about the situation. Booked 2 nights, but only received refund for one. Not sure if I would try again.
Patrinia
We actually couldn’t get the TV to play made one call to Nicey and she came right up. Fixed it no problem that’s customer service 🙂

We were very pleased with our two night stay. The lady that checked us in that Sunday night made us feel welcomed and at home. In town for a surgery, the room proved to be comfortable, clean, quiet and cool. Loved the walk in shower! Extremely convenient and close to everything.

This is the only place I stay when in Flowood because it’s the closest place I will get to home. The staff is CONSISTENTLY POLITE, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. No matter which customer service representative is there, they all possess those same qualities. I had the pleasure of being served by Nicey and she made me feel welcome and like I belonged there. Please keep up the great service because it’s truly a lost art
April

Great stay - outstanding breakfast
Rhonda
Overall this hotel is very nice and conveniently located near the airport. The beds are very comfortable and the room is nice and spacious. Everything was great but the reason for my 3 star rating is because the hotel room did not have a real bathroom door. It has a sliding barn door that does not lock. The toilet did have a separate door that fully closed thankfully, but not having a locking bathroom door is problematic if you’re traveling with family members, which I was. Also, the bathroom mirror light could not be turned off, and since there’s no door, the light seeped into the room and made it very hard to sleep. I had to cover the mirror with towels which only kind of helped. This may not be a big deal to some, but I think people should know before booking so they can bring an eye mask or something. And know there’s very little bathroom privacy, so plan accordingly if traveling with family or friends.

Clean all around and the most polite and friendliest people
Julie
The shower had mold on the ceiling, the soap dish had soap scum, the glass shower doors were disgusting. When I went to complain - was told it would be cleaned, finally it was after a second complaint. While trying to dishes water wouldn't drain found 2 caps in the sink another sign of neglect and not checking.

Trip to Jackson
My stay was wonderful it was quiet and comfortable there. I stayed two nights and it was very pleasant. The only thing housekeeping didn’t clean my room or make up the bed. That was the only letdown but overall everything else was good.

You’ll enjoy your stay it here. Beautiful property. Friendly staff. Great rooms.
Yolanda
The property is convenient and in a great location. The exterior has lovely outdoor spaces to enjoy. Parking is plentiful too near the main entrance. The lobby smells amazing! The front desk staff are nice & friendly. I love the green apples and the convenient pantry for snacks & beverages. In previous visits, I did make use of the laundry facilities. The rooms are clean and modern. I love staying at this property.
Yolanda
Repeat guest of the property. It’s clean and well kept. Haven’t tried the breakfast but I intend to next time.

High Pet fee!!!
Great breakfast and very comfortable room. Would have liked to have a way to cook OTHER then a microwave. The pet fee was exorbitantly high, and I almost canceled our reservation when then told me the cost was $75.

Great for families
Great stay for a family! It’s nice to have space and a kitchen when staying with a toddler and babies!

I reserved and paid for this stay for my daughter and her family, for 7 days.
They had driven for several days from Seattle, WA to visit with family. They have 3 young children, the youngest being 2 1/2 months old.
After researching local accommodations, I decided on this property. Today 6/20/25 is their final night at this hotel and they have NOT had any housekeeping of any kind, performed by staff members of Home2 Suites Flowood,MS at all! They have had to go downstairs and request clean towels, sheets, etc. and change them, on their own.
These issues were reported to the front desk, only for them to \"log it in\" but still no housekeeping was done.
This hurts my heart, not only as a mother and grandmother, that this is where I chose for them to stay, but to know that I paid good money for this terrible experience!
This hotel will never be a recommendation from me, to anyone!
Ya'll should be ashamed of yourselves.

Always a pleasure to stay here. The rooms are clean and comfortable. My one issue was a broken refrigerator! The freezer was operational but refrigerator section was HOT. Other than that, a great stay.
Barbara
Very clean hotel. Staff was very plesant.

Fantastic stay.
Yolanda
Excellent property. Excellent checkin. Seems popular with weddings. Every time I’ve stayed here, someone was posing for wedding photos.
I took advantage of their laundry room that is inside the fitness area. Bring quarters if you need to do some laundry from traveling.
