Great Price, Nice Room...

Excellent price, nice room, staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Some common areas, however, really need some upgrading: carpet on hallways are stained, giving a not-so-really nice atmosphere. But, overall is a bargain.

Room with a view

The hotel is used as a training and conference centre, so it has a very corporate feel. It’s dated and the carpets in the corridors are years beyond their replacement date. The rooms are large and reasonably well soundproofed. The balconies on one side have excellent view of the famous Montserrat sierra. Breakfast was served rather than buffet and was adequate without being worthy of other comment . The staff were all attentive to client need. All on all good value.

Disappointing service

A-C in the room didn't work. Front desk person was very rude when I asked if they could look into it, which they didn't do at any point. They didn't offer to change rooms, despite of having low occupancy.

Restaurant and bar were closed due to Covid measure s, but they were having an event with 50+ people at the same time.

Convenient to Montserrat

The hotel is in need of a facelift. Carpet needs replacing. This is a business conference center so there were loud parties well into the early morning. Located very conveniently to Montserrat. Beautiful quick drive though the hills. Staff was very friendly.

Affordable comfort outside the city

The ONLY suggestion for improvement......Spanish beer in the bar. This was a respite after a week traveling around Spain. Climbing nearby Montserrat was the highlight of our tour.

Hotel agradável, funcionários simpáticos (destacando os 2 nadadores salvadores e o senhor técnico das limpezas, peço desculpa não saber os nomes).
Local tranquilo com boa piscina e um nascer do sol incrível nos quartos com varanda. Só aconselho levar spray anti mosquitos para quem foi sensível a picadas de insetos como eu.
Com vista para o monte de Montserrat. Recomendo

El check in se realiza a partir de las 15:00 y el check out antes de las 10:00 de la mañana .
La cafetería no tiene pan , el desayuno es hasta las 10:30 (incluido domingo)
Nosotros reservamos el hotel para no madrugar el domingo y a las 10:30 un chico con cara de pocos amigos estaba pidiendo que saliéramos de la
Habitación.
Los pasillos del hotel muy estrechos,tuvimos que hacer malabarismos para poder pasar con las maletas cuando estaban los carros de limpieza.
Los lavamanos de la habitación, muy pequeños, además de tener camas con ruedas y la supletoria tirada en el suelo. .
Todas las semanas reservo 3/4 hoteles diferentes y este sin duda es horrible.
Y dicen 4 estrellas, que se lo hagan mirar.

Dopo un lungo viaggio, arrivati alle 19.30 abbiamo chiesto la possibilità di cenare presso il ristorante della struttura oppure ordinando qualcosa in stanza.
Ci hanno negato entrambe le opzioni motivando con la presenza di un gruppo di turisti.
Negare la cena ai propri clienti ci è sembrato alquanto scorretto, visto che nelle vicinanze non c’è un altro ristorante.
La colazione con cibo industriale di bassa qualità.

Nos decepcionó, la cama estaba a medio hacer, no tenía protector el colchón (antihigiénico), habían pelos en las sábanas, tuvimos que ponerle el edredón al nórdico y toda la habitación en general poca limpieza, que para colmo el suelo era de moqueta.

아주 차분하고 심신이 안정되는 숙소. 청소년 수련원이나 노인 재활원을 개조한 것 같은 느낌이 나기도 하는데, 며칠 쉬고 가도 좋겠다는 느낌이 들었음. 직원들도 매우 친절. 항상 웃는 얼굴로 맞이함. 수영장, 산책길, 운동시설 있으나 우리는 산책만 해 봤음. 또 가도 좋을 곳.

Era la segunda vez que nos hospedábamos, la primera estuvo “bien”, quisimos darle una segunda oportunidad pero nos decepcionó, la alfombra sucia, con terribles manchas, el baño sucio, la regadera dañada, solo había una sábana puesta en la cama, en fin, la peor experiencia en un hotel

Couloirs qui ressemblent à de vieilles résidences étudiantes, moquette trouée tellement usée. Chambre avec araignées, vétuste, rideau de douche jaunie.

Cet hôtel ne mérite vraiment pas ses 3 étoiles. Une moquette horriblement sale pleine de toutes sorte de tâches, visiblement ce lieu ne dispose pas d'aspirateur car le sol était plus que poussiéreux. Il est indiqué que le lieu est équipé de clim mais il n'y en avait pas dans les chambres que nous avions occupés juste de vieux ventilateurs. A éviter.

Mooi gelegen accommodatie met zwembad voor MBA studenten. Niet voor toerisme. Sobere kamer wil ook zeggen slechts 1 paar handdoeken voor 2 personen; 1 nachtlamp geen bekers om tanden te poetsen enz. Tapisplein vuil. Geen restaurants in de buurt.
Wel uitgebreid ontbijt en parking.

El check in tardo muchisimo, segun la chica debido a que estaban haciendo cambios en la plataforma, pero no fue de mucho agrado llegar cansado y tener que esperar 15 mins a que nos diera la tarjeta de acceso. La habitacion despues de la ducha olía a desagüe. Eso si, las vistas y el lugar es precioso
