Room was nice. No bath cloths though. The breakfast was easily the worst my wife and I have ever had in any hotel that provided breakfast the chicken nuggets were awful. The French toast was an edible. The coffee was terrible and the alternate copy that I tried to get was simply Clearwater. I was definitely as was my wife disappointed.
frank
The A/C unit was very noisy at night, the carpet behind/under the headboards was filthy with dust bunnies and plastic paper, the bathroom faucet leaked on the counter top

The room was nice. Only spent 5 hrs there on our way home. I would’ve liked a firmer mattress. Other than that things are great.

Service quality and responsiveness
Breakfast was not adequate. There were no fruits, no yogurt and milk.
There was no one to address the issue at the breakfast place and had to go to reception every time.
After asking at the reception someone come to deliver the bananas and the person said they ran out of yogurt the previous day,
There was no milk and again had to go to reception and later someone brought the milk.
Poor response on the requests

The two desk managers dressed and acted professional. Extremely helpful!

Average Stay
Front desk was very helpful, kind, and professional. The room had some sticky spots on the carpet and tub drain was kind of gross. Room needs another chair and a smart Tv. The stay here is average.
Carol
Interior decoration of lobby and dining area.
It was a good experience.

Nice experience.

Room was nice and newly remodeled but there were a few small issues. The a/c had a raffling sound , the body wash holder was in shower but empty, the coffee maker in room would not work. Clock didn’t work, Breakfast was very skimpy , 6-8 little sausages in a pan with omlets , juice machine was not working for all flavors. All in all not terrible but things could have been better .
Shayla L
I always wipe down my room when I arrive and dirt did not come off on my cleansing wipes, which shows it was cleaned well.
My room was humid and so there sometimes was a smell of dampness. That would be my only negative about the room.
Breakfast was great...same offerings each morning...waffle, potatoes, sausage, and eggs plus cereal, bread products, oatmeal and yogurt. I wish they offered more fruit.
The only thing the property needs to work on is the pool. It was not swim-ready, not even stick your feet in-ready.
Overall, quiet and clean with friendly staff.

Room was dirty, stinky and not well maintained

Check in staff very friendly and helpful. Had follow up with other staff needing a blanket, very friendly and helpful.
Lana
The room had a stinky dirty smell. The toilet had poop stains and had not been cleaned. The tile around the shower floor was brown and nasty. I did not stay at the property- ended up going to holiday inn across the street and would like to request a refund.

We were traveling to Texas, and we were tired. It had been a long time since we'd stayed at a Best Western. We were pleasantly surprised. It was clean and very nice. The pool water was green, but we weren't going to be using it. The staff was great. Breakfast was ok....it's hotel breakfast. The lady working breakfast was very sweet. If we need to, we will stay here again.
Gregory

Great Family Rest Spot
We enjoyed our stay here for the night. It was the perfect rest stop for our little family on our way to the beach. Everything was convenient and clean. Pool was very green, so we didn’t use it, but that was no big deal.
Jena
Nice place to stay
Jeremy
Clean room and friendly staff, skip breakfast
Great stay overall. We enjoyed everything except the limited breakfast offerings. The lobby and room are both comfortable and look new/recently renovated. Our room was in good condition, including a pod-brew coffee pot.
Jessica
We were in town for a wedding and stayed here for two nights. Everything about this hotel is excellent! The location is great, the staff was friendly, our room was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend!
