Room was outdated, but basically clean. Free breakfast was a underwhelming- Bread, toaster, muffin, cereal and coffee/juice. Seems like a good hotel for construction workers who aren’t interested in the frills.

I booked a non-smoking double room. When I arrived they did not have any non-smoking double rooms and said I booked a smoking room. I disagreed but agreed to take a non-smoking king room and then they asked me for a $40 CASH deposit then they argued with me when I asked for a receipt for that $40. After 10 minutes and waking up the manager he again argued with me for another 5 minutes before finally writing one. The following morning my son went down for the free \"BREAKFAST\" to find 4 pieces of bread, 5 granola bars, 4 apples, 3 little muffins and brown orange juice.

House keeping did a poor job at cleaning. There was a used bar of soap with hair on it and a used wash cloth still hanging up. The tub was not properly cleaned neither. I will not be revisiting this location.

I booked a non-smoking room. I had no idea for this Super 8 Motel that a non-smoking room meant a room that no one had smoked in that day or week. When I got into my room there was a musky smell, but I thought I could handle that since I knew that the building was older. Besides the rate for the room for one night was good. But as it turns out not good enough. When I got ready for bed and pulled the covers back to get in, there was suddenly the smell of cigarette smoke that filled the room. When I got into the bed the smell got worse. And it seemed that the more I walked about the room that the smell was also coming up out of the carpet.

I should have gotten out of the room, but I was tired and was only there for one night. But by the morning I couldn't get the smell out of my hair, off my body, or out of my clothes. I spent the rest of the day after checking out apologizing to those around me for the cigarette smell.

So, when you promise a non-smoking room be sure to tell the guest that this means that no one has smoked in it that day. I will never again go back to this hotel or any Super 8 Motel / Hotel. And trust me I am sharing this story with everyone who has asked me how my trip was.

Hospitality/friendliness is a -0-: manager displayed no grasp of friendliness or guest-service. \"Breakfast\" is a granola bar! Rooms are \"clean,\" but attention to detail is crappy: smoke detector for my room was in a credenza drawer and had no battery, my shower curtain was badly worn & cracked, moldy coffee had been left in the pot in my sister's room. I will NOT stay there again.

I used to be road warrior so I might be a little picky.
Issues I saw: No \"Do Not Disturb\" for door, No shampoo till I talked to cart and got it.Toilet needed servicing, and mounted correctly. Bathroom needs good cleaning. No Sanitary sleeve for Ice bucket. No clock alarm in room.

First of all they walked in our room at 830 am with barly a 2 second knock then lied on us and took 150 dollars extra off my debit card because we had trash we took out ourselves with stuff it from my car we cleaned our own room it was spotless they tried to keep my phone charger denying it was there at first just horrable no breakfast or coffee when I woke up

The staff were rude and arrogant liars. They take the position the the guest is in desperate need of their facilities, and therefore deserves no kindness or service. The guest should just be grateful that the hotel will allow anyone to stay there. I wanted a non-smoking room and told them such when I checked in, but they wouldn't allow a change. When I arrived in the room it reeked of smoke. In the short time I was there I began to have an allergic reaction, so I called Orbitz to change (since the hotel claimed they could not change my room due to it being an online booking. After being on the phone with Orbitz for an hour trying to change, Orbitz finally contacted the hotel and the hotel lied and said I accepted the room without complaint and that they did not have anymore rooms available. The facility has around 50 rooms and there were only 8 cars in the parking lot. The hotel just did not want to accommodate my request and then lied to Orbitz about it. Avoid this place like the plague. The staff is racist too! When I complained they said said they would call the police simply because I was adamantly demanding that my position be heard rather than the hotel making up lies to Orbitz in an attempt to deflect blame to the customer and avoid responsibility for themselves. Horrible business practices! When I was leaving the \"owner\" approached me with a weapon in his hand and menaced me even though I was just standing there with a cell phone trying to cancel and get a refund.

Okay Budget Motel - Rude Service

Okay budget hotel. Started off on the wrong foot upon check-in. Clerk/Manager repeatedly asked for my debit/credit card to process the payment. I explained to him that I paid for the reservation online and didn't understand why he needed my debit/credit card. He stated that this was, \"not his problem\". So I called Hotels.com and ask them to speak with the Clerk/Manager to get it worked out. I eventually got my room and they didn't have an opportunity to bill me again, but I will NEVER stay here again.

Orbitz hooked me up with a smoking room... not what I wanted... the desk clerk fixed that but my room had bare drywall mud on one wall... not horrible, but strange... the road in front was like trying to four wheel in a sedan... not their fault but a serious issue...

Not bad overall. Upon entering the room, the light switch did nothing. Even as a man, entering a pitch black room at midnight and having to find light switches on the lamps is a bit disconcerting. Also, the TV channels were SO SLOW in changing that I eventually gave up and shut the TV off.

It is a terrible hotel. The front desk guy was very rude. Said I booked a smoking room. After I argued with him that I didn't he gave me a non smoking one. Dirty, ceiling paint peeling all over, sheets were dirty, towels were yellow and hard. If you need to exfoliate, those are your towels. One of the towels was wet and hanging up. Obviously not change from last stay. Probably the reason only 10 cars were staying on a Saturday night. I would never stay there again.
