The only thing I wish to let you know is that if you're staying for six days getting towels for €30 is expensive and I wish they would let you know that. There was plenty of room for our family and a lot of amenities. The only downside was that our apartment faced the back of a neighborhood, and the view was less than desirable, as the building faced people’s balconies. We saw laundry hanging from balconies, and the view was not appealing at all. I felt like I was in a fish bowl.

This is a very nice place to stay in Barcelona. Quite near Sagrada Familia for multiple opportunities to see it (just get there early for Easter service if you want to get in). The apartment is very functional and clean. The neighborhood has bakeries, restaurants and a grocery across the street. Easy metro access too. Check in is easy with person or with machine. Overall very pleasant.

We stayed only one night and had a credit for booking so he a significantly discounted price. It was luxurious to have so much space. Two good bedrooms with great storage options in each. Two bathrooms so quick to get showered and on to the next thing. The air conditioning was glorious to come home to after a day of sightseeing in the humidity. Loved the shutters on windows so it was really dark for sleeping. The beds were super comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I can’t even think of anything to improve upon.

Couldn’t sleep as we could hear the other guests shower, blow their nose, … until 2 am. Traveling from North America, we needed to get some sleep, but unfortunately, this wasn’t the right place for a good nights sleep.

Check in process was a disaster. Arrived at 9am and though I knew the check in wasn’t until 3pm, the guy at the front desk was very rude and unaccomodating. Asked if they could possibly clean a 2 bedroom at the 11am check out for previous guests and he said “maybe”. Ended up going out and coming back to wait until 3pm. At that time and not a second before, he grabbed the keys off the desk and handed them to me (letting me know he could have easily granted access before). Stayed at midtown apartments before our cruise and am so disappointed we couldn’t stay after as they were sold out. Ended up choosing this place and it didn’t compare. Asked for an extra towel on day 2 and the same guy responded “we’re not a hotel, wash a towel”. Will NEVER stay in one of these properties again.

Great apartment for the family during our stay that slept five of us comfortably. Convenient location next to some sights and good metro/bus access. Electronic shades were effective in blocking out light and sound. Would stay here again with another visit to Barcelona.

I like the fact that the property was close to la sagrada familia and the train station, also the guy working the counter was really nice and helpful. What I didn’t like was the fact that they close the lobby at 5pm and didn’t open till 9am. For a party of 4 they only gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper with no replacement. I actually had to buy extra and wait till the next day 9am to call them since at that time we were already gone doing tours. Also no garbage bag so we couldn’t even take the trash out, I had to buy some as well. I think they need to work on their supplies since I paid a lot of money for our stay.

The overall condition and location were great. Main issue was with parking since there wasn’t even an option to stop on the street to unload the luggage before finding parking. It is very close to the Sagrada Família church and lots of little restaurants to eat. I would love to have had paper towel in the room.

Decent 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Fairly new but it's good know it's basically a vacation rental not a hotel. A few of the items in the building and apartment were working and they were slow to fix some of them. I called the day before we checked in as the instructions tell you and they only have reception from 9-5. No problem, they said there's a self-service check-in kiosk. It was broken when we got there so we called using the \"emergency\" phone and got the code to get a key. the self-service kiosk was broken 5 of the 6 days we were there (there was a sign on it during the week). The toilet was running, which they fixed the following day. the cooktop did not work and they kept saying someone would fix it but never did before we left. That was a pretty big problem since we expected having an apartment would allow us to do some cooking. You see a theme here, things broken and not fixing quickly. Nice place, I just wouldn't stay there again.

Unfortunately, we had bedbugs in our unit. My wife got bitten several times. As well, the washer/dryer didn’t work properly. Sometimes it would appear that the wash cycle was run, but we would discover that the clothing was not even wet. Also, the dryer cycle left the clothing still damp, even after 3hrs of drying.

This apartment is in incredible location. It is very clean and modern. It had all the essentials for our stay. I really recommend it for those who want to be walking distance to shopping, eating and all the get to locations.
