Apartment was large, spacious and had everything you need. Large patio area but due to the weather we didn’t get an opportunity to use it. Would be fab in the summer months! Staff were very helpful. Quiet location just off main road with supermarket & restaurants nearby, within walking distance.

Clean room. The kitchen had all the utensils needed. We could also use the laundry machine inside the room. The view from our room wasn't the best, but it had a balcony. Make sure to close the automatic curtains at night. We enjoy staying here. We will return.

There is some noise since you are in a neighborhood so bring ear plugs (we heard sirens and barking dogs each night and morning). Also, there are no blinds/curtains really so definitely bring an eye mask. The sofa bed was actually super comfortable.

Apt has everything - beds are comfy, great decor. Did not give 4 stars because of lack of amenities. It was perfect for our purpose - but if you'd like a bar/pool, etc., this may not be the place.

Great place to stay. Apartment is modern with kitchen, air conditioning, washer/dryer combo, and comfortable beds. Sagrada Familia is a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Nice coffee shop and pastries around the corner. Only complaint is not enough toilet paper, no paper towels and trash can in bathrooms is small. Not a big deal since we just bought what we needed. And you must take out the trash and recycle items when you check out.

When we checked-in the appartment had a strong fish smell. We had to clean the fridge twice to remove the smell. Came down to reception but there was no one. Reception is open on and off during opening hours. The balcony door from the main room couldn’t close completely so noise from the street can be heard clearly. Sofa bed is very old with no support whatsoever. The appartment was clean (except the odor) and in a very good location.

The location was a 10 minute walk to Sagrada Familia. It was really comfortable for me and three of my friends. Check in and check out was convenient but there was a drying rack in the room we stayed in and I was expecting the washing machine to also work as a dryer. The instructions for the use of the washing machine was incorrect but besides that I was really happy with our stay.

Great space, great location, great staff. Minimalist furnishings and amenities but it works. Very roomy especially after coming off a cruise ship. This is the place to be if you want to mingle and see how the locals live. The staff were great and checked to make sure we were okay and the accommodations were good. One of the two-room suites we got even had an outdoor patio area where we could eat. Very convenient and would definitely stay here again. Just FYI to all the Americans

But won't take long to dry, we hanged the clothes on the clothes rack over night that will completed to dry. It was comfortable and clean. Close to everything. We highly recommend it.

The apartment is very nice. The only inconvenient was that in the original message from Hotel.com the information for office hours was wrong, its from 9-6 and they inform us 9-7:30, but we calla them and everything was fine. I really recommended for family and two couples.

Really lovely staff and great aparthotel. The rooms were clean and modern, I had a lovely balcony, and the facilities were great. It is centrally located between Passeig de Gràcia and Sagrada Familia which was convenient for my work. It was very quiet and the little drop in area with free snacks, condiments, laundry detergent, etc was very helpful.

They have limited hours from the reception so if you arrive after 6pm it might be little confusing to get in the building. Area is very central and close to most attractions. I wouldn’t recommend getting breakfast from them. Breakfast was very disappointing with prepackaged food. Bathroom tiles and the floor can use more cleaning. There was mold in the bathroom shower and pieces of hairs all over the floor. Also they do not provide housekeeping if you are staying less than 4 nights but could be requested for a price.

We stayed for two nights in the first floor apartment. The place was very modern, new and clean. Our apartment had a bad moldy smell to it which made it difficult to hang out in the living room. The front desk staff was limited but that is the tradeoff in renting apartments which can be frustrating for some.

Our family of 5 (3 adults, 2 kids) stayed at the BCN Suites and loved it. It was clean and efficiently laid out. We had a two bedroom, two bath unit with a sofabed in the living room. To have the dining area and kitchen with washer/dryer was very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location by Sagrada Familia church was fine - convenient to the Metro and on a quiet side street. There aren't the abundance of restaurant options right nearby that one would find in a more touristy area but we found several nice options for dine-in or take-out.

Our apartment was ideal!! The area is quiet, yet only a 5 minute walk from La Sagrada Familia where you can pick up the hop on hop off bus and have access to all the sights. The apartment is well equipped and having two very large balconies was wonderful - we were able to sit where the sun was! We felt very secure, on the top floor but also with full shutters on every door. We stayed 6 nights and would definitely go back again. The wonderful and very friendly reception staff are to be congratulated for their warmth and attention to detail!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel, it was very nice and centrally located so we had easy access to the subway and the bus tour lines. I plan on visiting Barcelona again next year and hopefully will stay here.

The apartment was great. Its located on an isolated street which has almost no cars. However the apartment seems to be noise proof. I stayed on a 4 person apartment which had two very comfortable rooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen was very complete, but our oven never worked. They couldn't fix it on time so they finally offer us to change our room. The apartment also has a very convenient washing and drying machine. So I would totally recommend this place. The staff is nice and the location is almost perfect with sagrada familia some blocks away and subway station very close to the apartment.

The Erik Vokel suites are tucked away in an alley between La Sagrada familia and Passeig de Gracia. The rooms are fine and have all the basic apartment-lite amenities. They are nice and quiet.
Our own room was very dark, however, so that no matter what time of day or the weather outside, it felt a bit gray. The staff is nice and friendly, although the desk is not staffed outside of business hours.

This review should not reflect on the amazing staff working there. Yavier and Angela were the some of the best front desk staff we have ever come across in our travels. The hotel looked exactly like the pictures, modern and clean. The issue we has was trying to sleep. Many noises could be heard through the night waking us up. It was not like people were partying and screaming, but the apartment doors, chairs scraping on the floor and cupboards and dishes could be heard. This was not built like a hotel room or resort that we are used to in North America. Simple things like door closer's and felt on the chairs would go a long way.
