I really enjoyed my stay at Ibis Styles Barcelona Centre Hotel during my 6 nights in Barcelona. I would like to thank all the staff working here. They are all very welcoming, friendly and approachable. The place is very clean and secured. All guests would need to use their key card to enter the main front entrance ( or ring the door bell without key card), and all floors are key card controlled access. It’s a very environmentally friendly place with all the essential items I needed. The breakfast was superb and excellent. Lots of fruits, baked pastries, meats, eggs to choose from. Once again, I want to thank all the staff here. On my first day (Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2025), I arrived about 1.5 hour before my ckeck-in time and before the room was ready. The lady and gentleman at the front desk allowed me to sit at the dining area while they were mopping the floor. They even offered me to self help with water or coffee. On Wednesday (Dec. 10), I asked another gentleman at the front desk about my interest in joining a tour to go to Montserrat. I showed him a guided tour I found online, and asked if he has any suggestion. He was very helpful and suggested me booking the tour I found online even though the hotel works with another tour company. (I hope I am not putting him in trouble by saying this.). I also want to thank another gentleman in the morning on Saturday (Dec 13) who allowed me to eat breakfast even before it was open at 7am so that I can meet up my tour group at 8am.

Almost all the receptionist are very helpful. The power adapter plug in Spain is different and unfortunately I forgot to bring. They even lent me one, which I feel even the smallest detail they provide, very impressive !!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ibis Styles Barcelona. I travelled with my elderly mom and stayed 4 nights. Our only complaint is about a little bit of mold in the shower area of our room. Other than that Our room was clean and larger than expected. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Veronica a staff person at breakfast was a delight. it was conveniently located near Passieg de Gracia and the Sagrada Familia. We took cabs because my mom could walk to far but the metro was also close by. The cafe next door was sometimes a bit noisy but it didn’t really bother us. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was fine...but the rooms were way too small and there were NO drawers to put away clothes. Breakfast was good and convenient. Front desk staff friendly. But the small rooms made it a deal breaker for me. With so many choices in Barcelona I would try a different hotel next time.

The hotel was in a great spot. Friendly staff and great breakfast (more later). Was able to get taxis in 3-5 minutes as the front desk would ping them. Really good food around the area.
Cons: guess we paid for breakfast but the front desk guy checking in said we didnt have it, found out the last day when we decided to pay for it. The shower is very hot and very hard to get to a good temperature.

I use Ibis hotels whether in Britain or Europe.I find them very good value for money and standards consistently high. The Styles in Barcelona was well up to standard,the staff were excellent and very helpful the room was small but totally suitable.The Breakfast choice was more than sufficient and the location could not have been better,a10 minute walk to Sagrada Familia and 15 minutes to La Rambla.Totally satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend the Hotel.

Good location, felt safe as a solo traveller, hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. One way system, masks and social distancing still in place, a welcome change to England! The only problem I faced was the lift buttons were temperamental and on occasion I had to wait for another guest or staff member to help. The bedroom doors were loud and I was woken up most mornings by the guests next door leaving early, but rooms dark and cool so got back to sleep quickly.
