All dealings with staff was done through an outside window, with me standing out in the cold weather. The lobby was locked both am and pm. The room was comfortable enough but not terribly clean. There was dirt and trash in the corner of the bathroom. There was no stopper in the sink drain. On the app it states complimentary breakfast was offered, but there was no breakfast and no one to explain why. I would not recommend this hotel and I will definitely not stay there again. It needs Major updating.

There was NO breakfast, lobby stayed closed and locked.Lights off. Booked with credit card a no smoking handicap room 5 days beforehand. They gave it to someone else! Our prior hotel ( Best Western) caught fire, so we scrambled to find a handicap hotel room. Only to have them give it away! There was 3 available when i booked! Huge disapointment. Another guest questioned my husband a out \"breakfast\", he was pretty ticked off none was provided!

The rooms were not cleaned properly at all!. They were old, dated and had a old musty smell to them. When i spoke with the mgmt they stated there was nothing they could do about it, but could only offer me a 10% discount on the rooms on checkout. We were forced to stay as we were they for my daughter's college graduation. I also did not receive any discount on checkout at all. They were supposed to have free breakfast and did not have anything, the doors stayed locked to the lobby and you have to talk to mgmt through the glass outside. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

trouble finding it because it was behind a Tractor Supply and was hard to get to. It was locked up, I had to ring a bell twice before she came to the window. When asking about my reservation she kept asking if it was only for one. She finally unlocked the door to the miniature lobby and repeated the check in through plexiglass. The room was dirty. I did not sleep well and left at 4:30 in the morning.

We reserved a room with a king size days in advance of our arrival. On arrival they no longer had that available and we were given two full size beds. The card key was to be returned to the window but there was no attendant or slot to drop it in. We could only hope that no one came behind us to take the card key as it was within reach by anyone. Otherwise, everything was expected and we would reserve again.

No towels, bandages behind the bed along with dead bugs and a pill. Piss on the toilet seat when I walked in, locked doors at 4:30 and have to talk throw a hole in the window and to people who don’t have the audacity to spoke up and an attitude when asked to repeat please. And the rooms smelt like a marijuan grow house.

We were told to come back later when we tried to check in because of a computer problem. After we checked in (15 minutes later) we headed to our room. The room was clean but the smoke detector continuously chirped every 2 minutes or so. The clerk came up and said it was ok because it did not go off when he was in the room. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

There were dirty handprints on the bathroom door, there were mold stains on the upper bathroom walls. Bathroom sink had some leftover men’s facial hair leftover from shaving and the corner of the sink was kind of gross. The ironing board needs replacing, no way anything ironed on it would be clean. The lady at the desk was very nice and efficient. Bed wasn’t too bad consort wise, bedroom was much cleaner than bathroom.

The room is nice but they don't clean very good. It was day 3 when they decided to clean and replenish the towels and wash clothes. TV comes on but stuck on one channel. You can turn the volume up and down but that's it in room 207. Overall nice room. They just don't have any help to keep it up.

At first site it was a nice enough room but the microwave was filthy inside and out, didn’t look like the floor had been vacuumed, there was hair in the bathroom sink and in the bathroom floor, and when I turned the bed down the sheet was either dirty or stained. It sits right on the interstate so road noise constantly.

The place is unwellcoming, unfriendly and very dirty. So the receptionist was not friendly. She just wanted to check me in/out as soon as she can then disappeared after the side window. The lobby wasn’t even open when I checked out (11am) so I was standing in the cold waiting for uber. The room was very very dirty with the bed, the sink counter I don’t know when was the last time they cleaned it. I saw hairs, residues on the bed, the sink. Worst is the bathroom drainage wasn’t working because there were hairs and dirt on top!!!! Horrible place.

The room was not clean. There was lint and hair in the corners. There was a dirty handprint on the bathroom door. The hair dryer looked like the cord had been repaired with caulk. The person at the check-in counter offered no information about their wifi. This was advertised as offering breakfast, but the lobby was locked at check in and check out and nothing offered. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Unfortunately they don't have queen beds at all. We ended up changing our room to a king bed so our daughter (11) slept with us and our son (4) slept on the tiny non pull out couch. We made it work. This hotel isnt updated. Im not saying its bad but its okay to lay your head down to sleep. Lol. Loved how close it is to MC (college), starbucks and fast food very close! (I would definitely say dont visit the taco bell thats close to it.

i was only passing through so short stay. check in was pretty quick and easy, the issues came when I got to my room. opened the door turned on the light and sitting on top of the A/C was a dirty used plastic cup. walked in to use the bathroom and I was looking at threadbare towels with stains on them. I had my own towel so I didn't have to use the ones provided. the bed was clean and made, but the matress was extremely firm, it was probable a little bit softer than laying on the floor. the pillows were soft and fluffy. one reason I picked this hotel besides the low price was that they listed Free Breakfast. but going down in the morning before getting back on the road i asked about breakfsat and was told they don't do breakfast. so overall I slept the night and left. next time I pass through the area i will NOT be staying at this hotel.

You are getting so much less than you pay for.

I made the reservation online and it took awhile to get information to the hotel. I had to wait until the hotel got the information. I had my confirmation right away. They would not take it...my email confirmation was not enough. The room was not clean..towel and paper behind the refrigerator. The commode would not flush, the clerk adjusted the chain...then it would not stop running. Requested another room only had smoking rooms. The first one smoke was so strong I couldn't even walk in. The second one was better. The clerk offered me to leave, because they didn't want to deal with my concerns.

We were not allowed to check into our hotel because the reservation was not sent to Days Inn on time and ended not having a place to stay. My 11 month old and Wife were left abandoned without a place to stay. Afterwards I was not allowed to even book a room aside from the reservation.

The stay was horrible!!!

They had roaches, holes in the wall. It also was filthy, because of COVID I had wipes and Lysol so I was wiping things down before my children came in and the wipe was extremely dirty.

Although the room was cheap, I guess you get what you pay for but the beds were the worst. You could literally feel the springs in the bed. It was smoke burns on the covers and I had a none smoking room.

We had been on the road for 8 hours and made it there around 2am, We were exhausted and the kids were tired. otherwise,
I would’ve left and got my money back. It was horrific.

The only real challenge for this property is finding it. If your GPS tells you to take a U-turn on Springridge Rd. after you exit the interstate, don't believe it -- you have to take a regular left turn and then a second left turn immediately afterward, to get onto a small and apparently unnamed service road that parallels Springridge. There is no sign to indicate this.

I I'm very disappointed in this hotel. Upon entering the room it took some time to get the heater working and it was 35 degrees outside. We noted that the sheets on the bed were stained and all three pillow cases were stained as well. One of the pillows even had eye makeup staying in the pillow. The refrigerator and other utilities one plug and then found a sub standard extension cord that was being used to plug in those utilities. The shower walls were dirty. The insulation below the door threshold was missing allowing where to enter the room. The carpeting was dirty as well. There was not a lot of occupancy at the hotel and yet they placed us at the end of the hotel nearest the interstate. That room was exposed to heavy truck traffic on the Interstate causing excessive noise in the room. I will never stay at this hotel ever again.

There are much better options in the area. Yes, the price is better here, but the old saying applies, you get what you pay for. Lots of road noise, the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on, and I served on many navy ships.

I travel a lot so I know a good hotel stay. I realize it was cheap, but for $80 it could have been so much better. I slept on top of the comforter because the sheets didn't look fresh. My smoke free room smelled like it had been used for a card party the night before. The worst experience I've ever had.
