Nicely renovated, very clean, had all the kitchen items one needs. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked really well and was quiet. Highly recommended the property and company as everything was just as posted online.

Do not stay in the apartment

Two female receptionist were rude I was told to ‘HUSH’ when we got there. We were not told there was a code to get into the apartment block so had to ask a German family what it is. There were hundreds of ants in the kitchen area which was disgusting, on the way to check out the female accused us of braking the key ring and we are told to leave one key in the Apartment and brig one back and this new receptionist said we needed to walk back to the apartment and leave that key back in there.
Would not stay in the Apartment if it was free, the two ladies were disgusting rude but not only to me and my partner but there was a family of four who came in before us to check in and she was awful to them too.

A fair place but away from most touristy areas

While a few short blocks from Sagrada Familia, it was located on a busy street. Fortunately, they had AC and a decent kitchen. We had numerous small maintenance problems which were mostly addressed by their staff. No on-site reception was a detractor. One night, some drunk and rowdy people kept trying to get into our room, pounding on door, ringing bell and yelling. This could have been addressed by on-site staff - if they had any.

Uncomfortable bed and not enough toilet paper

We stayed here for 3 nights. The best part of the apartment is the terrace. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible. We were left two rolls of toilet paper for our 3 night stay. When we ran out we tried to find staff to give us more but there was no staff on site. We had to purchase our own toilet paper which I thought was unfair. In addition, there was no shower soap or shampoo supplied. Be prepared to supply your own toilet paper, soap and shampoo.

The location was just okay. It's a little out of the way. Next time I would stay in the Gothic area.

Lots of space and clean

Our visit started out badly. I didn't see the email that the hotel sent that I had to pay a touristic tax before they would give me the code to get in the building. I had contacted them thru the Expedia website but they didn't respond. I had told them we were going to check in late due to our travel plans. When we arrived at 10 pm there was no way we could get in to the building. Fortunately, we met a couple from Florida that was also staying at the building. They let us in the building and helped us find somebody w/a cell phone to call the office. The whole thing took longer than an hour and at that late hour was very tiring.

Clean, modern apartment close to Sagrada Familia

Lovely modern apartment, however we had to go to the office first which is a 10 min walk away to get the code to our apartment (could have been emailed?) which was annoying. We chose this hotel due to other reviews about location, but whilst this was close to Sagrada Familia and the Arc de Triomph, it was far from the main area of La Rambla - about a 30 min walk. Generally the apartment had good amenities and included towels, hair dryer, washing up liquid, free filter coffee and most kitchen things, but there were no bowls! There is a Lidl 5 mins away which is very convenient.

Nice and spacious but far from the action

Terrible check in process. They actually need you to go to a different address first to do the paperwork and then allow you to go to the actual location. They also don't tell you this until the very last minute. If you can deal with this hassle, the actual rooms are really nice and spacious. Hot water is a problem. Not enough for more than two people to shower extremely quickly in the morning. Also, check out is very early, 10am and someone will start knocking at your door at 959am.

Fanatastic apartment in a great location.

Wifi works well, fresh towels, clean apartment, beds were comfortable, fantastic kitchen with fridge, freezer and cooker. Kettle and a filter coffee machine with filter coffee. Nice tv in lounge area. We had the 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. Hot water was good. All in all a lovely apartment. Don't use the car park easy sleep suggest as it is far away. There is a car park near the eixample apartment at similar price. Really no need for a car unless you plan on travelling out of Barcelona to do sight seeing which we did.

Great choice

We had a great stay here. The studio is quite spacious for two with a terrific terrace which provides a view of Sagrada Familia. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything we need. The only con might be a little problem with the vent of the air-con. We have to insert some paper in order to keep the vent open. Anyway it is a great choice to explore Barcelona.

Good stay - recommended

We liked the hotel. I would recommend them to turn on the heater and close all windows in winter before people check in, since we only got into the apartment late and it was super cold the entire first night. The lift was good enough for 1 small stroller, which was enough for us, but can be a problem for people in wheelchairs. Very easy to walk to places and get into the subway. Not too far from the main office - about 10 mins walking.

the hotel was nice in a way that it gave a lot of space, ability to cook simple things and do your own laundry and stuff. what bad about it was that the office is 10 min walk and no one at the actual premises. you have to call office so they come open the door for you. so we arrived in am and the kids were tired from zone change and a flight, and we had to walk with luggage to drop it off and wait around till 2 pm until it was ready and walk back. so if your flight is early do not expect it easy- need to pay roaming and wait and such. and throw away your own garbage to street containers. I also did not see any parking space nearby- so if rented a car you are stuck.

Decent hotel close to Sagrada Famiglia.

The striking feature of the experience was the incredibly strong, persistent, smell of tobacco smoke imbibed in the fabric of the furniture and in the walls. The property was never advertised as 'for smokers' so it was a shock to the system.
For English speaking visitors be aware that there is no English speaking TV channel on the cable TV (the notable exception is Al Jazeera...).
Wireless signal is only available in patches in a few rooms.
Hot water takes a very long time to arrive so plan no hasty showers. Take your time.
Be aware that the hotel has no luggage storage facilities on site so one has to have contingency plans for the check-out day at 10:00 am.
I am struggling to find positives apart from the space available and the decently equipped kitchenette.

Very bad service in barcelona

At the beginning it aparently was fine but the second day there was no water in the morning and i had a meeting. It was 7 am in the morning and i called the lady in charge by phone because there was no other way to contact her. She said that she could not do anything and that she was is bed and at 9 am she would call the municipality. there was no handy man or something similar so i had to go out just without shower or similar. I had to use the fountain in the street. Later they sent me an sms and email saying that the fault was the municipality and sorry. I claimed a refund or compensation but they only offered a 10% of discount if and only if i stayed again with them!. I talked to them saying that i considered ridiculous this proposal and that i would make this review. they said they didn't care i could do whatever...They want to use the apartments for making good money but they are not willing to give the proper service.

Beautiful Apartment

The apartment was comfortable and met all our needs. However, the walls are thin in the building, and at night we could hear the people above us walking. We liked the grocery and fruit and vegetable market on our street. The nearest Metro stop was a little further than we anticipated, but we got a lot of exercise.

Great apartment / hard to get checked in

We loved our stay. 5 people fit nicely in the space (after requested extra chair). Nice to have two bathrooms and plenty of (instant) hot water; just wish the shower half-door did a better job of keeping water in. Kitchen was useful enough with dishes, utensils to prep breakfast every day. Small grocery right next door, and other resources like bakeries, shopping and cafes nearby. Very walkable area! We were able to get around almost exclusively on foot for several fun-filled days of sightseeing.

Our biggest issue was check-in. Hotel asked if we wanted private pickup from airport, which we declined because cost was more than double taxi cost. But when we were dropped in front by taxi, there was no way to get in! Just a phone number to call for assistance, posted on the door. Of course, arriving with only US phones, this was not helpful.

We went to a nearby cafe and borrowed phone to call, but the person who answered didn't speak enough English to help, and then hung up on us. Finally, I found wifi in a nearby hotel lobby and contacted the office via WhatsApp. After some communication - with long gaps - a helpful English-speaking staff member finally appeared at the building to store our bags until checkin time later in the day. Later in the day, we were helped by another friendly staff person - who spoke no English. Thank goodness we had someone with us who could translate!

Our stay was trouble free after that. We needed no additional help.

It was a good experience, the only issue is they didn't have a dryier and the sofa bed wasn't confortable and not pillows for it. Location is great, several small supermarket close and easy to get the metro. Important to let the managers know the arrival time to the apto for them to be there ready for paper work.

Plus de peur que de mal !

Tout à mal commencé dès lors que nous ouvrions la boite à clef pour prendre possession de l'appartement, après une longue journée passée en voiture: la boite était vide !
Gros moment de solitude, d'autant plus que notre forfait téléphonique ne nous permettait pas de communiquer depuis l'Espagne... Heureusement, il y a beaucoup de mouvements dans l'immeuble et une gentille dame qui connaissait l'agence a vite résolu notre problème. Apparemment le même code d'accès aux clés avait été donné à 2 locataires. Nos clés étaient dans une autre boite. Sinon nous avons trouvé l'appartement très spacieux avec belle vue sur la cour intérieure, aménagée et fréquentée à la mode barcelonnaise.
J'attends maintenant avec une petite angoisse la restitution de la caution, en espérant qu'il n'y aura pas de confusion cette fois ci.

사진에 비해 숙소가 어두운 편이었어요. 공간은 굉장히 넓었고, 위치는 좋았습니다. 근처에 마트가 많았어요. 5박을 지내니 수건도 한 번 갈아주었습니다. 다만 침대가 물렁해서 허리가 좀 아팠어요. 세탁기는 사진과 다르게 공용 세탁실이었고 건조기도 있었습니다. 요리 해 먹을 수 있어서 편했어요.

Sehr schönes Appartment mit umfangreicher Ausstattung. Sehr gut gelegen, nur ca. 5. min. zu Fuß zur nächsten Metro und 15 Min. zur Sagrada Familia. Unser Appartment war zum Innenhof gelegen, der trotz der vielen umliegenden Gebäude erstaunlich ruhig war. Von daher konnte man problemlos mit offenen Fenster schlafen. Es gibt aber auch eine Klimaanlage für heißere Tage.

Voisins très bruyants, dessus, dessous, à côté !!

Nous avons demandé par email à deux reprises les transports que nous devions prendre pour nous rendre au bureau d'enregistrement depuis l'aéroport. Aucune réponse....oups pardon erreur nous l'avons reçu à l'heure de l'enregistrement dans les bureau donc le jour et l'heure de notre arrivée ....(chercher l'erreur??). Pas trop grave, nous avons pris un taxi et sommes arrivé au bureau pour prendre les clés!! Grosse erreur!! l'enregistrement est noté dès 14h00 et nous sommes arrivés à 13h45 (grâce au taxi !!) Mlle Ana pour ne pas la nommer, nous la bien fait remarqué et ne nous a même pas souhaité la bien venu!!! il nous semblait plutôt la déranger dans son petit bureau!! après avoir attendu un peu, nous lui avons demandé ce que nous devions faire ??? à cela elle nous dit que nous n'avions qu'à faire un tour à l'extérieur car le bureau était petit et qu'avant 14h00 (dans 15min.) elle n'allait rien faire !!! Nous sommes donc sorti pour patienter!! revenu à 14h15 pour être certain que nous étions enfin dans les temps, Ana n'était plus là mais remplacée par un Jeune homme tout à fait sympathique à l'opposé de la demoiselle!! Nous avons eu enfin toutes les infos nécessaires et les clés!!! Arrivé à l'appartement sans problèmes. Il était propres sans excès avec le stricte minimum !!! Appartement froid, nous avons eu froid pendant le séjour car la météo n'était avec nous. Le mur du salon contre la SDB était humide car je pense que la baignoire fuyait!! Appartement très très bruyant!!!!

Ett bra boende. Vi var 5 pers och en baby. Stor lägenhet med bra rum och sängar. Välutrustat kök. Hissen var väldigt liten så vi fick fälla ihop vagnen för att kunna få in den i hissen. Nära Sagrada Família och ca 30 min promenad till Plaça Catalunya. Dörr i dörr med supermarket Dia och bageri runt hörnet.

Scelto per passare un paio di giorni a Barcellona con la famiglia, è da un lato una discreta opzione che potrebbe essere buona o ottima con qualche attenzione in più. Va benissimo l’arredento minimalista (tutto IKEA, praticamente nuovo) di tendenza, ma poi si scivola su altri aspetti: per esempio pochissime prese elettriche (è inutile mettere in cucina forno a microonde, caffettiera americana e tostapane quando l’unica presa disponibile è dietro al microonde, praticamente irraggiungibile), molte formiche, soprattutto in cucina (eravamo al primo piano), scarichi dei lavandini dei due bagni e di una doccia che non scaricano bene. Buono il servizio di accoglienza e ottima la signora delle pulizie che, di fronte ai problemi di cui sopra, si è fatta in quattro per dare una mano.

Localização excelente e sistema de entrada no apartamento automatizada, com as chaves em sistema tipo cofre e você recebe as senhas para retirada.
Apartamento muito confortável com 2 quartos, 2 banheiros, cozinha e sala de estar.
Muito próximos de pontos turísticos (3 quadras da Sagrada Família e Arco do triunfo).
Ponto negativo é o atendimento, porque é necessário se deslocar quase 1 km para realizar o pagamento das taxas de turismo no escritório do easy sleep.

Idéal pour voyage en famille proche de la Sagrada Familia (7 minutes à pied avec les enfants).
Accessible en metro à 10-15 minutes du Passeig de Gracia en metro.

L'alloggio è molto spazioso ed ha tutto il necessario, anche per essere autonomi in cucina.
Ci sono due bagni uno con vasca/doccia e l'altro con ampia doccia. Peccato ci sia un solo bidet! La struttura è molto ben dislocata nella città, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalle vicine fermate della metro (Sagrada Familia, Moumental, Girona e anche Verdaguer). Sotto casa c'è un comodo market e all'angolo con Carrer Concelle de Cent c'è una panetteria utilissima anche per le colazioni.

Noe slitte møbler, spesielt sofaen hadde sett sine beste dager. Leiligheten ellers var fin, lys og moderne. Vi fikk opplyst at hånkle ble byttet, men det ble de ikke under vårt opphold. Litt tidlig utsjekk (kl 10) når der ikke er muligheter for oppbevaring av bagasje i bygget. Nær Sagrada Familia, men ellers litt usentralt i forhold til havn, strand og f.eks La Rambla. Vi gikk dit en dag, men det var langt.

Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour au Easy Sleep situé sur la Calle Sicilia. A partir de l’hôtel, tout se fait à pied ou par métro. Appartement très propre dans un secteur tranquille. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très professionnel et se dévoue pour ses clients. Un gros merci à Alessandra qui tout fait pour qu’on puisse louer une chaise roulante. Anna et Alessandra parlent très bien Anglais et Sonia parle Français. Excellent service de votre part mesdames. Si je retourne à Barcelone, je retournerai chez-vous. Alessandra, thank you for your help. I really appreciate your collaboration before our arrival in Barcelone.

Vi havde 5 dejlige dage i Barcalona i et hyggelig kvarter ikke langt fra metroen det var fint, jeg havde valgt lejligheden fordi der stod at der var møbeleret balkon eller tarasse men der var bare en meget lille smal balkon hvor der dårlig nok kunne stå en stol det var skuffende.
Ellers var det en fin og velindrettet lejlighed med gode senge og godt køkken

Schönes Appartement in perfekter Lage!!!

Das Appartement befindet sich in einer perfekten Lage, ein paar Schritte von der Sagrada Familia entfernt. Direkt um die Kurve befindet sich ein Supermarkt in dem man super einkaufen kann ( lecker Brot 😋). Das Appartement ist mit den nötigsten Sachen ausgestattet, die man zum Kochen braucht. Es gibt einen Toaster und Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, grossen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Das Einzige, was etwas störend war, ist die Hellhörigkeit im Haus. Unsere Nachbarn haben an einem Abend ziemlich lange gefeiert, war sehr laut. Es wird aber auf die Nachtruhe hingewiesen, sowohl im Appartement als auch in den Gängen des Hauses.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und falls wir wieder nach Barcelona fliegen, buchen wir mit Sicherheit wieder das \"easy sleep\".

Trevligt och väldigt prisvärt boende

Riktigt trevlig lägenhet med fräsch och modern inredning. Perfekt om man är 3-5 personer och reser som par eller vänner. Bra utrustat kök och några affärer precis utanför. Nära Tunnelbana samt till Sagrada Família.

Rek ej pga den dåliga servicen

Stor lgh m 4 sovrum , i beskrivn skulle det vara möblerad terass, det var mer en fransk balkong .
AC gick sönder 2 ggr m stor vatten läcka båda gånger, städade själva upp det för att kunna röra oss i lgh, de kom först dagen efter o kollade .
Näst sista dagen blev jag även bestulen på kontanter , ringde direkt till recept o Medd detta , blev lovad att bli uppringd senare på kvällen , men ingen hörde av ,
Hade lagt in närhet till gotiska området, detta låg off, dåligt utbud på rest ,

Modern schoon appartement

Mooi, schoon en modern appartement. Metro op loopafstand. Prima locatie om Barcelona te ontdekken. Wel wat gehorig 's nachts als mensen van andere appartementen thuiskomen. Maar zeker een aanrader

Appartement sympa et fonctionnel dans l'ensemble

Avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce joli studio du 7eme étage avec solarium et terrasse sans vis à vis et vue sur la Sagrada Familia. L'appartement est très fonctionnel meme s'il ne possède pas de four. Il a été récemment rénové je pense.
Tout était propre, le lit fait et le linge de toilette posé sur le lit.
Le métro est à 5min, le supermarché au bas de l'immeuble, tous les commerces de proximité aux alentours.
L'appartement est bien situé et à environ 15mn de métro de toutes les attractions touristiques : Les Ramblas, Montjuic, Parc Guell, La Sagrada Familia etc...
Nous n'avons eu aucun mal à récupérer les clefs qui nous attendaient dans une petite boite type consigne dont on nous avait
donné le code.
Les points négatifs: - le lit est collé au mur et est plus petit que la normale, le sommier est métallique et fait du bruit, donc plutôt inconfortable pour mon mari mesurant 1,90m et 120 kg.
- la cage d'escalier et surtout l'ascenseur est très bruyant et malheureusement accolé à la chambre
- Enfin nous avons dû payer une taxe de 24€ non communiquée dans la réservation pour un séjour de 5 nuits. Il aurait été plus correct de le notifier sur le site avant la réservation

Bom apartamento.

Apartamento bem localizado, próximo à Sagrada Família e de uma estação de metrô (Monumental). É preciso ir ao escritório para pegar o código de acesso e pagar a taxa de turismo. Só tivemos problema com o banheiro, que estava meio entupido, e não havia um controle adequado de água quente/fria. Quartos limpos e modernos, cozinha equipada. Apartamento espaçoso.

hôtel bien placé, propre, bien connecté au reste

Super apart hôtel, très bien placé (5 minutes à pied de Sagrada Familia, 25 minutes de la vieille ville). Évidemment, pas de service petit-déjeûner mais plein d'endroits autour pour en prendre ou acheter ce qu'il faut.

Excelente apartamento, cómodo, amplio y limpio. Lo único es que el check out es obligatoria a las 10:00 a.m., y pues fue muy temprano para nosotros porque nuestro vuelo salía en la tarde. Del resto excelente todo

Appartement idéal en famille calme et bien situé.

Appartement spacieux,agréable, bien équipé avec des petites attentions comme préparés sur place: café, sucre, lits faits à l'arrivée avec linge de toilette... Nous avons eu un excellent accueil à l'agence par Sonia qui parle français et nous à faciliter entre autres le stationnement. Un grand merci à elle pour ses services. Nous en gardons un excellent souvenir

Var 8 gentlemen som bodde i detta lägenhetshotell. Lägenheten var ren o fräsch och i ett lugnt läge men ändå centralt. Bra....
