Location is far away from downtown. Deceiving pictures on the site. Description says it is in Barcelona but it’s not. It is a small town called Castellbisbal. To get to downtown it will take you 20-30 minutes by walking to nearest train station and then 30-40 minutes to downtown Barcelona. Hotel is a stop point for trucks. Lots of trucks under the window 24/7 . Stuff is nice and helpful but hotel is not comfortable.

Property was very clean and staff were friendly however if you are planning to stay here and travel to Barcelona it is a 20/30 minute walk along a dirt dark path to the train station which then takes another 30mins to get to the city centre. If you're wanting a place to stay for a Barcelona trip I would recommend paying extra to stay somewhere closer. A taxi from the airport is also €70. But the hotel it’s self was very nice and a good place for a stop over.

If we had a car and we were passing through, this would have been a great spot. However, we were taking the metro to the hotel. The walk from the metro to the hotel was long, dark and hot, on a dirt road, or along the freeway. Not safe for four girls imo. Breakfast was great, and the AC did not work ( 34degrees) when we were there. The guys making the coffee, were friendly. The man who was working when we arrived was rude and impatient.

Restaurant food uncovered and flies literally sat on food. Every time room service cleaned room, they did decent job of it, but came back to an annoying fly in room that constantly tried sitting on you. Lift broke down so had to climb stairs. Reception was on cigarette break for check in and when needing entry to car park.

The hotel is fine. The food at the restaurant next to it is great. The biggest problem with this hotel is that it is located next to a highway and it is practically disconnected from the Barcelona train system. The only way to the train system is via a ~1 mile dirt road at the back of the hotel (a little too lonely and somewhat scary, specially for visitors that do not know the safety conditions of the area). The hotel could provide this inexpensive service, but does not provide a ride to this station, so you have to pay a taxi $15 Euros each way, $30 Euros every day, if you can get one. This in my opinion, greatly downgrades the hotel and makes it very uncomfortable for every day vacationing trips to the city. This could be an easy fix (a ride for 1 mile), but you're on your own when it comes to transportation at this hotel.

Only passing through

Spanish Grand Prix weekend stay. Most direct route to/from GP circuit (via AP7) involved paying road toll each way. It is impossible to get to this hotel without paying at least one toll. Not recommended, use only for one night if 'passing through'. Staff very friendly. Facilities very limited and bedroom toilet now in my top five smallest hotel bathrooms, ever!

Motorway Hotel

This hotel is very good only problem is that it is on the southbond AP7 motorway service station. If you are the opposite direction, you have to leave on the none secured car park and carry your luggage via bridge, or you can continue to the next exit No 25 (not mentioned) , pay 2.40 EUR, when pay again 2.40 EUR and go back. There is no mention the name Sercotel Hotel and it has no connection to Castelbisball. WE drived around 2 houras to find the hotel as we arrived by A2 motorway. The service station food is horrible, so You hae to drive gain, pay the motorway fee. Good eaiting is in Martorell.

The hotel was very nice. The room was
Air conditioned. Great room size and excellent staff. The man at the front desk was so nice and always helpful. They also had a little restaurant downstairs with reasonable pieced food. It is a little far from the center of Barcelona so I had to take a train to get to Barcelona but it wasn't pricey. The walk to the train station was about 15 minutes

Stayed here for a few days, staff were very pleasant and helpful. Hotel was very clean and the restaurant's were also good. The only downside was I was in a room for wheelchair access and I had to crouch down to take a shower. Overall it provided me with what I needed.

Good for a night

My husband and I wanted to stay over for just one night on the outskirts of Barcelona after a ferry crossing from Menorca. The hotel was clean and the room and the bed was larger than expected. You can get food next door and suited our purposes.

Upon arriving in Barcelona via train..no cab drivers knew where this hotel was...fortunately one very nice cabby called his dispatch and got directions...we came in by train to take a cruise the following day..this hotel was a good 30-40 min ride on the freeway and then another 35-45 ride back the next day to our ship..i wish I would have known we would have preferred to stay a little closer...the hotel itself was very clean..neat..modern and confortable..no problems there at all..the staff was very accommodating...and breakfast the next day was good...I would highly recommend this hotel if it is near where u want to be...

this hotel was VERY difficult to find. Using the GPS, it placed us across the street from the hotel and we could not find the route to get across. We had to park our vehicles across the street and lug our luggages across the bridge to get to the hotel. There has to be better directions provided to customers when using this hotel. Over all, the hotel was clean and pleasant.

Terrible hotel, impossible to find, doesn't show up on the GPS, when we called they gave us longitude and latitude coordinates. Room was ok BUT very noisy you can hear all the trafic from the highway. The room was very hot so we called reception they said the airconditioning only works in summer, not in winter, i said but its MAY its not winter anymore and its boiling, they aid then open the window, if we had the noise would have been deafening. this is a bad hotel noisy hot and not well staffed... stay away...

BEWARE GETTING THERE

HOtel and free parking is on the south side of Toll road. If you are travelling North, it takes almost 30 mins to get to next junction and come back down the other carriage way, pus extra Toll. Also beware GPS in Car may take you to the wrong side, also even if you select no tolls on GPS, it has to ignnore this as hotrel is in service area on toill road, so GPS oiverrides no tols for the WHOLE of your journey, so that can be expensive. Otherwise good hotel, I would stay again now i know this.

The hotel needs clearer address because initially it didn't appear in the GP. It should also specify in the website that in order to park you need to go in the opposite side of the highway. Also travel can be complicated if you do not have a car. With a car it is about a 30 minute ride to the center of Barcelona. The hotel itself was nicely decorated and comfortable. They also had free and fast wifi.

As Porta de Barcelona

The surprise is that this hotel is at a service area on the highway. 30 knm from the airport. With nothing around it. The entire exit is only for the service area. And constant highway road noise (despite the insulation).

Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and helpful.
But if you dont have a car, you should not stay here.

The taxi to the train station runs from 7:30 to 9 am and pm. At all other times it is a 1km walk to the train station. And part of it is on a highway ramp with no sidewalk - dangerous at night since there are no lights either. There was a 6 foot wide flood of water on one part of the path to the station which guaranteed wet socks the rest of the day.

Rooms are nice, clean, and basic. Train to Barcelona is reasonably convenient - every 20 mins - and takes 29mins to the main station. But getting out to the hotel in a taxi is ~45euros.

It's NOT in Barcelona. It's 50 km away! Was misled by it's discription that said \"suburbs\" and that place d'espanya is a nearby attraction. Had to spend the night in the airport and lost my money.

Super pour un séjour court

Chambre correct avec tout le necessaire pour la douche qui va jusqu'à la crème pour la peau et les peignes de cheveu.
Nous sommes arrivés très tôt le matin et c'est appréciable d'avoir yen réception près été 24h/24.
Chambre mal insonorisé et on entend les voiturez bruyantes passé car on est en bord d'autoroute.

Nos encantó la habitación, éramos 4 y la pedimos con 4 camas individuales, la distribución excelente. Limpieza de 10, todo impecable y ordenado, tenía aire acondicionado, también había ventanas, 1 juego de toallas por persona y mantas por si hacía falta, también utiles de aseo y secador para el cabello. Todo en buenas condiciones. Contentos con la atención y tenía parking para los huéspedes. Gracias por todo. Os recomendamos.

El alojamiento está bien si vas de paso, recomendado en limpieza, trato y amabilidad, pero para llegar al hotel desde Barcelona hay que dar una vuelta de 15km, no tiene como entrar directamente. El resto estuvo genial.

Muy buen hotel de paso.

Muy buen servicio. Tiene dos restaurantes. Tienen lo mismo pero el segundo es más grande, es pasando el puente. Es un buen hotel de paso. Muy lejos del aeropuerto y de Barcelona, por lo que es recomendable tener carro. La estación de tren más cercana está a 20 min caminando y el camino es muy solo.

Nous avons séjourné à cet hôtel deux nuits.
Premier pas dans la chambre et une odeur de cigarette insupportable nous a pris au nez impossible de la faire partir.
Beaucoup de cheveux/poils ont été retrouvé dans la salle de bain laissant constater un manque de rigueur sur le ménage.
Ensuite concernant le bruit les chambres sont mal isolées donc on entend tout ce qu’il se passe autour

Si al reservar y pagar pago un desayuno bufé, quiero un desayuno bufé. No me interesan las opciones de \"desayuno incluido\", aunque sea 1 cafe con tostada y fruta. He pagado por otra cosa. Si no existe posibilidad no lo ofrezcais, es una forma de engañar a los clientes. La cantidad de moscas que hay en todos sitios de ese hotel es abrumadora (habitación, recepción, cafetería)

Following our policy of optimizing resources and caring for the environment, we will change your towels every 3 days during your stay. If you wish, you can hire an additional towel change service for €8 vat included per change.

Reception will be open from 12h to 20h every day, out of those times clients can auto check-in themselves through a kiosk.
