No me encantó es muy caro y los cuartos no son bonitos muy básicos y no esta limpio el cuarto muy cara la comida y porción muy pequeña incluye desayuno gratis solo tienen dos opciones y la porción parece para niño no regresaría lo único bonito es la alberca y que está frente a la playa

Our room was very clean. We were on the first floor with the pool right outside the sliding door, and people were sitting right there. Hotel is clean, but needs some updating. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful.

Clean room and friendly staff. Stayed there a couple years ago and had a fabulous room upgrade but not so this time, downgraded to two double bed on the 3rd floor. Hotel provides a complimentary breakfast at their restaurant. Last time you could order a fabulous breakfast off the menu but this time they had a new breakfast menu with two options which both were gross. 2 pre frozen pancakes or a leftover Mexican tortilla chip casserole that was gross. A small glass of orange juice and water. While it was clean and friendly we will probably not return for further downgrades.

The room I was given had bedbugs, and when I requested a new room, the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of providing an equivalent replacement for my original two-bedroom booking, I was only offered a single bed room, which did not match what I paid for.

Additionally, I had booked for two guests, but the resort only covered one person, forcing me to pay an extra $120 out of pocket for my friend. This was never disclosed at the time of booking and is unacceptable.

Birthday Trip gone BAD

I've stayed at this location a few times, but this birthday trip will be my FINAL time visiting. It started at check in where it took over 30 minutes and I was the only one in line. The longest check in EVER! I was not explained anything about the hotel upon arrival. When I got to the 5th floor, my room keys did not work. I made 3 trips back and forth to the front desk to get them re-programmed where the ladies there did not know what they were doing. I also had to go back to get my breakfast vouchers for my stay because they were not given to me at check in. After 4 attempts of trying to get in my room, Engineering comes and tells me that my keys were NEVER programmed. When I asked them to let me in the room, they refused and told me that I needed to go back to the front desk AGAIN. At this point, I wanted to check out. I asked for a manager and there was none. Room 505 door lock never worked and without using the deadbolt on the door, the door would NOT lock and stay secure when closed. The amount of times I came back to the front desk to reprogram my keys is completely unacceptable. The property rooms are run down and outdated, with broken appliances, scratched up furniture in the room but charge over $300/night...INSANE! The total amount paid from Wednesday to Saturday was NOT worth the price in staff and service received. REFUND me PLEASE.

This property is very clean, and the Staff for the most part are very kind. We stayed at this resort from Monday to Friday. They did not have any bartenders available for the swim up pool and food outside. You had to always wait 40 mins to two hours for someone to come out of the kitchen so you could do some sort of poolside order.. they give you free breakfast vouchers and I must admit that was very annoying process. When ordering breakfast. I ordered a fruit salad and my husband ordered the Chilaquiles. My kids had pancakes. It took them about 45 minutes. To an hour to bring us out our food. Everyone around us had their food. Even people that arrived. After we ordered. Got their food, First. We weren’t rude. We speak Spanish. We’re not loud or obnoxious, but I can honestly say that was very annoying. And frustrating to notice that everyone would get their food First. I also felt like we tipped very well.. the drinks from the bar had no liquor in them. I had about two piña coladas and never felt a thing. I’m not a drinker, so I usually feel things right away.. the beach activities are reasonably priced. We will definitely be coming back to puerto Peñasco. Probably try a different hotel next time.. also, sidenote, if you order their carne asada fries which taste really good. Make sure you let them know to lay off of the nacho cheese. They drenched the fries in nacho cheese.. and I mean, literally drench.

Everything went well place was nice and clean I do feel like for the price charged rooms would be a little bigger and updated they are just simple rooms. Restrooms felt a little small for me. One big thing for me was you can not have your own cooler in the pool area I get it they have to make their money but I like my own drinks and I don’t have to worry about what to choose to drink. Complementary breakfast was good they have I believe it’s 3 or 4 choices but all good and service was amazing.

Grounds and location were fabulous. Lobby and restaurant was great. Rooms were old and not especially clean. Cabinets in kitchen were filthy and not even a spoon or a napkin to be found. Could not sit on the couch as it was very broken down. Only gave you one hand towel and one wash cloth. BUT…bed was comfortable and view was out of this world. Staff were amazing and food in cafe was great. Free breakfast was so so.
Dont pay for a balcony room… the view is great but the balcony was only 1 foot deep!

•The hotel smelled clean the moment we walked into the room, which was a great first impression.
•beautiful pool and beach area, we enjoyed spending time at the pool. •The staff overall was very friendly and helpful. Most of the team made us feel welcomethough one representative, Christina, came across a bit less welcoming during our interactions.
•The place is dog-friendly, which is a major plus, and likely one of the better options around if you’re traveling with pets.

Cons & Considerations:
•We booked for 4 people and paid extra for the additional guests upon arrival ($30 each), but only found 3 towels in the room.
•There is a $15 charge for on-site parking, even though there is free parking available—but it’s down the block in an unprotected lot in a popular hidden place in Mexico, didn’t feel very safe.
•Although dog-friendly, there is no designated area for dogs to relieve themselves. The only option was walking them down to the general parking area, which didn’t feel secure or practical.
•We were charged $40 per dog, so be prepared for those extra pet fees.
•The hotel is clean but not recently updated. That worked for us with dogs
•There is a TV in the room, but the internet didn’t work at all during our stay, and there was no phone service either.
•It was also noisy for a good portion of the night, we could hear running back and forth from the room above us.

Guest parking is dirt road, long walk from the main entrance, no help from the front desk personnel, we stayed for 3 days room was serviced one time, I was charge for two rooms only got one, now I have to dispute it with my credit card bank, front desk said it was not the hotel problem.

When I asked what time the pool bar opened, she said it was closed. I asked to speak to a manager and the front desk mgr came out. I told him that’s the only reason we booked that hotel.
First words out of his mouth were”Do you want to stay somewhere else?” No sorry. No nothing. Very rude.
Had a huge fly infestation, like 75-100 when it finally opened 3 days later due to lack of cleaning the bar(sweet attracts flies).
Sprayed some chemical all over so the. Dead flies everywhere. In the ice bin…etc. they just cleaned them out. Didn’t change the ice.
