The only issue I had was the bed was very uncomfortable. I told the office and they said they were going to replace the mattress. I hope so.
Jessica
Room was clean and bed was extremely comfortable. The employees were friendly. Breakfast was okay. We would stay here again if passing through.
Elizabeth
I stayed here with my kids for several nights when visiting family. First, I was floored at how welcoming the front desk staff, Will, was when we arrived late in the evening. It felt like he was actually glad to see us! Each day the staff asked how we were doing, if we needed anything. The room was a perfect size for me and my two kids. At the time we were there, a high school football team was also staying there for camp. The hotel was so quiet, we never heard anything! A true testament to the hotel and the team coaches. The cherry on top? Breakfast. The breakfast each morning was great! There was something for each of my kids. The last morning amazing staffer Will came in clutch again and gave up his pancakes so my son could have them and not have to wait for more to be made. We will definitely stay here again.
Dianne
Clean, quiet, comfy bed, nice keurig in room, fresh
Eva
Room 212 was so much bigger and nicer than expected. I didn’t arrive until 3am. They accommodated me. We stayed at a luxury hotel in New Orleans the next day. All I could think about was how much nicer this was in comparison. Your hotel even offered Dove soap products. 10/10. Will always stay here.
Ina
Brian(front desk)was extremely welcoming, however the owner of this facility displayed negative interaction with people of color. I I will definitely file a complaint with BBB as well
Diana
Bedrooms were clean but older
Douglas
I like staying here because of friendly and competent staff, easy parking and check-in, and always a clean comfortable room. Good places to eat nearby too.
James M
We needed a last minute room and it served its purpose. The beds were comfortable and a/c was cold, but It definitely needs some attention. The carpet smelled musty, the bathtub was old and stained, the microwave was ancient and not appealing at all, so we didn’t use it.
It is not a place we would return to.

Claire
Nice room, easy parking, appreciated having laundry, and great breakfast!
Patricia
The breakfast was terrible. The sausage and the biscuits tasted old. We go to Clinton Mississippi several times a year for family. We will probably stay at a different hotel next time.
TAMARA
Clean room, great breakfast selection, well lit parking
Dustin
Everything from check-in to check out. It was awesome.
Tawana
Clean room, clean sheets, and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff.
EDDIE

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was extremely clean, and everything smelled fresh and pleasant throughout the property. Check-in was fast, easy, and hassle-free, which made the experience even better.
I absolutely loved the amenities, especially the indoor pool. The complimentary breakfast was amazing, with plenty of great options to choose from. The entire hotel had a welcoming atmosphere and was very well maintained.
Overall, it was a great environment, and I felt comfortable during my entire stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay.

The room/bathroom were very clean. The staff were great. They helped me with my luggage to room and then when leaving. I couldn’t lift things due to back surgery. The only thing is, I thought bed was very hard.
Christina
Staff was friendly from the desk clerk to the breakfast monitor. Clean, quiet.
Michael David
ok
Kelly
The outside wasn’t appealing but the inside was the clean and the staff wasn’t extremely nice
Cecily
I greeted the check in clerk, and he was friendly enough. Check in was easy. Room was average, but the bathroom was not clean. I scrubbed the shower and rinsed out hair and soap scum before showering. The toilet seat bottom wasn’t clean. The beds appeared clean and were comfortable. The blackout curtains did their job! The AC was cold. Breakfast was ok, and plentiful, and the breakfast area was clean. The cokes from the hotel store were ice cold!!
Sonia
Everything went well and it was clean.
Daniel
Great hotel! Very conveniently located to Mississippi College. Hotel was clean and the staff was helpful! Would stay again.
Enrique
Stay was good. Breakfast was excellent. Will need another stay to give a more detail review
deborah
Room had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was great.
Barbara
We always stay in Clinton on our way home from Panama City Beach to DFW. This was our first stay ay the Holiday Inn Express. It was great. Right off Hwy 20, close to a great dinner spot(Applebee’s ) and a free delicious breakfast. This will be our spot for our future trips.
denise
Clean room, breakfast was good, and staff was very friendly at check in and check out.
Rick
Clean, nice, staff were kind.
LaTesha
This property was good and spacious.
Iris
The room was clean, the hotel was clean but it was absolutely the worst breakfast buffet I have ever seen.
Melanie
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything felt very modern and up-to-date, and the cleanliness was truly impressive. The room was fresh, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety to choose from.
The only small suggestion for improvement would be to provide a full-size ironing board, as the smaller one wasn’t very efficient. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Bathroom had dirty Q-tips in the trash, area looks sketchy, and breakfast area and tables were messy and dirty. Definitely would not stay here again.

1. Got there and no one was at front desk. Stood there a good five minutes. Someone in lobby was calling the front desk. The guy finally came out the office.
2. The A/C does not work. The ptac only kicked on once. The temperature only went down to 76. It was mucky in the room. The ceiling fan helped just a little.
3. For an hour or more at 11pm a bunch of kids were running up and down the stair wells and slamming the door. Going from one side to the other running down the hall.
4. Night worker was dressed nicely but the morning guy looked unkept. His button shirt was like he slept in it. He didn’t seem pleasant. If you work the morning shift at a hotel you should look the part. You see the customers the most. Take time In your appearance. Or maybe hospitality is Not your career.
5. Breakfast was subpar. Left without eating. First time not eating the breakfast.
Overall worse experience. Got very little sleep. I have stayed at five in the last month.

My husband stayed for his conference. He said the room and staff were wonderful. He felt comfortable and was pleasantly surprised of the quality of food for the breakfast. He was happy with my choice for him.
Micheal
Breakfast good and parking was good
Crystal
Think the eggs were from a mix and pancake batter seems different.Weird texture. Loved the heated pool.Small pool/hot tub was closed. Elevator was broken,I have COPD so manager on duty offered cancelation, but I did not accept.Drew was nice as well. One of the nicer upkept locations I have stayed at. USB plugs weren't loose. Would stay again.
WILLIAM
The staff was friendly and we felt safe at this location. The breakfast was standard. The room was clean and comfortable.
Donna
Loved our room. Price was great. Best breakfast we’ve had at a hotel in a long time
W Douglas
pool was out of service...the clerk was rude and the tvs were very old {tech}
Fredrick
Loved it
Dana
The staff were great, efficient and helpful. Keys were annoying as they kept loosing their programming.
Alexandra
The elevator was out and some of the plugs in the room didn’t work
Amy
The hotel is dated and needs renovation. The bathroom had whisker hairs from a previous person. The pillows were super soft and had zero support. Breakfast was lackluster, but with a B rating from the health department I didn’t expect much.
Richard
There was no light blocking cutain even though we pulled on both chains to get a curtain to come down. We had parking lot lights shining in all night. Breakfast was plentiful but both the eggs and sausage had strange textures and after tastes.
Charles
Fortunately, the bed seemed clean. But everything was dusty, the tv remote was absolutely disgusting, I don’t even know what nastiness was on it. It was obvious that there was no “detail” cleaning, just perfunctory. And, the worst thing was that the young man working behind the counter looked like a homeless man who just woke up, a horrible representation of your hotels. Wake up!!! Unless you’re circling the drain and just don’t care.
Manoj Kumar
Room very old
Phillip
Everything was great!
Jeffery
Friendly staff with easy access to and from the interstate.
Jenny
Very Clean. Staff, especially the night check in staff, was very friendly and helpful
Kendra
Hotel was very easy to locate. Staff was very nice and cooperative. Very neat and very clean. The breakfast was delicious and hot. Next time I’m in the area I will stay there.
Rochelle
The room was fabulous
Gregg
Very good experience’
Charles

Quiet
Karlie
Very good experience.
Brianah
While the staff was friendly, the rooms were lacking a few things including actual curtains on the windows, extendable shower head and working charging outlets in built-ins. Breakfast was very average and micro market was nice.
Byron
The exercise room was freezing! I sent a message through the system. I asked the front desk to fix it and nothing was done about it.
James
Clean, comfortable room and facilities. Good value. Breakfast was good.
Fannie
Closest to our family
Tammy
We were on a floor with a bunk of people partying late. A lot of noise in hallway and loud music. When booking we requested 1st floor to make it easier on us for my autistic son’s service dog. They did not accommodate or explain why they couldn’t, didn’t acknowledge the request. We might have been interested in switching type of room. Staff should look at requests.
ROBERT
All was good
David
Shocked this hotel has the rating it has. Room was ok and spacious. But bathroom door was busted and room was dated. Sofa was collapsed and sofa bed didn’t have sheets, but they just gave you a wad of them at the front desk. On our floor we had people running in the halls after 11pm. Staff “tried” to get them to stop.
Jennifer
Staff was friendly enough and breakfast was good but the room needed better attention. There was hair in the bathroom sink and on the toilet seat. The bathtub felt springy, indicating improper support during installation, and the floor of the tub could have been cleaner.

Everyone is always so nice and professional. I always enjoy my stay here. My fav hotel to come to when I'm attending a JSU game!!!!!
Jaecelyn
Bryan welcomed us with a warm greeting after a long day of travel. The next morning housekeeping knocked to see if we needed anything. We requested fresh towels and linen. I didn't catch their names, but one was a black guy (maybe mid to late 30s) and an Asian lady who graciously made the bed with a full set of fresh linen almost instantly. We weren't so lucky the next day because the young lady said she would get us fresh towels and after being gone all day and night, we returned to the room with no fresh towels nor were the beds touched. Breakfast was okay but the pancakes taste like rubber. The apple juice was great. When we left, i realized I misplaced my glasses and Drew (i believe) was nice enough to go back to the room to help us find them but we weren't able to. Id called back to ask if he would mind checking the chair and he did. Thank you to that team who made our stay most comfortable! We will return!

Nice room. Clean hotel
Rocky
Very clean
Juanita
The room was clean; however the food was not the best.

The Holiday Inn Express was dated and needed a refresh.
I was told that they would email me my receipt, but it never came.

Pretty good for the price. The advertising says “three queen beds” in a queen suite.. what they mean is 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. It worked for us as our teen slept in the pull out but the beds were quite comfortable. The room served its purpose well. Towels could have been nicer. Friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty good for “hotel food” .. they had a warm bar and a neat pancake conveyor belt machine. Clean hotel. Would recommend with a family. We had 2 teens, our 1 yr old, my husband and I sharing the suite.
Jae-hoon
Everything is good!
Charlotte
Good staff and great rooms.
Gregory Tim
Attendant in breakfast area was attentive and professional. The food was just ok.
Check in was slow. We had a trainee. Not sure he spoke English- never said a word to us. Bad first impression.
The check in desk has laser printed signed tapes to it showing everything they prohibit. Looks tacky- kind of like a hourly rate hotel.

Parking was safe and property was clean. My room was very clean.
Charles
Food was heavily salted
Jenni
Only complaint is total price said $180 on Expedia m, but when I paid at property it was $230 they added in a $50 fee which I will get back. I was just unaware of that fee.
Carlette
The hotel itself was very clean and well kept. The television didn't work in the first room we were given. We were promptly given another room. In the second room, the AC made loud noises whenever it would cycle on and off. It would last about 30 seconds, but it happened every time. We were glad to have a refrigerator in the room, but it didn't work. When we told the front desk, we were told we needed to press a reset button....I was like, \"do what?\" Any way, we travel this way a lot and thought we'd try this place. We'll go back to the Best Western across the parking lot.
Ken
My only complaint was the room lacked any heave drapes/curtains there was a pull down curtain that was very light and when the lights from the parking lot came on the room was very bright inside to sleep in.
Rodney
Clean room. Breakfast was good. Front desk was friendly. 10 out of 10.

Great room and service

Brian, Drew, and the breakfast staff (I didn’t get her name) went above and beyond to make our stay so nice! This hotel is in a great location and is very nice. I would definitely recommend it! We didn’t have a chance to see the pool, but everything else was fantastic.

The staff is very rude.. They did not let me check in my room..

My room was not cleaned. Previous guest left toiletries and nothing was cleaned out. Not a Holiday Inn standard and the breakfast was not good. I've stayed in many Holiday Inns during my travels and this one by far the worst.

Excellent
I always read reviews before I stay anywhere. By reading them and my own experience, I would give it a 10/10. I didn’t make it to the gym, but I’m sure it was straight as well.

Very soft beds, big room, clean. Easy in and out while traveling. Fitness room was an added bonus. Breakfast could use some work but not too bad.
