The room did not have a dust bin. The chair was small and uncomfortable the bed was extremly uncomfortable, there was no cabinet and only a few hangers could not find a place to keep my underwear and shirt etc. so i had to leave them in the suitcase, the breakfast was ok, not good for the price they charged. The hotel is over priced

The staff was amazing, once I checked in the young lady welcomed me and gave me great recommendations of what to go see during my stay. She was exceptional, extremely courteous and very Friendly. The room was always spotless when I asked for it to be cleaned. Food was great, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at and I know they’d be my first choice when I go back for an other trip. I highly recommend anyone traveling to stay here many towns they can explore all around and fairly close in proximity to everything if you’d want to sight see.

They loaned me an umbrella as it suddenly started to rain. They never came out to see an issue i had with the small safe in the room. The cleaning staff didn't vacuum the room throroughly. Very clean property. Breakfast buffet was adequate.

This hotel is a great option if in the area for work for otherwise. The staff is remarkable in today's world for their care and in every occasion deserves the highest rating. This is not a holiday hotel. For sightseeing in Barcelona, you will need to take a taxi to Estatio Rambla then a 35 minute train journey. This needs to be done each day as there is nothing to do in Teressa. Pity really as the Hotel is clean, tidy, has lovely helpfull staff, is quiet and reasonably priced. Cannot fault the hotel, it is just in the wrong place

The accommodation is clean and quite pleasant. Amazing staff all through, they went out of their way to make something for me to eat despite that the kitchen was closed as I arrived late. If there was any downside, there is no coffee/tea making facility in the room.

Also, if you need to get around to explore it may be better to rent a car to this location, taxi was quite expensive, paid €91 from the airport and €74 back, if I rented a car for 2 days it will cost less.

An oasis stay for an overnight trip

Great value for cost. Property is clean an very pleasant. Parking is tight but available. Front desk said on-site parking available for 6 euros, but I didn't see any spots available. I parked on the street in front of hotel at no cost. Room was very nice; two twin beds together to make a king bed. bathroom is excellent. Breakfast room is well staffed and a great selection of continental buffet items.

Loud drilling noise

Generally the place was clean and room was comfortable. However from 8am onwards, there was continuous loud drilling just outside the room. Unfortunately for us we did not checkin until near 1am which meant our sleep was massively disturbed. The hotel staff apologised and gave us complimentary breakfast.

Hotelli sijaitsee n. 45 min päässä Barcelonan keskusta-alueelta. Tiet ruuhkautuvat helposti eli kannattaa varata aikaa siirtymiseen.
Huone oli siisti ja mukava. Ainoa pieni miinus on, että WC:n ovi narisi. Huone oli yhdistettävissä seuraavan huoneen kanssa ja äänieristys toiseen huoneeseen on olematon.
Henkilökunta oli todella mukavaa ja kielitaitoista. Kävelyetäisyyden päässä on kauppakeskus. Parkkeeraus sisällä maksaa 10EUR/yö, ulkona 6EUR/yö. Löysin hotellin edestä kadun varresta ilmaisen pysäköintiruudun.

En general la estancia ha sido muy buena, el personal amable, instalaciones modernas, habitaciones amplias y comodas.
A destacar que éramos dos personas en la habitación y solo había una silla, aconsejamos poner en la bañera algun antideslizante para evitar caidas por resbalar, también algun calefactor o calefacción en el baño porqué hacía frio. Gracias por hacer nuestra estancia agradable.
