The elevator doesn't work, the corridors to the rooms smell like pure cigarettes, urine, even inside the room, not good hygiene in the beds, the mattress boxes stop that they took it out of the trash. And more details but let's leave it like that.

No A/C in lobby or hallways checking in on kiosk was very odd & high tech considering the actual hotel didn’t even have a working elevator. It did not feel very welcoming. The room was ok & thank goodness the a/c in the room worked. The room was clean other than the floor was very sticky shower pressure was very low. I paid for a king size bed but got a twin size. I was going to call the front desk but remembered I would probably have to go downstairs & speak to the kiosk again & since it’s only going to be one night I decided to just avoid it & made do. I will never ever consider staying there again.

I booked this hotel on 04/11/26, My room number was 307 first of all the checking process was done I don't even know how to explain it but it was done basically where you use a computer screen to communicate with I guess somebody in India there was nobody at the front desk so I had to check in that way My room was on the third floor the elevator was out when I got to my room, room was clean linen look fresh, if you ever went to waffle House that's the way the floors felt they're slippery feeling I don't know if it was just my room but that's the way it felt, there were one towel, they advertise a breakfast I guess you can call it that One container of juice that you shared waffle maker cereal that's about it, I booked the room for $50 I feel like I paid $25 too much

As soon as we walked in the building, we noticed a strong smell of smoke and dogs. There was no staff on site when we arrived (2am), but instead you checked in through a screen which connected you to a live person elsewhere. We were placed in a room on the 3rd floor. The elevator was broken and the carpet of the stairs smelled bad and was covered in dog hair. We walked in our room and there were stains on the blankets and the room cleanliness was substandard. We immediately left without staying the night. Would not recommend staying here.

in the email i received it said check out was just “before noon” and the lady from the front desk was knocking on our door at 11:30 saying she’s giving us ten minutes to get out. i entirely understand like needing us to be out before check out but the attitude was lowkey unnecessary

Hotel was run down. Banged up furniture, faulty TV, internet did not work. A “buffet” breakfast was offered but consisted of sugary fruit loop cereal and white bread. Quality Inn Properties usually offer a hot breakfast with eggs and meat as a standard. They are not representing the Choice Hotel Brand very well.

Got to our room and there were No batteries in tv remotes no light bulbs in lamps by the bed. We had to go to the lobby to ask for those and acted like we
Inconvenienced them. After installing the batteries for the remotes we realized the Tv was broken so we had to go back to lobby and after the employee came to make sure the tv was broken he proceeded to say he would have to give us another room after we had already settled into that room. They did not even offer anything for our inconvenience of an unsatisfactory room.

Was one of my worst experiences in La Quinta hotels to start I reserve 3 double bed rooms like 3 days in advance when we get there they give us one room with a single double bed but only one bed when we ask they say they run out of double bed rooms at the end they give us the room we reserve but anyway that the idea when you make a reservation to get what you reserve also the hotel smells like weed on the hallway on the 3rd floor when my kids are on the bed we found a cockroach crawling in the wall it’s a couple of other things I can name but all I can say is my worst experience

we read all the reviews and the pictures were not current. We got into our room and there was standing water in the shower along with hairs. The lampshade was dangling, and the phone didn’t work. That didn’t matter because the buttons were missing anyway. I found this out because I tried to call to see how to work the television. I had to go down to the lobby and ask and then when I got back up to my room, I still couldn’t figure it out. The wallpaper was peeling off and the baseboards were exposed. The front desk girl was very sweet when we told her that we couldn’t stay there because it was so gross. She was fairly compassionate and told us how we had to go through Expedia to get our money back. We are still waiting on that…

Trying to not be too critical but due to the recent storms, several FEMA applicants were placed here. Yes, a little outdated but wasnt expecting much for the price.
Daniel, the night clerk was pretty awesome and gave sound advice to enjoy local attractions.
My complaints: TV too small; did not like the smell of marijuana emanating in the air; and, though Chance was a well mannered Mastiff/Pit mix service animal, scared the living bejeezus out of me when I walked around the corner after my smoke break.

The lobby of this hotel is nice. However, when I got to the room, two of three lampshades were broken(one of which I fixed myself). Also, there happened to be a small splatter of blood on the mirror(it may have been missed while cleaning up). The bathroom seemed to be clean from what I could see. The desk receptionist seemed to be very apologetic when I told her.

The bathroom ceiling was the ONLY thing I could comment on negatively (needed minor repair). The art on the walls was not my first choice. Everything else was fine. Microwave and fridge was nice touch. Clean, comfortable. Not plush, but I prefer simple to fancy. I didn't swim, but the pool area looked nice. I forgot something in my room and got a call. What thoughtfulness! I've stayed at much nicer places and left things much more valuable and never saw them again!

The workers were wonderful, however I wanted to change the booking date just shorter by ONE day an it was impossible then to find out I ordered a “double standard Queen” even with the picture on here being a 2 bed room, that is NOT what I was getting according to them that means it’s one full bed. Lol how that makes any sense I don’t know but that’s what I was told. That’s on hotels.com though. Not okay at all. The hotel did help me I still had to pay full precise though. They need to upgrade bedding Atleast. Overall not bad. Just wish that had been made clear.

Was not able to stay at the property even though Travelocity booked it and I drove for over an hour to get there. Even though we are in severe winter storm, if the property was not available or able to rent to those in need, they should’ve made it known to ‘booking sites’ that their property is offline. This will definitely turn me off from the property AND Travelocity.

The initial room my husband and daughter were sent to had one double bed. The reservation was for two double beds. The desk attendant spoke as little as possible to my husband during the check-in and subsequent change of room request. The bathroom was not clean and the coffee pot in the room AND downstairs were not working. Terrible experience.Very outdated hotel.

The most noticeable is the noise level coming from the highway... they need to install double pane glass. While turned off, the overhead light flickered all night long. The carpets are due for cleaning.

They dont have a breakfast attendant, so it can run empty, or get old. Breakfast area cleanliness gave me reason to pause, observe, and think twice about what I was eating.

Paid for queensize bed standard room. Was given a hole in the wall with a full size bed. Complained to staffand staff said I was wrong and that my room had a queen size bed because she made the bed up. The bed was clearly a full size and wasn't large enough for a couple. The room was tiny as ever and the bathroom LMFAO the toilet was broken the shower had no place to put our soap bottles. The mini fridge in the room had a block of ice where the freezer was supposed to be and the shelves were broken. This hotel was worse than the hotels in the worse hood in Chicago! Very very sad.

THIS PLACE WAS FILTHY, THE FIRST ROOM WAS FILTY WITH A BAD SMELL, NO LIGHT IN ONE LAMP THE OTHER LAMP DIDN'T WORK, NO TELEPHONE IN THE ROOM AND THE ROOM WAS NASTY ALL CHROME ON ITEMS IN THE ROOM WAS DIRTY . The hotel is boarderline grubby. It’s very worn and has that smell. We were stopping for the night on a long road trip. We checked the bed for bedbugs and there were none so since we just needed a few hours sleep we stayed. If it was anything more than that we would have left.

The room was decent, bed was too small for a couple. Room was clean, but was never able to get the shower head to work, it said to pull ring which I did but it never got it to work. The next day check out was at 11AM, but the cleaning lady came twice before check out trying to get the room cleaned. The last time she came was 15 minutes till 11AM and asked are you going to stay over, I said no I'm trying to finish getting ready so I can leave. Wasn't felt welcomed more like rushed out..

Close to restrauarnts, fairly quiet area and right off the highway. Desk clerk was nice. Hot breakfast options were available. Low water pressure? Had to flush the toilet a couple of times each time. The only thing that made me feel uncomfortable is that the desk clerk made a copy of my credit card for the room incidental hold. She did advise they shred it upon check out though. Would stay here again.
