Nous avons passé un excellent séjour (trop court) et avons été complètement sous le charme de cet hôtel. Le rapport qualité prix est parfait, et le personnel était aux petits soins. Chaque détail est travaillé afin de parfaire l’expérience. Nous le recommandons les yeux fermés. Nous n’avons jamais été dans un hôtel aussi qualitatif à ce prix.

Hôtel plein de charme mais pas à la hauteur de ses étoiles. Mauvais rapport qualité prix.
Prise de la chambre à 13h rendre la chambre le lendemain à 11h et on ne peut rester à la piscine que jusqu’à 12h30. Une fois la chambre rendue il n’est pas possible de profiter des structures de l’hôtel. Pas de climatisation ni même de télévision dans les chambres. Le restaurant une heure d’attente pour 2 plats et un menu enfant : cher et rien d’extraordinaire ! En revanche le personnel de l’accueil est formidable et aux petits soins.
Prise de la chambre à 13h rendre la chambre le lendemain à 11h et on ne peut rester à la piscine que jusqu’à 12h30. Une fois la chambre rendue il n’est pas possible de profiter des structures de l’hôtel. Pas de climatisation ni même de télévision dans les chambres. Le restaurant une heure d’attente pour 2 plats et un menu enfant : cher et rien d’extraordinaire ! En revanche le personnel de l’accueil est formidable et aux petits soins.

Pour un 4 étoiles, je suis trés déçu. Petit déjeuner à 20 euros par personne c'est bien vendu dans un pays où le revenu est de 1400 euros. Rapport qualité prix hors du raislnnable.

Séjour dans le cadre de l’anniversaire de mon épouse, belle découverte, accueil, sourires, services, très bonne table à découvrir vraiment! Seul bémol la literie qui se creuse un Ti peu et l’absence de Clim mais franchement si le brasseur d’air fonctionnait bien tout aurait été parfait ! ( malheureusement cela n’était pas le cas dans notre chambre )

Un cadre idyllique pour ce charmant hôtel récemment rénové dans le ravissant village de L’Entre Deux. Chambre spacieuse et confortable, piscine chauffée ( atout non négligeable durant l’hiver austral). Petit déjeuner copieux avec beaucoup de produits locaux et du « fait maison ». De gros efforts à faire au niveau de la restauration : les pains du petit déjeuner encore congelés, idem pour les repas servis au restaurant. Dommage que la cuisine servie n'utilise pas des produits locaux mais présente une carte de produits issus de la métropole : donc forcément du surgelé !

Un séjour agréable dans un petit hôtel charmant avec vue sur la montagne . Le petit + : la deco tout en bois de la chambre, très charmante. Point négatif : le repas au resto , mon plat est retourné 3 fois en cuisine pcq la viande n’était pas assez cuite (elle était carrément crue au départ . La literie est beaucoup trop dure.

La chambre manque horriblement d'isolation, on entendait d'un coté les clients séjournant dans la chambre voisine (bébé qui pleurent, apéros, très dérangeant..), de l'autre coté, on entend les pas résonnants de chacun des clients qui descendait les escaliers mitoyens.
Le matelas n'est pas du tout confortable, sur les 2 nuits, nous avons mal dormi avec des douleurs au réveil.
Nous avons dîné au restaurant le premier soir. Pas de carte mais un menu a 45 euros, cher pour ce que c'est. J'ai choisi le duo de filets de poisson, ou il n'y avait qu'en réalité qu'un filet t un petit morceau d'un autre poisson. le filet n'était pas mangeable car beaucoup trop cuit.
