Room was clean however the furniture was dated. Room was stated to be 28 sq mt but seemed much smaller. Buffet dinner food in the main restaurant was extremely sad and not worth the price. Staff was prompt and courteous but the room service boys were raw in their communication. I didn't raise any complaints but I did get a feedback call a few days later where the hotel management wanted a detailed feedback so that felt genuine.

Room was good only blunder is person sitting on bed can see person taking shower, This could work fine for couple but someone traveling with friends or colleagues this could be unsettling situation. Other thing is night lights came on automatically and there was no way to turned those off. Also in morning bathroom and ally lights just don't turned on don't know why maybe cost savings

Great and comfortable stay

I stayed at Four Points by Sheraton for one night, accommodation and facilities were excellent. Located within walking distance of shopping mall.
Reception staff were helpful.
I really liked the restaurant, which had wide choice of food selection for breakfast and dinner. I was extremely impressed with restaurant staff who provided really good service. I will certainly use this hotel again.

Falling apart fast

Stayed in this hotel many times before. It used to be good place but not anymore. Cleanliness and comfort was good. Service and elevator was worst. For elevators, only one was working but without down call button. So you have to ride with people going up even though you’re going down. Service was really terrible. Same issues were repeated many times during 3 nights stay. Plates & silverware provided were inadequate or missing during in-room dining and had to request repeatedly with more than 30 min response time. Manager seemed not concerned. Simple request like keeping freezer pack in freezer instead of refrigerator wasn’t fulfilled, in short staff is illiterate and untrained. In other unacceptable things - Shower gel bottle was refilled with water and so on..

Hotels.com review is not correct reflection

It was worst experience of life time, my parents are senior citizens and diabetic. I did booked this hotel expecting prompt service. The service was worst wrt to any 2 star category. Room service was pathetic and they never responded and if responded the order never came ot came very very late..

Worst hotel to stay specially senior citizens

Room condition was worst ever my hotel experience, AC never worked in my room for my 2 nights stay. In very first few hours I had to make several calls to get my room livable, few examples - hot water kettle not working and they changed it twice to finally get it work, AC never worked despite multiple maintenance call. I maintenance guy was explaining hotel to be centralized AC so Guests cannot control the temperature. I had 2 rooms booked for 2 night, we order tea as room service.. In one room it came after more than an hour and in second room no one showed up ever. I am surprised to see the ratings on hotel.com and loosing my trust as I am frequent user of hotels.com. While check I made sure I convey my concerns to front desk and they took my number to call me back to get feedbacks and I am not surprised the call never came to me. I am really doubting 5 star category of this hotel.

Total disappointment

Air conditioning so poor in 8th floor, unclean air I could not breath in the night.
Swimming Pool abandoned and dirty.
Garden unexistant.
Noisy and dark bar (no windows).Music to loud.
In conclusion a disaster.

Customer service was incredible! Each and every staff member went out of their ways to make me feel at ease.

Great stay which was comfortable. Only issue I found was with hot water. At off peak hours the water was unbearably hot and during early mornings the water was just luke warm. I thoroughly recommend booking a massage which I thought was great although I did find that my 90 minute booking was made into a 60 min booking due to other customers having been booked without been recorded in the book. They did charge only for the 60 mins though so no issues. The gym was well provisioned and the equipment new. There are great facilities and a very big mall only 10 minutes walk from the hotel so plenty to do and see in the evenings.

Staff is attentive and helpful ; major issue is air conditioning is locked at 23 celcius - the room thermostat is for decor and temp is controlled as hotel policy of room temp at 23 cel approx 74 farhenight - which is quite warm to sleep in
Spoke to front desk and got bounced around. In the end no resolution and warm night and poor sleep

The stay was really great! Was in a 1Bed services apartment for 2 nights. Had been for work to Pune. The staying experience here was \"Outstanding\"! The service, response to any issue or query was immediate. Very impressed with the staff at the front office and reception who were very helpful and supportive. H/k and Room service were equally good. The spread of food in all the 3 meals was excellent!! Very very happy with the services rendered at Four Points at Pune and this will be my choice always whenever I would be staying back in Pune. Wishing everyone at Four Points the best! Keep up the good work!!

Stayed for only one night during a business visit to Pune. Was forced to remain in the Hotel all day due to some local disturbances, but was very comfortable due to the quick service, ample food and drink, and overall facilities. The staff were especially helpful and responded quite quickly and positively to most requests. Never had a reason to complain!

Still the best!

We stayed for 3 nights in Dec 2017. Overall stay was excellent. The food is great and have a wide variety during breakfast buffet. Staff is attentive. Front desk is super cool and went beyond our expectations to make our stay memorable.. Thanks for the perfect floral arrangement & cake that i requested. Property does show wear and tear compared to my stay about six years back when it was brand new. Will stay again.

An average business hotel

Four points by Sheraton is an average business hotel. I stayed there for a leisure trio and I feel it was a mistake to book that hotel for leisure. The quality of the rooms for the high price they charge is below average. I was definitely expecting better quality of room. The staff at the reception are very polite and helpful. However the service at the restaurant is average. Food ordered in the room lacked consistency in taste and was always late.
I didnt have a good experience at Sohum spa in the hotel as well. Breakfast spread was good, however the taste was just average. The hotel is good for a couple of days of business visit only. I will never recommend this place for a leisure trip.

Hotel was very comfortable- great food, staff were really nice, rooms were a good size. minor things I would change- for example, adding plug points in room, extending breakfast on a weekend to 11am, and enhancing lighting in the corridors (found it to be very dark).
