The staff left the heating Sistema on and the room was extremely hot when we arrived.
The air conditioner could not cool the room because of the heat inside and outside.
The staff helped but the experience was not what we expected.
I would not visit this property again.
I would have to say breakfast was good and the Expedia staff was very accommodating and helpful, but the hotel has properties outside the Mail building and they are not as comfortable and a regular hotel room

Worth it

Nice hotel, very friendly,and helpful staff. Room was nice sized and we had a view from our balcony. Parking was convenient with an elevator to the hotel from the parking lot. Hotel was a little noisy until about 10 or 11 PM after which it became silent.

The town was extremely beautiful. The property was very historic and antique. Our kids were alittle afraid with the paintings, they thought they were \"creepy\" lol. The breakfast and staff were great.

Double check spa situation

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms and good breakfast. The big problem was that it is advertised as wellness&spa hotel, but 1st spa was not included in the price ans 2nd it wasn't available even we would want to pay for it. And nothing was written about that when we were booking it. So going there primarily for spa, we were very dissapointed.

Go for the breakfast

Breakfast was the highlight of our stay - it was exceptional and service was great. Not all the outlets worked in our room, so charging was a pain. The building is quaint but updated and the town is lovely.

Truly amazing... rented mountain bikes from a local vendor and travelled down to the Rimini coast... spectacular views. Ate at the hotel restaurant and it was Delicious. The staff and location are charming and authentic. Just what we wanted...

The Hotel is in a lovely location with good views from our room.San Marino is a 20 minute drive away. The Initial check in was brusque with limited information passed but all other engagement with staff was excellent. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room. The associated restaurant was excellent

Beautiful Hotel

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Very modern relaxing comfortable clean. Reasonably priced too. Views are breath taking. Here its all about relaxing unwinding and destressing! Will definitely cone back!

Good but slightly frustrated initailly

Car park at rear was initially difficult to find, and then went into wrong lift, a bit frustrating as we could then not speak to the receptionist, and didn't want to walk all the way around back to reception, the frustration stemmed from the fact that the receptionist sent us to the car park, but did not seemed concerned when we did'nt arrive fairly quickly to reception, fortunately a customer let us in the lift upto reception.

Oste del Castello is a really lovely place with a very peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The staff I found to be very helpful and pleasant. One final gem was the really top class restaurant which I dined in two nights and found the food to be excellent.

A perfect cycling stop but works for others, too!

Nice old, small italian village with plenty of history. A great hotel with personality, we were driving but would work great for people on bicycles.

Very charming and nicely set up

We loved it! The grotto/spa was awesome and I loved the little town it's in. It's about a 20min drive to San Marino old town but no big deal... You need a car anyway to visit the whole area. The concierge was very nice too!

Amazing stay in Verucchio

We had an amazing stay in Verucchio. Hotel is very beautifully located in the hills of Romagna. The view from the terrace was incredible.

10/10 hotel and restaurant in a cute+pretty city!

This hotel is amazing, we are planing to come back for a longer stay next year !
The area and the view is stunning, very close to san marino, san leo, beaches, rimini and wine fields for wine tasting.
Their service is great. The hotel is really pretty and quite different with small tunnels and \"caves\" and such, they even got a spa !
The restaurant in/under the hotel is THE best we tried in our 14 day trip driving around in italy, nothing comes close to the level of service and quality !!

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und daher nicht lange da. Für kleiner Spaziergang am Abend durch das romantische Dörfchen und zum Castello hat die Zeit aber gereicht und es hat sich gelohnt.
Das Personal war freundlich und ist auch auf all unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Das Zimmer war eher klein aber hat für diese eine Übernachtung total gereicht und viel wichtiger, die Sauberkeit hat gepasst. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstücksbüffet war reichhaltig und sehr fein, es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Grazie mille

Splendida struttura d'epoca ristrutturata. Posizione ottima anche per spostarsi nel territorio circostante. La spa è una chicca e il personale è gentile. Pulizia perfetta e comodo anche il parcheggio con tunnel e ascensore per accedere direttamente in hotel.

Dejlig lejlighed i flotte omgivelser

Dejlig og yderst rummelig lejlighed til fem personer som lå få skridt fra hotellets lobby. Hotellets spa er i rigtig fik stand og var lækker.
Restaurant og morgenmad er særdeles godt, og alle vegne mødes man at serviceminded personale.
Selve byen er hyggelig og velplejet, og man er kort fra f.eks. San Marino, der bestemt var et besøg værd

La recepcion fue floja, no nos acompañaron a la habitacion, y la misma era en otro edificio.
La habitacion comoda, con linda vista.
El restaurante es muy bueno, y el desayuno esta bien.

Der Empfang, das Abendessen und Frühstück, das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, trotz Corona. Besonders die Kellnerin mit dem Tattoo am Arm mit den dunklen Haaren(leider haben wir den Namen nicht) war Klasse. Das Badezimmer war etwas beengt, jedoch ausreichend. Wenn wir mal wieder in der Gegend sind würden wir wieder buchen.

Purtroppo stavolta NO!!

Purtroppo questa volta la mia recensione è negativa. Sono ormai varie volte che soggiorno qui con note solo positive. Ma stavolta tutto è andato storto. Abbiamo soggiornato qui dal 30/12 al 01/01/2019. La camera che avevo prenotato mi è stata cambiata con un altra che di camera nn aveva niente. Stretta, caldo soffocante. Si faceva veramente fatica a muoversi in due. Mancava addirittura l attaccapanni. Veniamo al cenone di capodanno. Avevo fatto esplicita richiesta per un menu vegetariano. Nessun problema. Mi era stato confermato che avrebbero esaudito la mia richiesta senza problema con tanto di menu inviato via mail. Ma una volta a tavola nessuno sapeva niente. I camerieri e lo chef erano allo scuro di tutto. Risultato; ritardo nelle portate e la mia compagna che ha cenato praticamente da sola. E cmq di tutto quello che avrei dovuto avere nel menù nn è stato rispettato. Peccato perché da un hotel come questo nn me lo sarei mai aspettato viste le bellissime esperienze precedenti.

Charmerande hotell och by

Både hotellet och byn är mycket charmerande. Personalen var trevlig och frukosten var bra. Både rummet och hotellet var mycket rent. Byn är underbar och det tar bara ca 20 minuter att köra till San Marino. I byn finns bra restauranger. Den ligger uppe på en kulle och fick vi rum med underbar utsikt. Trevligt att promenera i de gamla gatorna.
Vi skulle gärna åka dit igen.
