The hotel has over 200 rooms and only two elevators. The whole time I was there, one of the two elevators was broken so we had to wait 10,15,20 minutes to get to or from our room. Absolutely ruins your stay.
Ashley
The room was clean the pool was fun had a great stay per usual 😊
Tara
Great Breakfast. Bar is awesome.
Emily
Everything about our stay was amazing. Our room was spacious and clean, and the pool was so relaxing. We will be staying again soon!!
Jeanette
Love this place!! Beautiful lazy river and swim up bar!!
Jessica
Beautiful hotel and stay in the Flowood area.
Jackie
Great, close getaway! Will come again!
Tangela
Excellent generally. I think it was a bit understaffed. But the workers were very nice.

A Staycation with my Grandaughters and they loved every minute. The pool and lazy river was just what they were looking for. Room service breakfast and Starbucks without leaving the Hotel.
Casey
Pool was great and rooms very clean. My only complaints are the bedding was awful, so make sure you have an extra blanket. It was literally two sheets with a thin blanket between them. Also, during our stay the pool restaurant and bar were not open. Not a huge deal, we walked inside to the bar to order food, but it would have been so nice to have the one by the pool available
Janel
Staff were excellent! Every employee we interacted with was great. From check-in, pool attendants, cleaning staff and restaurant staff. We chose the Sheraton Flowood for the pool and lazy river. We where a little disappointed. We are from the Austin, Texas area and have stayed at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa several times. We thought that the Flowood would have a similar layout. It does not. The lazy river pool are very small. Also different sized tubes would be a very good idea. Smaller children can not use the tubes that are supplied. Watch slightly older children (not teens) get bored very quickly.
Brittney
Too expensive not to have a microwave in the room. Also when I went downstairs to ask if they had one I was told no.
Charlotte
very well laid out for golf and leisure

Great place to stay! Staff and amenities were great! I would definitely stay again.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The property itself was very clean, and my room was spotless and well-maintained. The food was also really good, which made the experience even better. I especially loved the convenience—everything you need is right there at the hotel, so you don’t have to go far for anything. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay!

There for a short weekend. The hotel was exceptional. It was immaculate and staff were friendly and attentive. I would recommend this hotel due to proximity to airport and the overall amenities of the property.
Ogonda
My stay was excellent, the staff was awesome, breakfast was great, the rooftop bar was wonderful. I had an overall spectacular experience and this is number one on my list of places to stay Everytime.

Initial interaction with staff was poor when asking about early check in(rude). The one that actually checked me in later was perfectly pleasant. Room was fine. Someone rented out the lounge party area upstairs and basically had a rap party until very late. Only 2 elevators that took forever. Nothing extra included (not even coffee). Unless you are golfing there why pay the premium price? Do yourself a favor and just stay at w holiday inn express that has good ratings.
Teresa
Great location, helpful and friendly staff
Eric
The room were clean and the breakfast staff was really nice I will book again
Nathan
Clean and spacious room
Brandy
During the check-in, one of the staff members seem to be acting a little funny ! She was not the most friendliest person ! That was the only negative at the hotel. I rented this room for my friend ! The staffer that took my credit card was a little dry!
Dario
Carmen is amazing!

Needs more elevators.
All good except not enough elevators, spent a lot of time waiting for elevators.
Regan
I like that the hotel is clean.
Sloan
We were pleasantly surprised with how nice this hotel is!! It was a perfect pit stop on our way to Florida and the bed was extremely comfortable and the best shower I’ve ever had!!!
Patricia
Tabby at the bar was AMAZING! She was very attentive in the indoor bar on my first night and I was happy to see her at the pool bar on Saturday. The head of security also made sure my guests and I were taken care of at the pool and I was able to spend additional time with my friends who live in town while I was in town for bereavement. I loved the lazy river as well. The convenience of a kitchen open to 10:30 also helped me ensure my elderly parents were able to have meals quickly without having to travel too far. I will definitely be back again!

Girls Staycation - AWESOME
We were doing a very special Staycation for our best friend/sister.... From beginning to end - we could not have asked for anyone or any place better...
From Clarke helping me check in early (and knowing / remembering) me the whole weekend. Then to the rooftop for food and music - JC was awesome as our bartender, then we had Damon - such a sweet kid... Meet a great group of people ALSO having a staycation - had the best time.
Roderick (security) was extremely nice and welcoming the entire weekend everytime we saw him he made a point to talk. Kimberly was extremely helpful on our hallway with anything we needed - also helped some ladies on another floor we meet.
Then poolside bar - Tabby was great... She ran the bar, food and anything else in between....
EVERYONE of the staff - Perfect 10!!!!
We will most definitely go back

It was great! Just as expected. Check in and check out was seamless.
Diana
Everything was wonderful! My only concern was our dining experience, but it was corrected and our server went above and beyond to make it right!
Kristy
Great hotel. HOWEVER, food and director manager needs to be replaced. 3 spots to order all the same kitchen. Waited over an hour for one sandwich. Also, this property does not allow any outside food to be brought in an eaten at pool or pool deck or even in the lobby. If u order pizza for a group, you have to eat it in your room. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. I get not by the pool maybe but they force u to eat their food and wait hours.

Loved the pool and the room

Everything was 10/10. It’s almost as if you’re in your own little world once you turn into the property. The staff were very helpful. They were even able to accommodate my 2nd guest with the parking of his 18 wheeler on the property for the weekend. The dive-in movie set up at night was an unexpected perfect touch. The hotel was completely booked during my stay but was spacious enough to not feel crowded at all.
James
Great hotel. Friendly staff and pool/lazy river was great.

There needs to be more pool furniture. We didn’t have anywhere to sit or put our things as there were way more people than chairs and umbrellas.
April
There parking could use some working, because golf members and hotel visitors wasn't good combination on a weekend.
Debbie
The front desk refuse to provide check out invoices
Teri
Excellent staff. They go above and beyond. Feels like a locally run business, not a chain.
Brenda
The property were OK but they had a private party on roof top and at each bar it was a party so in saying that I really didn't enjoy my stay be we ended up going back to the room.
Adam
Great stay
LaKeshia
It's cool the staff wasnt rude like the other reviews states they were cool only thing i didn't like was i ask for more towels b4 i left for the day and i came back to no towels there so that was an inconvenience but the guy from the front desk brung them up very quickly overall stay was good even though it rain nice ambience and staff was cool
Robbie
Nice facility. Pool, lazy river, golf and adult areas for cocktails with live music as well as restaurants all on site. Now, there were a couple of negatives. The floor in our room had obviously not been mopped or vacuumed in a while. They sent someone when I asked that it at least be vacuumed, but even then it was just done in spots. We were there two nights and we were charged for coffee that I got the second morning from the front desk. I would have thought it should have been complimentary since it would have ordinarily already been provided in the room anyway. Overall it was nice and I would recommend it to friends.
Amy
Excellent hotel! Very helpful and friendly.

It was fine.
Our stay was fine. The door handle to enter was difficult to open. They offered to send someone to check on it, but it was late by the time I reported it, so we said no, please. One multilight didn't work. The check in line was long, but moved pretty well. The hotel was clean, staff friendly, and our grandson loved the pool and lazy river. We were at a soccer tournament and many of the families were there as well.

Clean and Family Friendly
Family friendly place for our Travel baseball team. Great pool area, live music, great food.
Syed
Service has gone down. Glassware has been replaced by paper/plasticware in room service, which is environmentally unsustainable. Breakfast Buffett has limited options, only scrambled egg is provided and one is charged $12 for an omelette.
Mark
The only problem with my stay was the room fridge was not working. Everything else was Excellent!
Crystal
I went there for massage as it was my birthday. 10/10 highly recommend

Loved the property. The breakfast buffet was superb Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was showers without a door. It made it a bit chilly in there and there was a little spray outside the shower
