Our stay at Luxury was absolutely fantastic. FRom the moment we arrived with were treated with kindness and respect. The resort itself is pristine. The villas are very private and hidden from view in the lush well kept gardens. 2 beautiful pools and a stunning private beach with a bar on the pier. It was quiet and uncrowded. The buffet breakfast was incredible. We were spoilt for choice. So many wonderful dishes to try. The restaurant remains open all day so snacks and lunches are always available at reasonable prices and the evening restaurant was a treat. Shuttle golf carts were on hand to whizz you to the harbour next door for more restaurant options and shopping and Vinwonders theme park. Our room was beautiful, spacious, with a terrance and a private mini pool. We had a a wonderful time, Luxury is really a 5 star experience and would highly recommend staying there. Real privacy, top notch service, wonderful helpful staff and relaxing atmosphere, thank you very much for making our holiday so special.

We stayed at this resort for two weeks hoping for a high-end, relaxing experience. The beach is quiet, and the spa was a highlight — listening to ocean waves during a massage was lovely. Our villa was spacious.

Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was disappointing. Sand fleas on the beach were everywhere, but no warning was given — only signs about jellyfish. We were all badly bitten.

The restaurant was the worst part. Only one dining option, and service was incredibly slow. One night, drinks took 20 mins, then meals came out one by one with 15–20 min gaps. After 90 mins, we canceled the last meals. No apology. Staff barely spoke English, leading to constant miscommunication.

Pool floaties weren’t free — no signs, just charges.

Rooms were dated with blocked toilets, broken lights, and malfunctioning curtains. Maintenance was only done after we insisted.

Long waits for buggies.

The BBQ buffet wasn’t worth it — flies on the food, very few options, and lobster cost extra.

Beautiful setting, but let down by poor management, lack of communication, and frustrating service.

The service at Vinpearl Luxury was excellent, staff were always helpful and responsive. The room itself felt a bit dated and could use a refresh. One day, the toilet was clogged, but maintenance came right away and fixed it promptly.

My only real complaint was the trolley service. We had to wait every time we got off the boat or cable car, as Vinpearl Luxury was always the last to be picked up. Other hotels on the island had multiple pickups, while we often had to wait quite a while—one time, nearly 30 minutes just for the trolley to arrive.

The manager made sure that our stay was perfect from the beginning until the very end ! The food was good and the staff super friendly! Special shoutout to Cat Nhien at the Lagoon restaurant ! She is the sweetest, super welcoming and super helpful if you have any questions! The beach is gorgeous! Quiet and very safe ! Our kids especially loved the heated kids pool ! Vinpearl Luxury Nha Trang is a fantastic destination. All the staff from the pool attendant to the front desk are ultra friendly, helpful and nice. Vinpearl has a number of resorts on that part of the island but almost all cater to a larger mass market. If you want privacy and laid back beach/pool lifestyle, i can't recommend enough. Back in Saigon and already missing the place.

Only two things were not great -- the TV was very complicated and "loaded" channels a bit slowly... also the water pressure in the shower was very weak. Cannot rate this property as a 5 star. First, need English speaking staff. No tours information at all! Dirty shower and pool in house. Very dirty in sauna and Spa jacuzzi . Air conditioner did not work properly. Too many labours around all day long. Very delicious food but small choices and menu, all the same, only for short stay.

We booked the Luxury beachfront villa - check-in was great. They greeted you as soon as you got to the speed boats and check in was VIP and fast. We had a guest services boy take us to our villa and here is where it all fell apart. Tung - who also goes by Tom - who's English was perfect - dropped us off. We had questions about where to eat dinner - he told us we could only eat at the Wave bar (doesn't serve dinner) or the buffet, there were no other places to eat. We asked him for a map of the Island - he said they were out of maps and there were none online. He said there was nothing else or no where else to go on the island. We felt like once he brought our bags to us and dropped us off that we were on our own and not getting the answers or the customer service we should be at such an establishment where we spent so much a night to say there. We asked Tom to take us around the island and we spoke to a concierge who told us MANY NOT TO MISS things on the Island and gave us a map! On our tour we found out there was numerous resorts there, may restaurants and things to do - ALL of which we had access to because we were staying at Luxury. We IMMEDIATELY changed resorts. For such a high end resort, we should not have had to deal with Tom for a second. The other issue was our view on the lux side. All you see is the city, the Tram and speed boats 24 hrs a day. Pics must have been photoshopped - definitely wasn't worth the money and we were happy to leave Tom and the city view!

Nearly there... Beautifully kept beach, comfortable rooms, great plunge pools. Just need a few finishing more generous touches from their external management. Good food. Had hoped (!) for a yacht as per some of the photos, but transportation across the strait is by the standard vessel, albeit privately. Perhaps things could be just a little more generous to distinguish itself from other properties - charging for water at meals when it's in the mid thirties is poor form, saying no to a family crossing the strait by cable car even as an alternative to the boat (even though when we did go to Vinpearland it was obviously under-used) is dubious, and I'd suggest that there should be some kind of special deal offered for the theme park - even just a simple thing like free food there rather than having to come back to the hotel if your deal is full board - or a reduced ticket entry. Almost there!

This is a really wonderful property. From the minute you are met at the airport the experience is one of a kind. Check in is in a casual setting like meeting an old friend in their living room. Having shellfish allergies they noted this in my profile and by the time I went for lunch the staff was aware and showed me the dishes on the buffet to avoid. Wow what service.

I had a oceanfront villa and it was spectacular. Room size was excellent with a nice bathroom and private pool. I could sit on the front porch and see the ocean just steps away.

The pool and beach area was so amazing that I never used my private pool. I moved between the two over the several days I was onsite.

The staff was excellent and most friendly. Their entire purpose was to make sure you were having a good time and everything you needed was available. Extremely friendly and professional.

I had purchased the meal plan and felt the buffet was very good and types of foods rotated daily. In the evening there was a portion of the meal cooked to your liking outside on a grill.

I would go back for sure. It is a good place for adults and families.

Oasis away from the city.

Island just just a ferry ride away from the city and busier vibes of Nha Trang beach. ( ferry very 20-30min) 24 hrs a day.
Only had two night and didn’t the the island once. Needed more time since there was a great private beach, nice , pool, great food, and even amusement park nearby; with more to come. Will definitely be back one day.

We would have liked to had a small boutique high-end gift shop available on property and some entertainment maybe out on the dock in the early evening would have been nice. Exceptional level of service, stunning beach!!

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff during our stay. Every request was met with eagerness and a friendly attitude. We booked a beachfront villa with a private pool only meters to the beach and a 50 meter walk to the main pool. The place feels very private with coconut trees sprawled across the resort. Staff all make a genuine effort to say hello and share a smile each and every time. The level of service is exceptional, especially from the managers withing each department, they get to know your families needs and look at ways to make your holiday experience even better. We had a issue with a neighboring resort where my daughter injured herself (which was also under the same owners). They're response (even though) wasn't them directly was really professional and they really impressed us in making sure we still had a great time.

Our stay at Vinpearl Nha Trang luxury resort was amazing from the minute we were picked up at the local airport, to when we were dropped off at a train station at the end of our stay. During our 6 night stay, we spent some time in the pool rain or shine.The main pool is absolutely fantastic with a great layout, plenty of lounge chairs and enough space for everyone to have the feeling of seclusion alongside others enjoying the same experience. The hammocks on the beach, a stone's throw from the pool, are an enjoyable way to spend an afternoon while reading, dozing and taking quick quick dips in the refreshing and rather warm warms off Hon Tre Island. A huge thank you to all the staff who were simply amazing and thoughtful during our stay. One regret is that we didn't get the chance to ride the cable car or try the amusement park, guess this will be experienced another time.

We started out our first visit to Vietnam with a fast paced culinary tour of Ho Chi Minh City. After a whirlwind of activity we booked four nights at Vinprearl Luxury. Let's just say it was a perfect end to a perfect vacation. It started with a first class trip from the airport followed by a seamless check-in. We were then shown to our duplex villa perched hilltop amongst a wonderful garden with a seaview. We were greeted with spa like aromas and a very well appointed room. Everything was first class from the extensive daily buffet to the large beautiful pool to the white sand blue water beach, but nothing compared to the over the top staff who were at our beckoned call and accommodated every request. Shout out to Tahn our lovely concierge! As a world traveler a can truly say that this is a five star resort and would recommend it to any discerned traveler. Anyone who says different should have their head examined.

We had a really lovely introduction, whisked across the ocean on a boat to what only seemed like a movie.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. One barmaid in particular, Hoa went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and made our stay extra pleasant.

My husband and I spent 3 nights at the Vinpearl Luxury during our 2 week honeymoon in SE Asia. Overall the resort was very beautiful, although it felt a bit manufactured. We had the all inclusive plan which included breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were disappointed to find out that this only included a buffet (the same buffet for all meals every day). At all inclusives I've been to in the past there are always multiple restaurant options for dinner (at least). We got sick of going to the same buffet for 3 meals a day and we were only there for 3 days. The food isn't bad necessarily, it just gets redundant and was not what we were expecting. Aside from that though, the staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. We especially liked Hoa, a bartender at the Wave bar!

Felt like a millionaire for 4 days staying here!

What a crazy beautiful surprise this place was! We booked as our 'beach break' part of a whole of Vietnam trip and it exceeded our expectations! From the personal airport pick up and private SPEED BOAT to the island to the mini golf cart that picks you up there and takes you to reception and your room...this place is luxury and a place to be spoilt rotten. Our room with private garden plunge pool was stunning and the hotels public pool a giant lake with hammocks on the central island for shady chilled reading! We didn't even know when we booked but the room included breakfast, lunch and dinner, from the most sensational buffet I have ever encountered with every type of food available from vietnamese (pho, fresh rolls and noodles) to the fresh cooked to order, pick your own seafood and meat barbeque outside, they even provide the cheese platter options for after dessert! The service was sensational and they even helped my boyfriend plan a romantic lantern lit dinner out on the terrace (the beach was too windy on the night :o( ) for my birthday. This place even has a private funfair and waterpark (free for us of course) that is open 12 hours a day and was mostly deserted...a crazy addition to our vietnamese holiday! But would 100% recommend it....SO SO SO worth the money as unless you are buying cocktails and lots of alcohol (mostly western prices for these) you wont spend a penny!

The hotel is simple beautiful and romantic, suitable as Getaway. There were a lot of kids also, but didn't seam so nosy. The staff is really helpful and friendly, they really do there best to make you satisfied. The surroundings offer great space for everyone, not over crowded anywhere, a lot of space around the pool and at the beach, which also is really great. Here you find a beach bar, nice sandy beach, palms and a lot of sunbeds with space between. If your a golfer it's really a beautiful place to play, really amazing. Didn't try the hotel restaurant, but the breakfast is among best we had in 5-star hotels. The location is great, with free boat shuttel to the city every 30 min. Everything here were great, nothing worth to complain about. Rate it the higest even we tried more romantic Getaways, it belongs in the top and is worth another visit.

We were very happy with this resort. Beautiful setting with a large pool, private beach, well equipped and modern gym and most importantly free wifi everywhere. Rooms where large, beautifully designed, comfortable and modern. Every room had a private plunge pool. Food at the resort was fantastic! If you or the kids get bored you can take them to the adjoining Vin Pearl Land for free! Would definitely go again.

The resort is located amongst beautifully maintained exotic gardens right on the white soft sand private beach blue sapphire sparkle enticing me to relax.
The magnificent pool area beckons as the spa experience competes for my indulgence.......how many ways to experience luxury...
My accomodation is the perfect mix of contemporary with all current needs wifi, electronic control of all comforts....simply so easy.....
I am relaxed now.

overall great hotel with great service. Though the quality of english speaking staffs is variable. Disappointed, no Coco or hot chocolate. Some staffs can be impolite to hotel guests some times at the restaurant. The pick up from airport and check in was excellent but the drop off to airport could definitely improve with better vehicle. Never been so car-sick before for 40 minutes trip. Should have their cars update. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Lunch and dinner menus are somewhat limited. Reception, tour desk, concierge ... staffs were excellent. Improvement with extra towel and robes and slippers would be great while confirmed on booking and subsequent communication that there would be extra child staying in the room (being charged for). Great hotel, attention to minor details will make this hotel an excellent perfect escape paradise.

I had booked to stay in a beachfront villa at Vinpearl luxury with my fiancee from 16 - 18 Feb 2013..

The room was great... view out to the ocean.. sensational... the room was really good... the beach was nice and clean.. the pools were nice.. there was hardly anyone using the big main pool..

I tried to extend for 2 more nights, but they wanted to charge me over double of what my first 2 nights cost. As it was.. i extended for one more night for almost the cost i paid for first 2 nights.

the service from the staff was great... the only exception to this was one morning at breakfast, they gave us the wrong coffee.. i asked for vietnamese drop coffee.. but was given a pot of coffee.. it was no big deal.. and i was prepared to just drink it, but when the waitress came around, my partner told her it was the wrong coffee... the waitress then proceeded to make excuses and tell us it was our fault etc.

food expensive and food not even close to worth the money. especially breakfast... the variety is fine.. and the fruit is good enough.. but all the hot food was cold.. and they didnt know how to make poached eggs. hate cold bacon :p lunch meal was very small.. was still hungry after.

the amusement park is nothing special either... it was quite boring... more of a timezone with a roller coaster and a waterslide..

It’s a nice small resort this one. Staff is service minded and the spa staff are amazing. Great pool area with plenty of space. The beach has white sand and you can see Nha Trang on the other side. We stayed in the beach Villa which was spacious with a nice location.

On the downside the food in the restaurant left more to ask for, and the breakfast felt very small (limited) compared to other five star hotels in Nha Trang. The Villa was a bit hollow as you could hear your neighbors speak through the walls/ventilation. Also, they charge extra if you want to use a inflatable duck in the pool (or other fun things).

All together this feels more like a four star accommodation.

럭셔리에서 6박을 했습니다. 여유로운 시간과 자연속에서 힐링을 하며 가족들과 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 리조트 직원들의 서비스정신과 친근한 인사는 상당히 좋았습니다. 불편하거나 불만족 스러운건 딱히 없었으나 쇼파와 쿠션에서 약간의 냄새가 나는것만 개선해주었으면 좋겠습니다. 다음 방문시에도 이곳에서 묵을 의향 100% 입니다.

良かった点
島全体がリゾートになっている環境から島に入った時点で非日常感を味わえる点。
ゲストが多すぎず、欧米の方中心で騒がしくないこと。
エクストラベッドを用意してくれた点。
朝食ブッフェの食材が豊富かつ超新鮮で果物、野菜などが特においしい。
ルームサービスもそれほど高くなくとてもおいしい。
島内の設備にはどこにでもカートで無料送迎してくれてとてもスピーディ。
部屋についているプールも手ごろな広さ深さで水もきれい。
英語が完璧に通じるので言葉の心配もなし。
ヴィンワンダー（遊園地）やハーバー（街）もしっかり稼働していて
きれいでリゾート間にあふれていること。

イマイチな点
プールの管理者が雑で横柄なこと。
空港からの無料送迎ぐらいはあってもしかるべきに感じます。
トイレの水圧がちょっと弱いです。
対岸での手続きからチェックインして部屋に入れるまでの待ち時間がちょっと長い。

3년만의 재방문

3년만에 재방문하였습니다.
리조트 내에서는 편하고 쾌적하고
만족스러운 휴식을 취하였습니다.

다만, 스피드보트, 툭툭은 3년 전이랑 달리 서비스 기준이 바뀐것 같습니다.
럭셔리는 줄 안 기다리고 스피드보트 우선 탑승 했는데 이젠 똑같이 줄 기다렸습니다.
툭툭(리조트 밖 빈펄섬 이동)도 럭셔리는 3년 전엔 1가족만 있어도 즉시 출발했는데
이번엔 탈 때마다 10분씩은 기다린것 같습니다.

더운 여름날 아주 행복한 추억 가득 만든 숙소였어요 바다도 시크릿 숙소도 시크릿! 저희 둘만의 추억을 쌓기에 이보다 좋을 순 없었어요 웨이브바는 갬성터지는 장소이고 와인도 맛있었어요 마사지는 첫날 해주신분들이 너무 배려심 넘치게 대해주셨고 파도소리가 찰싹찰싹 나는 곳에세 파도소리와 마사지라니 행복충전입니다 수영장도 크고 미온수라 좋았어요 종일 물놀이 해도 지겹지않았어요 꼭 가보시길 추천하는 숙소!!! 체고예요

Fantastic relaxing stay, nice clean beach.

Lovley place with super friendly and efficient service. The check in was our fastest ever still we felt very welcome. Speedboat out to the resort island and electric golf type cars the rest. The wonderland park out on the island is well run and maintained and worth a visit. Breakfast was good with great selection and never any waiting. We had BBQ on the pier one evening which was brilliant.

Helt nydelig!

Fantastisk service, fantastisk frokost, fantastisk plass! Hadde i utgangspunktet tenkt at jeg ikke ville bo på Hon Tre pga. mye mas med fornøyelsesparken. Tok taubanen over for å se på Vinpearl Harbour, så dette resortet - og booket meg spontant inn for en natt, selvom jeg egentlig sov på et hotell i Nha Trang. Det angrer jeg ikke på, var helt fantastisk å få slappet av her den siste tiden av oppholdet mitt i Vietnam. Vakkert resort, hvor de ikke har plass til så mange gjester - som derfor gjør det avslappende og rolig!

무조건 또 와야할 곳입니다

직원(하니)이 너무 케어를 잘해줘서 너무 편한 3박이 되었습니다.. 3박 빈펄럭셔리에 머물고 3박은 아미아나에서 지냈는데 빈펄에서 할걸 너무 후회가 될 정도였습니다. 방도 정말 크고, 럭셔리쪽은 독채 형식으로 되어있어서 정말 프라이빗했고.. 섬 안에 있는게 불편하지않을정도로 시설(하버 포함)도 훌륭했고, 버기도 수시로 준비되어 기다리는 시간이 거의 없었습니다. 다음번에도 나트랑에 오게되면 다른 리조트 다 필요없고 무조건 빈펄럭셔리 입니다!! 편하게 지내고 갈 수 있게 어레인지 해준 하니 및 모든 직원들께 고맙습니다.

힐링 그잡채였음..ㅠ
섬안에 딱히 할건 없어도 충분히 갈만한 숙소였음
5성급이라 그런가 청소상태도 좋고 침구도 폭닥한게 너무너무 좋았음 수영장도 깊고 깨끗하고!
일단 다른건 둘째치고 직원들도 다 너무 친절하고 한국인을 너무너무 좋아함 ㅎㅎ

빈펄럭셔리 꼭 가보세요~

빈펄 럭셔리 그랜드 듀플렉스~ 예민한데도 불구하고 침구가 아주 편안해서 푹 잠들었어요, 수영장도 1.8미터 깊이라 수영을 좀 하는 아이들에겐 아주 좋구요 키즈풀도 있어요. 객실 내 자쿠지가 있는데요 생각보다 크구요
가장 만족했던 점은 바다가 예술이었어요 나트랑 시내에 있는 바다는 쓰레기도 있고 해서 좀 더러웠는데 빈펄럭셔리 리조트 바로 앞 바다는 관리가 잘 되어있는건지 원래 물이 깨끗한건지, 제대로 바다수영의 재미가 있는 곳이었어요~ 빈원더스에서의 워터파크와 놀이공원까지 셔틀이 계속 실어 나르고, 빈하버에서의 드론쇼와 불꽃 놀이, 스피드보트와 케이블카까지 아주 만족스런 여행이었어요

Entspannung pur!
Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und nicht zu groß
Das gesamte Personal ist super nett und zuvorkommend. Hier wird jeder einzelne Gast wertgeschätzt und ist nicht nur einer von vielen.

快適なホテル、しかし一部で不快

全般的にすごく快適なホテル。スタッフも対応がすごく良く申し分ありませんでした。
ただ、残念なのは、Massage & Spaの対応でした。
きちんとマネジメントが出来ておらず、お客を待たせていた点です。
お客を待たせていて、その理由を他のお客のせいにしていたのは全く理解が出来ませんでした。

It was great

All the staffs were extra ordinary kind and helpful. room was clean and well equipped. Thanks for the food basket. all areas were quiet and environmental friendly. Restaurant was nice and food was ok. I love the croissants and waffles. Anywhere in the vinpearl island, you can move by the buggies with ease. Vin wonders was wonderful, no cue to excess saffari, underworld nor any water slides. From Luxury to the Vinpearl golf CC, it took about 10 mins by buggy. CC was pretty tightly running like Korea. I prefer to go any other places.

There was an issue on the housekeeping, but the staffs were very skilled at handling it and we appreciate it a lot. It was a good price overall, the room was clean and well-equipped, and full of friendly staffs. Thanks a lot of the good experiences there!
