Don’t stay here! If you care about your rest just put 40-50 more Euros and book a better place. Stayed here 2 nights didn’t had any sleep at all. Walls are like made out of paper. You hear everything, last night me & my wife were hearing people having s*x upstairs. All the conversations on the corridor , people closing their doors. As I said if you want to sleep find a better place. I woke up at 8 am both days due to the noise on corridors. Next up the cleanliness of the room. My wife found black long hair inside of the shower walls + next to the sink. Toilet bowl runs dirty even you don’t flush, stinks. Bedding was dirty, there are broken marks on the walls & furniture. So The list keeps going.

The staff were very friendly, the room was very big and breakfast was nice, however it is rather dated now, the village foesnt have much to offer at all, checkin is 4pm which is alot later than most hotels at 2pm, we arrived midday so had to kill alot of time before we could get into the room and the hotel doesnt offer lunch so it wasnt a pleasant wait.

The hotel is in a one way system and there are signs on the road saying it is striaght on when you need to turn right. The car park is if you are facing the fron of the hotel go right down that road and its your 1st left I think after you pass a square with shops. Down there on the left is a car park enter and drive all the way to the bottom. Just some useful advise as we were driving around for 10-15 mins trying to figure it out and eventually had to go into the hotel to ask where the car park was

Staff very helpful and pleasant. Room was bland but clean could've had more pillows but were provided when requested. No tea / coffee making facilities which for a 4 star I thought would be standard. The ladder into the pool was broken and wobbled when in use not safe really.

Breakfast nice selection but eggs were cold on most days. The local metro station was closed for remodelling which was not known at time of booking shuttle bus provided for free to the next main Red Line Metro.

Glory days are over

I Chose this hotel because it was closer to my place of business. However while the hotel brands itself as a 4 star I would grade it at 3max. It’s an old property and signs are showing in the rooms and corridors. There is no coffee tea maker in the room which was a big minus for me and expected of a 4star property. Breakfast was good though. The bathroom flush was also not without troubles.

If this is close to where you wanna be than ok else look elsewhere

This is an excellent corporate hotel to stay in if all you need is a clean, comfortable hotel room near public transportation. The staff is diligent and friendly, with the sole exception of the Sunday afternoon staff that refused to interrupt their snack break to check us in a few minutes early. This is not a hotel to book if you want to enjoy lounging in the lobby or the surrounding area -but it is the perfect place to stay if you plan to spend all of your time in the Old center of Barcelona.

In general the hotel was ok, however the AC was not working properly even that my family and I mentioned that we were not feeling on the AC, due the amount of people going to ask questions to the front desk we thought it was necessary more staff, we had a situation at night with the sink in our bathroom they didn’t have after hour technicians, service in general could be much better.
The lady at the cafe / restaurant was super nice she was over the expectations. I huge thanks to her.

The staff here were amazing. Absolutely nothing too much trouble at anytime of day or night. Breakfast really nice with lots of choice however, the restaurant food not the best for our limited taste but that was more a matter of what we like than what they offer. Only negatives was the area - fireworks at night for no apparent reason in neighborhood and it is 12 euros per night to use the car park under the hotel. Perfect location for F1. We hired a car, but the train is very convenient to get to the track according to other people we met.

The room was a good size and clean. The bed had wheels which moved which was strange. The bathroom was good with extras like tooth brush etc. We were given a room with disabled toilet facilities which we did not require but it was still good. There are no tea making facilities which we are used to the the UK. There was a restaurant on site which was open at certain times but we did not use it.
Travelling from Barcelona you take the R3 train to Montcada Ripollet (be careful as all trains do not stop there) which is very close to hotel. This take around 30 mins. We would not have liked to arrive when it was dark as you walked over derelict area to get there. Also surrounding the hotel was more like small industrial units, There were no cafes etc beside the hotel that we could see, maybe across the railway line there were some.

Rooftop terrace was closed for winter - not specified at booking. Onsite bar did not open until 7.30pm so nowhere to go to relax.
Coffee machine in room but no coffee - asked for some but did not get any. Lots of dirty stains on sofa.
2nd room stunk of cigarettes, house keeping did not attend so had to swap room for second night.
Very noisy with youths outside late at night & in corridors.

This review is somewhat complex to make as this was a last minute booking, I didn't stay for many days and didn't take advantage of all the facilities in the hotel but here is my general review of the things I did experience.

The staff is lovely and always ready to help, from calling taxis to suggesting delivery apps, and the reception was manned 24h a day which is always a plus.
The hotel is located just in the outskirts of Barcelona in a quiet area but it is very easy to get to Barcelona centre; there's a train station just a 3min walk away from the hotel that takes you to Barcelona centre in just 22min.

Now, an area to improve would definitely be surrounding appliances. Some appliances in our room were in need of replacement as they were quite old or simply not working; The light shade between the beds, for instance, was rusty, whilst some light bulbs needed replacement and the phone did not work.

Overall, it was good value (especially since we booked it very last minute) and the faults did not bother us too much.

My stay was great. There is only one comment, you have a gentlemen that worked the front desk and he was not friendly or helpful. Anytime I asked a question he knew nothing, asked for an ironing board, was told there was none. The other matter is that some of your bedding is stained and should not be used.

Safe and quiet property. Shopping mall nearby and public transport and taxi easily available right outside the hotel. All the staff at the front desk are wonderful and very helpful. Excellent customer service. Breakfast was amazing and had lot of variety and food options and fresh fruits and fresh baked croissants and pastries. The only thing I didn't like was the couch in the room was very old and had tear in the cushion. When you sit on the couch bum would sunk in and was very comfortable to sit on it.

My daughter and I are very pleased with our stay here. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Many of the staff were also bilingual and there was no language barrier at all. I believe the best feature of the hotel was the breakfast as there were such an array of foods and delicacies. If you ever come here, my daughter would recommend trying the pastries as she gorged herself with them almost every morning! Beside the hotel is a lovely mini shopping mall where we had bought both local and traditional food to try as well as plentiful of water. We also had a delicious meal in a restaurant there called Vienna - at a reasonable price. In that sense, location was good. Though, we didn’t realise how far out the hotel was from the City of Barcelona itself. Even so, travelling via train wasn’t hard to understand and easy to follow but the only problem we did have was the inconsistency of train times. Sometimes they’d be hourly and sometimes, if we were lucky, every half an hour. There were a number of times where we had to wait for a while in both Montcada Ripollet, the station near the hotel, and in Plaça Catalunya, the station in pretty much the centre of Barcelona. Otherwise, if we were to visit again, we would definitely have no problem in booking with this wonderful hotel! :)

Best week - fab hotel

Fab stay! We stayed for a week in this hotel and could not of changed anything. Staff were lovely and hotel was spotless and always cleaned every day. The reception staff were always really friendly and gave us train times straight away. The train station is literally just around the corner and trains run until midnight. The rooftop pool is also amazing, peaceful and beautiful views. There’s also a shopping place next door which has a market and food places. This is really useful for breakfast/ snacks. We went into main central Barcelona every day and night and it’s only a 20 minute train. Very easy process. A great hotel if you want to explore Barcelona and not pay top prices for hotels I would definitely recommend staying here. We loved it!

i got bitten for 3 nights straight. I originally thought it might have been a mosquito bite but to my horror, there was a bedbug! I went to the reception and they changed the room as soon as it was available. They also offered to do the laundry for free which we appreciated bc bedbugs are horrific. However, a lot of the clothes got damaged in the laundry. We specifically made separate bags for dry cleaning laundry and regular laundry. The 1st batch of laundry they gave us was good (they were still damp but they were ironed as well) the second batch we had to wait until 11 pm to get them and we gave them the laundry at about 11am the same day! They knew we were checking out at 4:30 am and that we had to sleep early and the laundry was not done until 11. My friends clothes were discolored and stained. We were very upset bc they were very expensive clothes and some of them were brand new that she bought from France during our trip before going to Barcelona. The hotel emailed her back saying that they took care of the clothes and that they do not understand why they were stained. Some of the clothes also shrunk. I find it very disappointing that a 4* hotel can make such a mess and that the only thing they can do is apologize. I regret to say that I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone. If anything, I will be leaving a negative comment on trip advisor. Especially bc there was a bedbug and now we risk of having it here and will need to get an exterminator for the house.

Great hotel for the Circuit de Catalunya

We stayed at his hotel as travelling to the Circuit de Catalunya for the Moto GP and it worked very well, easy to find with both on street and underground car parking (€11) - we parked on the street and our car was fine.
The hotel is situated outside of the main town a 25 min walk to the station which was enjoyable and a really easy train ride to Montmello (€5 and about 10 mins on the train )
We were upgraded to a suite which was lovely, large room with sofas and a whirlpool bath!
There is a small rooftop pool and seating area but this is the only outside space which is slightly disappointing if you want to get a drink from the bar which is in the ground floor
We didn’t eat in the hotel as it has a couple of bars and a great jamon restaurant in a small complex just next door
Very helpful and friendly staff - I would definitely stay again

Not Easy to find at night. Hotel facilities poor.

We arrived late at the hotel in the early hours of the morning and due to our flight being delayed.
There was a taxi strike and despite calling the hotel on advise how to get from Girona to Barcelona , we had great diffulty finding the hotel.
The room was comfortble and had air condition in and was clean upon arrival, but very basic.
The resturant close certain times of the day and had to walk to the local shops for a cold beverage.
We spend a day at the pool and there was no visible staff to enure that everything was fine. Had to pay extra for pool towels.
The pool was dirty and had little black bugs floating in it.
Table and chairs at the entrance were in chains and we were unable to use it.

Overall poor service and I would not recomend this hotel.

One of the best experiences I have ever had.

Very good price for a 3 night stay. Amazing huge room with a lot of comforts. Espresso machine, Jacuzzi, shower facility, huge bed, couch and lots of furniture. One of the best experiences I have ever had.
Only negative is that in the morning when coaches arrive, you can hear the sound of the engine which means it is not as soundproof as it should be. That woke me up a few times. Apart from that, it is amazing, really recommend.

Suitable for mini break.

This hotel was pleasing for a mini two night break but I would not recommend it for any longer. We used this hotel because of it's proximity to the Barcelona F1 circuit. It was easy to taxi to the circuit and to and from the airport. The room was adequate and very clean but the mini bar was empty and there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. On the first morning the breakfast room was very short staffed and the one waiter serving was clearing and relaying tables, refreshing food, seeing to customer requests, refilling hot water jugs and seemed completely over whelmed. I had to ask him where the fresh food was before he noticed that the food trays were empty. He also asked me to collect my own cutlery and a cup and saucer from other laid tables. The service was better on the second day but for a four star hotel, I expected better. The evening meal was very nice but not a great deal of choice. Check in and out was made very easy with good English speaking staff. All in all an adequate stay for a great F1 weekend.

This is a nice small hotel but very far from the city center. The hotel is far from the city center and this is problematic because if you are running late in exploring the city center, then it will cost 30 to 40 euros depending on traffick to get back. The train is located at the back of the hotel but at night the last trip is at 12 midnight from the city center. If you don't mind traveling back and forth and you need a low cost hotel then this hotel is for you. the staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is expensive considering the choices. The rooms are clean, and well appointed. The hotel is cozy looking and simple in decoration. There is a rooftop pool.

The area is not good the hotel in very narrow street no parking and when we try to check in its was big bus filling the small car park for check in so we had to park in fornt of the hotel and we asked the fromt desk guy and he said ok to park but our car was little bit close to the end of st so we get ticket from local police for 200€ and that is because somebody call police and I saw the guy who called once we stopped there he was looking at us and I am having enjury in my foot but of course i did not know he is calling about us but i saw him.
Anyway I had hard time with the hotel staff not very friendly and wierd people i will never recommend this hotel for anybody
Note: I need to say that same guy who told us wrong info about parking and gave hard time allmy stay finally he helpd me like he is doing a favor not like its his job to help his guest.

I have no idea how they got 4 stars... Very slow check in even when hotel was not busy and not so friendly lady at reception. I booked room with double bed and nice view but been allocated to twin room with two single beds and no. So nice view so I had to go back to reception and ask for another. Room big enaugh. Comfy bed. No kettle and tea/coffee tray. How is it possible in hotel with 4 stars? No nice view. Doors very thin so you can hear everything from corridor. No chance to sleep a bit longer on the morning. Big bathroom and shower but with mould on tiles and corners. Another day when I came back to hotel was no any towels in my room. Swimming pool is on the terrace. Pool is sooo small with cold water. Max 3-4 people can get in in one time and forget about swimming even if you are alone. Nice view was from terrace. Poor restaurant. They had no drinks and cocktails like in menu. Same food just few positions from menu. Just three half full bottles of alco for whole hotel and waiter didnt know what was that exactly. If you like go out and night life avoid this hotel. Probably good for business travelers with a car. Was very helpful and nice gentelman at reception when I was checking out on 22th of September. I forgot his name but well done just for him.

When we arrived we were greeted by Adrian, what a lovely polite and helpful man. He couldn't do enough for us. Told us about the train and it would take us directly to Barcelona. He also let us check in early.
On return from Barcelona there must have been a change of staff, we were told that we couldn't have any water but there was some on reception. Baring in mind we were on the 3rd floor.
There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms either. Although the room was very clean and comfy.

Decent hotel far from centre though

I requested a double bed but received a twin one which they eventually changed after I complained. Had to ask twice to get my fridge fixed. The blanket they provide is a very thin sheet with a blanket u put on top so don't expect any duvets. And for 4 star hotel you think guests would be provided free tea and coffee in their room. Helpful and kind staff though. Do note that the hotel train stop is Montcada Rippolet..not Montcada i Reixac. You are pretty much 25 minutes away from any decent attractions so be sure to buy a railcard for your duration.

Superb hotel if you are planning going to the moto gp, 15 mins walk to train station 3 stops to montmello .nice local bars tapas 30 mins by train local line outside hotel for Barcelona and very cheap. I bought a 10 trip ticket for just under 10 euros

Hotel was nice. ,Close to train station but trains are not often on time. Detox waters at the front where amazing. Pool was great. Used the gym everyday. Small but has what you need.

Great value for money, Would recommend

Stayed for 5 nights mid May. Staff very helpful and polite, Rooms cleaned satisfactory, Breakfast good choice. Area not the prettiest but can't complain for the money. Enough bars and shops in walking distance.

So much potential

This hotel is rated four stars. So my expectation was expecting four-star services. The staff members/concierge were very helpful However the kitchen staff were very sloppy and inattentive. In order to get breakfast or dinner if felt more like a hassle even though you are paying for the services. Now we get to the part of the room decent size crappy TV and the bed was like sleeping on a mattress full of rocks. This hotel deserves a mediocre score of 2 1/2.

Very handy for rail station and local shops.\n

Trains run on R3 line if you purchase a T10 ticket each journey is just 1 Euro. This includes the train from terminal 2 change at Sants.

Hotel shower was brilliant and staff very helpful

Thee hotel is new

Is very quiet and peaceful. Since you park your rental car on the street you are exposed to everything, don't leave anything inside, somebody took my carry on from the car ( just books inside) .

Nice hotel, 5 minute walk to the station.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. A few restaurants within walking distance.
