The flat is great. It's new, very easy getting in and out. Very secure. Perfect location.

The staff is super helpful.

You must stop somewhere and get lots of drinking water, the water out of the tap is not good....no beuno. Do NOT drink the water.

I'd be happy to stay here again and happy to stay with the team from Enjoybcn Gaudi

The apt is 1 min from Sagradia Familia and the metro. The apt is basic. The photos make it look bigger than it is. We rented a 2-bedroom apt. However the living room had only a small coach that fit 2 comfortably or 3 very tight, as a result not all of us could seat and enjoy an evening together.

You cannot be at a better location than this place when traveling with small kids. Right on the steps of Sagrada familia and the famous street with good restaurants, bars, supermarket. Train station is a 1 min walk. Highly recommend.

Regarding the service, we were amazed to see the staff’s attention to small things like birthday cup cake, champagne and a card. Loved prompt responses on anything we wanted to know.

This property was great. The area is noisy because it's right around restaurants and shops, but I liked that because I wanted a walkable area. The only thing I had trouble with was opening the front door. It was hard to turn to unlock. But the people at Enjoybcn were so nice a gracious and helped me without one complaint. I would stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at EnjoyBCN Gaudi! The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing visit. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Communication with the staff was incredibly smooth — they were always quick to respond, attentive to every request, and genuinely invested in making sure our stay was perfect. From check-in support to local tips, they made everything effortless.

The rooftop is a total highlight — the pool and panoramic views of the Sagrada Família are simply unforgettable.

The location is unbeatable. You’re right beside the Sagrada Família and within walking distance of great restaurants, bakeries, and transit that makes exploring Barcelona incredibly easy.

Everything about this property made our trip more special. Highly recommended — we would gladly stay here again!

We had a 2 night stay before our cruise and this location was absolutely terrific in everyway. With the language challenges, we could also ask Taxi to take us to \"Sagrada Familia\" knowing we are one block off. Knowing there's a taxi stand nearby helps with planning. Despite being one block from one of the biggest tourist attraction in Barcelona, our block felt very cozy and got more a local vibe. Plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. We ate right outside at one of the restaurants and it was fantastic. The check in was a little challenging as you don't get the code until 3pm on Whatsapp. Once checked in, we loved the apartment with separate room for our kids. Balcony view of Sagrada is breathtaking. The elevator is small and slow but we were only on the 2nd floor. We checked out the pool but were too busy to really enjoy it. The apartment is clean and love the separation of the toilet and shower with 2 sinks. You could hear some noise outside late at night but nothing too crazy in a city. The staff at the office were very helpful before, during, and even after our stay. The physical office is not close but they are very good at getting back to us with help and recommendation. If we ever go back to Barcelona, we will definitely stay there because of the location, room type, and the feel of luxury. Thank you to everyone at BCN

The apartment is beautiful, there’s a small pool at the roof rooftop but it’s not heated and very cold. But the location is perfect right in front of the sagrada Familia and there’s so many dining options right in front of it. Taxis were really easy to get just owe two minute walk down to the street. I’m 100% staying here again when I visit Barcelona, and management were very communicative through WhatsApp.

Fabulous location near Sagrada Familia, the metro, many restaurants and cafes! Great rooftop! Laundry room with American size washer and dryer! Working elevator to help move luggage over 7 floors! Clean room with comfy bed and walk-in shower. Friendly staff!

These apartments are situated in a great location and easy walking distance to main attractions.

They are very well kept with everything you would need. There is a small supermarket just a few yards away.

The roof top pool is very small but ideal for what guy need. The view is incredible.

Would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

Absolutely great location and fantastic view from the terrace of the church of Sagrada Familiar. Modern, air conditioned, clean apartment. Everything that you would require for staying in a self catering apartment was provided, though you have lots of restaurants within minutes of the apartments so need to cook. It was surprisingly quiet in the apartment when the doors to the terrace were closed considering the location.
The staff did respond to questions I asked via WhatsApp in the lead up to arriving in Barcelona and offered useful tips and advice.
There was a problem on gaining access to the room bwcause the directions on opening the door were incorrect but we did gain access after asking another resident for help, who also had the same issue when they arrived. Also, it would have been helpful if it was made clearer at booking that the key codes required to access the apartment building and door key would only be provided, via message, frrom the 3pm check in time.

Apartments are good size and have everything you need. Pool is small but still a good size just to cool down at the end of the day. Plenty of seating on the roof to enjoy view and chill on an evening. I would not hesitate to book this property again.

Busy area but great location if you’re looking to go to the Sangrada. Other people were having issues also with accessing the room with the keys. We also had to wait 30 minutes for cleaning staff even though we confirmed arrival time. Relatively expensive compared to other places we stayed in Barcelona but overall fairly good experience for our family of 5.

Clean and Beautiful Hotel

Excellent location if you are visiting the Basílica. You can have view everyday you stay.
It is one of the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed, the cleaning ladies did a outstanding job.
The only thing have to complain will be the check-in/out communication, which is through WhatsApp and locked boxes.
However, the key was missing when I opened the box. I call the CS with the number I have on the lockbox and WhatsApp, I was told I have called the right number and she gave me the number I have just called. I was lucky that the cleaning lady helped to solve it.
One last thing, the hotel doesn't provide luggage storage after check out, you will have to take a 15mins taxi to their offer for their luggage service. The staffs are nice in office, but that's something you need to be aware.

It was in a great location. They had too many bugs inside the apartment. For the 5 of us staying 4 nights, they only provided 3 small rolls of toilet paper which was inconvenient. The floors were dirty.

Positives-This property is steps from Sagrada Família. We had a view from our balcony of it. The rooftop pool is amazing. We stayed in a clean and spacious 2 bedroom apartment.

Note-there is not a person or desk to check in. The office is at a different location. You can store your bags there, but then have to figure out how to get them there and back. The location is not marked but if you know the address you can find it. Just don’t expect a sign to find it. Also note that the laundry is shared with the building and staff. So doing at night is better than the morning.

Myself and two kids loved this property. It was a great location and the accommodations were perfect. The pool on roof top was lovely after a long day in the sun. Also having a washer and dryer was a bonus. Communication was great too with clear instructions how to get into building and apartment. We stayed in a two bedroom with a balcony with awesome view of Sagrada Familia. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

This apartment was fabulous. Great location opposite the Sagarda Família where there were great views from the rooftop pool when cooling off. Very walkable to lots of the places in Barcelona.
Apartment was really clean, well equipped, air conditioned and there was also a communal washing machine for use.
Team that manages the apartment were really responsive and communicative for any needs.

We personally would not utilize these apartments again. While the apartment itself was clean and roomy, we did not realize that there was a cost associated with every single amenity/service. Your website should specify that there’s an extra cost for these services.

I don’t think these apartments should be listed on Hotels.com as it doesn’t offer hotel amenities. There are people who use the laundry services who are not staying there making it difficult to utilize one of the few free services. I reported this to the representatives without any comment.

We also reported fruit flies in apartment and were told it was normal which we understand but not indoors.

Perhaps not our cup of tea but we will not be back. I think being more transparent would be something you could improve.

The property was excellent. Well maintained, very clean. Balcony view was amazing!!! The location was perfect for us. Few minutes walk to Sagrada. Few minutes walk to Metro station. Restaurants were just steps away although we opted to eat 2 blocks away. Highly recommended this property. One request is to have another set of washer and dryer since a lot of tenants were using it all at the same time. Nevertheless, the property is 10/10

Convenient location to walk to most major attractions. We were able to walk to Guell Park with our teens in 30min and take in the residential life. The area feels safe and lots of dining options. The view of Sagrada Familia from the balcony and the rooftop terrance is amazing.

Tip: Good amount of food in their breakfast option (salami sandwich, croissant, donut, apple/pear, yogurt, milk and orange juice); however, the selection remains the same every day so if you are staying more than 3-4 days, getting your own breakfast from the neighborhood might be better and more interesting.

While the apartment is very compact, it has all that you need. It can get a little noisy at night because it is close to tourist area but that is also a benefit because it was easy to get around and right next to the metro. We enjoyed staying at this property and can reccomend it.

Great location and view of La Sagrada Familia! Literally 100m from it! Plenty of restaurants and shops in the area, even for groceries. Near Metro stop if taking public transportation. Nice to have a full kitchen and dishwasher. Laundry on site also a plus for a quick load. Can walk to Park Güell and Casa Batllo. Elevator is small so can be tight for more than 3 person or big luggage. Unfortunately walls are not too soundproof and some guests were very noisy at 3 am.

Property was ideal for our circumstances and criteria. A stones throw away from sagrada familia, accommodation with 2 bedrooms, 1 for parents and 1 for teens.
We didn’t use it for self catering but the accommodation was well stocked with equipment. We did use the coffee machine which was well needed each morning.
Great location for exploring the ‘Gaudi’ elements of Barcelona. Roof top terrace was also great for a relaxing drink with a view. We didn’t use the pool as we didn’t find time and it was too cold.
Only real complaints would be that the pillows were too soft (this is personal preference though) and the shower drain was always smelly (this seems typical of Spanish plumbing though from experience).
All in all it was a good stay

The view of the Sagrada Família from the rooftop terrace pool was spectacular.

Communication from EnjoyBCN was superb - the function to communicate with friendly staff via WhatsApp was helpful, easy and immediate.

I traveled with my baby and thet provided a baby cot a high chair and baby Cutlery this was a really nice touch.
Toilet is small felt like i was in a plane and batroom gets misty and damp. There was a glitch on check inn as the link was freezing my phone but it was rectified.

We chose this place for the location which is amazing and for the good reviews and the washer/dryer. Just know that there is not any kind of attendant or person in this location ever. They are stationed in some other building. WhatsAp is a nice tool to use with them but has its limits. The dryer doesn't always work and there is no manual or way to get immediate help or clothespins for the line. The elevator always worked. The people online were very nice and respectful even if they couldn't help.

Great location, needs some home comforts

Very clean apartment, easy to get into with the key box as we arrived quite late at night. It's very clean with nice touches in the welcome pack. Really close to the Sagrada Familia and the metro so that was all great.
The lighting in the apartment is really harsh which made it difficult to relax at night. The sofa is also very hard and not very comfortable, The bedside lights also had eye wateringly bright bulbs with no shades. The TV wouldn't work after about 8.30; it seemed the WIFI couldn't cope. This would be a great apartment if you are out in the evenings but if you have kids and can't do this then it's a not very relaxing.

Apartment was wonderful, a good space for our family, clean and well kempt. We had a two bedroom apartment for 2 adults and 2 children. There was a sofa bed in the lounge which would have allowed an extra 2 people to stay. I expect the apartment would feel cramped with 6 people. The location was excellent - a short walk to Sagrada Familia, the metro station, restaurants, cafes, small supermarkets. We booked continental breakfast which was delivered to our apartment every afternoon for the following morning. The staff were really helpful and easy to contact via business WhatsApp. Ability to leave luggage at their central offices if you have an early or late transport from Barcelona. A small rooftop pool at the apartment block - which has a beautiful view over Sagrada Familia. Pool would be great in the summer but a bit cold in October!

Very clean apartment. 3 min walk to Sagrada Familia and metro station. Their staff, customer service are very responsive and friendly. Unfortunately we stayed at second floor of the apartment building, every night we would hear the steps of people staying above, walking like dinosaurs! that makes it really inconvenient for us to sleep. Also below the apartment are restaurants that close late, so you would hear all the noise of people talking loud!
