Excellent location, near the waterfront, main sites and attractions. The staff were superior and helpful.

Room was spacious, excellent hot water and shower pressure, comfortable bed, heat/ac.

The hotel is located in a popular area of the city, the streets are busy with plenty of people, shops, restaurants and bars.

There major metro and bus stops close by.

My husband and I loved the convenience of its location. 1.5 blocks to the port. Where you can go for a morning walk, exercise, most restaurants, cafe's are all around. It's on the main shopping street. Easy to catch a taxi or walk anywhere you'd like. This place is very clean, and quiet and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

The hotel and their staff are wonderful. The hotel is clean and modern and the room was HUGE with a wonderful view including water. Staff were lovely at the front desk and exceptionally efficient as well. The entire hotel smells amazing, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and it’s very cutesy.

There are a few reasons it could be a 4 star. The beds aren’t that comfy, we needed to arrange AC w the front desk (but they did it remotely!), and the staff at the attached restaurant are absolutely hit and miss w service/friendliness

Then there is the parking. This we had to do on our own. There is a private parking lot a 2 min walk from the hotel, and your car is locked up from 5pm-11 am the next day. 15 euros for an overnight. We were over the moon bc this hotel is in a zone where parking is .. stressful.

We love this spot. Cute, clean, comfy, fun, friendly… we would go back any day.

A unique property in one of the most iconic neighborhoods of Thessaloniki. Easily walkable to everything downtown. The elevator and the stairs are “antique”, but one would say that this adds to the charm of an old restored building. The rooms are fully renovated and exceptional. I would definitely stay again!

It's an old building so there were issues: one day when the elevator did not work and on our last night the air conditioner on our room ( the temperature was on the 90\"F all week ) did not work so we were moved to another room. Great service despite all the issues we encountered. The hotel is in the middle of city center, walkable to everything which we love so much. Good restaurant around the area. Thank you.

The hotel itself is very unique and has a certain charming quirkiness to it. The staff is very nice and friendly. The reason I’m only giving it 4 stars is because the mattresses were very stiff and uncomfortable. The other thing to note, we had a street view on a Friday night, so it was rather noisy late into the night, but that wasn’t unexpected and they nicely provided foam ear plugs for this.

Fantastic location and very comfortable. So close to the waterfront and Aristotelous Square, for connections to the airport and Chalkidiki. Many restaurants and shops also nearby. Big beds and comfy rooms. The only thing the room didn’t have was an iron which would have been helpful but wasn’t necessary.

We should have spent longer in Thessaloniki and when we come back to experience more, we will stay at Colors Urban Hotel! We really liked the fun and playful vibe and ambiance at this hotel. The location is within walking distance of the bayfront, historical landmarks, Byzantine museum and a variety of great restaurants. Getting to outlying areas is also easy from there using public transit and taxi services. The accommodations are clean, comfortable and safe.

We live in a small town and this was our first experience in an urban environment outside of our country. The front desk staff was so friendly and extremely helpful with advice for navigating the public transit and taxi services, so we could easily access places we wanted to go. The room service staff was probably the most polite that I have ever talked to. The servers downstairs at the Garden Bar were delightful and the food/drinks were so good that we sometimes had a hard time deciding if we should go any further to eat or have a glass of wine.

For checkout, the front desk staff arranged a taxi to the airport for us. When the time came, the car was right around the corner and came to the front of the hotel to pick us up when we came out the front doors.

Location is great for shopping and walking, but terrible for driving. Traffic was so tied up that the last few miles took 30 minutes.

It is VERY loud no matter what floor you're on. Cars honking all night and by early morning police are on each corner with whistles. The windows hold back none of the noise and as such the hotel supplies earplugs to each room.

Rooms themselves are very nice, spacious and recently remodeled. Great water pressure in the shower and really nice mattresses and bedding for the price.

They only give you a single key, which must be inserted to enable electricity for the room.....this is VERY annoying. Also not handicap friendly as there are stairs present to get to the elevator.

Overall great bang for the buck with large newer rooms, just be prepared to use earplugs if you're sleeping in!

Wow! Great location. There are parking areas in the street. The staff were very kind, gave us a free bottle of wine and drinks. The room was extremely clean and the view WOW. The restaurant in the hotel also very tasty and kind service.
The only thing to improve is the hot water in the shower. In the rush hours it's an issue.

The hotel is located just one block from Ladadika with its restaurants and other fun places, 2 blocks from the Port. Every attraction and a place of interest in the city center is within a walking distance.
The staff is excellent. Very helpful.
Be aware that rooms facing Tzinitski str - are quit noisy. If you want quiet - ask for rooms facing the back. You'll be above a sweet alley without any car.
Every room is decorated differently, the restaurant is great - either the buffet breakfast or the a-la-cart.
We highly recommend this hotel

We stayed in a family room with double bunk beds and a sofa bed, which is good fun for a group of 5.
Evening main road traffic is a little loud, but there are earplugs provided by the hotel :)
Managed to sleep without them (helps if you walk the whole day around town)

The hotel is very central and very good decoration. The room who chose was in front of the main street so it was a bit noisy during the early hours, and there is no fresh air when you open the windows.
The staff were very helpful. The television was not working and we asked assistance. They mentioned that someone is going to look into it the next day as it was late but 2 female members of staff, entered the room although my friend had put the sign 'do not disturb' they entered while he was sleeping and he was a bit confused as they were speaking in Greek. But overall good experience!

The position of the property was ideal - just a 5 minute walk from the sea front and about 10 minutes from Aristotelous Square (depending on your speed!) Close to the markets and Ladadika where there are loads of restaurants and bars.

Needed a base for a short city break to to take in a European football tie with my 18 year old son, hotel was perfectly located not far from the cities nightlife, waterfront and sightseeing. Breakfast was great and the outdoor space was superb in the morning sunshine under the orange trees.

The hotel is well situated for shopping and dining. The best restaurant turned out to be the cheapest and the worst restaurant turned out to be the most expensive. The AC kept turning off and certain things were inconvenient: lighting, mirror, & outlet placement made it difficult to get ready (do hair and makeup). The bathroom was not well ventilated so it left the room too damp to get ready in. The sinks were shallow and square so water went everywhere. Some staff weren’t friendly- especially the man on night shift. Seemed put out if you asked him a reasonable question. For some reason all the towels smelled like cooked lamb. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Serious hygiene problem

There were so many problems during our stay. The room was not clean as expected, our balcony was full of dove’s residuals, raising serious hygiene concerns. The elevator did not work two times during our stay and some stuff were indifferent.
