We booked an apartment, booking shows good for 4 people. When showed up, one to had no bed. We were informed to use the king bed for 3 people and sofa for 4th person. We were charged 2000Rs per extra 2 beds. We had airport pickup included, which we were charged for as our flights were delayed. We were informed that we are party of 4 with 5 large bags. They send 2 small cars and charged for both.
Extra bed and airport pickup charges were dropped upon talking to the manager. It's an hassle, seems like you've to negotiate your way into this property. Overall good property, location and excellent dinning options. Staff can be trained little better.

The residences are large units suitable for long stays. Having kitchen and laundry in the unit made it very convenient. Staff was very helpful in arranging airport drop off and pharmacy delivery.

Small things make a difference

Restaurant service is slow and a lot of the staff while being polite are inexprienced.

Health faucet on the wrong side so difficult to use. But can be fixed by using flexible cord instead of the existing rigid one

All cutlery in restaurant should be from the same family. I found knives were large and heavy, tablespoons were almost like soup spoons and the forks were short in length and lightweight. That's sloppy for a 5 star hotel

Staff were very friendly and great stay for a family of four with two small children. Apartment stay was comfortable and facilities were good for a family.
Breakfast buffet had good selection of Indian food and also a western section.

We got a smoking room in spite of booking a non-smoking room, we had a 3 year old kid with us and we constantly got the smoke smell in our room. Secondly one of the ACs leaked water heavily in the corridors. Our 3 year old slipped and hurt himself 2 times. They compensated us with $10 for entire 3 days of inconvenience!

Worst service! The staff made us wait for half hour before checking in for unable to find my hotels.com booking, if you guys are unable to find it kindly delist yourself from the site. Secondly they did not allow me and family members to enter the swimming pool which is disgusting. I will never suggest anyone to book this hotel if you are looking for family funtime. Rating this as 0 star for their service! Wasted my whole weekend

Checkin was an issue as they had some issue with the system and the junior staff was acting oversmart. Had to call the manager and HOTELS helpline to get it sorted.

Overall a good experience!

We booked a 2BR executive suite. I would stay there again but there were tons of things not working. The wifi was not working, the room needed a booster and took whole day to get fixed. The refrigerator needed complete defrost - required 2 days. There were tons of missing things. The service was slow and had to be called multiple times for the same reason. I would not expect that from Hyatt - 5 star hotel.

The morning breakfast was excellent.

The best ever

The most amazing stay possible. If you are traveling with a pet this is the property to stay at. They are exceptionally welcoming.in addition to the staff at the apartments, The restaurant staff was very helpful. They encouraged us to bring our pet baby to the outdoor seating area of the restaurant so that we could dine together as a family. Just fantastic. I’m now a fan of the Hyatt. Looking forward to more stays with them.

Extended Valentine weekend !!!

What a fabulous hotel staff were extremely friendly and felt welcome as usual on arrival. My room was clean and had a comfy bed & had all the amenities one can ask for. This hotel also had a great selection of food for breakfast lovely salmon and eggs and espresso that I am fond of. I would definitely recommend this hotel if visiting Pune.

My special thanks to Chef Rohit Chadha and Chef Kanchan for preparing yum food which was asked at the last minute from us. Needless to say they served us with atmost care, warmth and love ...

The rooms and apartments are impeccable and very spacious and well furnished. Airport drop off was great, bell boys and reception staff were great.

However, Restaurant staff need to get trained on how to look after customers and the buffet breakfast was a waste of money, cold food, not tasty, and staff just not interested to look after customers.

I've stayed in hotels around the world including New York, London, Sydney, Melbourne, Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Indonesia and more... And what I've come to realise is that it is very hard for any others to surpass the hospitality one can experience in major Indian five star hotels and while for the city of Pune, Maharashtra my top (very close) three would have to be (in no particular order) J.W. Marriott, The Westin and Hyatt Regency and I'm pleased to say the Hyatt is indeed in the lead as in the end the quality of the hotels is hard to compare... But its the hospitality of the staff and their care which is really what stands out... So rest assured I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay and just by the way do make sure you check out the pool its really a stand out feature on so many levels!

It was amazing experience to be here. Everything was excellent. Very near from Airport, clean room, kind people, good facility of swimming pool and Gym. Definitely I'll stay again in my next visit. The only thing is this place is little bit isolated from center of the city. So if you find some fun place for entertainment, you may think further

There were cockroach’s (2) walking on the bed.

The property is nice...cockroaches walking on the bed linens in a five star property was extremely upsetting. They changed our room but should have done more to make us comfortable after that.

F&B and room and location all good.
Just that it being an anniversary we had requested for a cake at midnight. inspite of reminding their team member on duty at that time it did not come. they did ask if they could make it up later but the point was lost. Also for check out had told them to keep bill ready but had another instance there wherein i felt their front desk staff needs to get improve. Service could have been more attentive.
Except for their service, the hotel is very good. But then for a five star, isnt service what you come for

Beautiful and 15-20 minute ride from airport.

I highly recommend the Spa with Nira as your therapist.
The food was outstanding, too.
The hotel manager was very courteous and genuinely concerned for my well being and stay.

It was supposed to be a fun mother daughter trip. Hotel room Aircon wasn’t working. Had to call twice to get it seen to. Manager calls at 9.30 in the night offering to upgrade us. By then we were too tired. Was a disappointing experience. Breakfast not up to the mark too.

Upmarket hotel with large rooms and big bathrooms with separate bath and shower.
Reception staff were the best I have ever experienced. They are very professional but incredibly warm and friendly and go out of their way to ensure your stay is a great experience.

A great hotel!

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Pune on an extended business trip for 19 days, having tried a number of nearby hotels on previous visits, and have found this one to be the best. Highly luxurious, the decor and presentation is to a very high standard, and the facilities including spa, pool and gym are great. The food and drink in the two restaurants and one bar are delicious, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - I actually had a bit of a mishap which required medical assistance, and they kindly provided a doctor, drove me to two hospitals, and helped me get the treatment I needed. When I thanked them, they said \"we know you're away from home, and we want to make sure you feel as comfortable as possible\", which I thought was a lovely touch. I can certainly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Pune.

Nice Hotel but the service is slow

The hotel is nice and located close to a mall. The rooms are well furnished and spacious. We stayed in the apartments, hence we had a lot of space. The kids play area is an added bonus. The breakfast is lavish and tasty. They have a nice gym, an indoor pool and an excellent whirpool jucuzzi that was very relaxing.

However, the only negative is the service, which is very slow. Even though we reached around the check in time, we had to wait for an hour to get our 2 BHK apartment. They did accommodate us in a 1BHK in the mean time, but then essentially we were stuck until we got the assigned room. At check out, again the process took nearly 20 minutes. I cannot begin to explain why this was the case. I know its regular as this is the 4th time we are staying at the property and 4 out of 4 times my check in and check out has been significantly delayed. The valet service is also very slow.

Overall the hotel is good and, the service component apart, I would still recommend folks to stay here as the property itself is very good.

I'll have to think about coming back!!!

The experience was not very great, the carpets in the rooms were stained. After having rejected three rooms I had to settle for the fourth. The bathrooms are not properly designed. The glass partition between bedroom and bathroom does leave any room for privacy. The shower cabinet doesn't have any hand shower, and hand shower provided in the tub gets messy as there is no curtain there.
Overall not a very pleasant stay.

Check in was reasonably quick, breakfast was good, the room was comfortable for two, the bathroom is well appointment, air conditioning is effective but it does turn a bit warm in the night which was a bit of a let down. The pool is indoors and is temp controlled. The pool assistant is very helpful..
