Suites Avenue Barcelona Luxe offers a new concept of accommodation in Barcelona. A recently-constructed avant-garde building with 41 luxury tourist apartments, fully-equipped spaces for comfortable medium to long-term stays.

Well located hotel a short walk from the waterfront. The hotel itself is excellent, with good breakfast buffet, clean lobby bathrooms, and helpful staff. The streets surrounding the property are currently under construction which is unfortunate but not the hotel's fault. I would be happy to rebook this hotel if/when returning to Barcelona

When we arrived we were amazed by the architecture and elegance of the building inside and out. It is a unique hotel promoting elegance. The location is perfect with easy access to multiple subway lines, on a beautiful luxury shopping street. Don't forget to go up to the roof. You can catch a glimpse of the Sagrada Familia as well as La Pedrera (Casa Milà) across the street.

Every morning at 8 am there was very loved construction sounds in our room. I called twice and both times they told me they can’t do anything about it as it was the bullring next door that was making all the noise. It sounded like a holdover in our room from 8 am to 12 pm. Horrible! I don’t recommend at all!

We had a full opening courtyard window/ balcony that was lovely in the evenings with the sounds of the city but when closed was quite sound proof. Access to the sights and centre was perfect as you are on a train line and bus line straight out the front and it is only a short stroll to the old town down hill, about 1000m to the Familia cathedral and Las Rambla is one street across with some amazing Tapas very close by. staff were friendly and could all speak English. I would stay here again

A lovely modern hotel with great staff who were very helpful. Right across the street from Casa Mila and a few metres from Metro and hopon hopoff bus stops. It's a busy area with lots of high end shopping and we really enjoyed that location. We had great meals and bought a few items in the supermarkets when we decided to have quiet meals on the balcony or sitting inside ( the balcony faced west and was pretty hot in the afternoon after all day out in the sun). Pretty much a perfect place to stay

Beautiful and spacious place with a good location. Close to public transportation and right across Casa Mila. A nice getaway from the craziness of Las Ramblas without being too far. The only downsides were the construction work being done in the morning that would wake us up and the AC didn’t get really cold. Overall would still recommend staying here!

The most beautiful aparthotel in Barcelona. The flat was bright and spotless, and the location could not have been better. What made this stay so much more incredible though was the amazing team, everyone was so friendly and Carlos made sure that if i had any questions they were answered right away. Beware of bathroom in bedrooms no doors
First the bad. As with any review, I want to start with the description on the website. Nowhere is it mention that the bathroom is open to the bedroom. No door and a window. This might be a fetish to Some but when you’re traveling with children is a inconvenient to have to leave the bedroom each time someone needs to use the bathroom and the shower steams up the room.
Second don’t advertise 42 inch smart TVs and give me a 25 inch dumb TV.
Third the washing machine was not clean between customers had mildew and was broken. The staff did offer to do my bag of dirty laundry. Unfortunately, they return it to me the following day, in the same bag, unfolded and crumpled.

My suite was lovely and had everything I needed for my week-long stay in Barcelona, including a well-stocked kitchen, separate tub and shower, and a comfortable bed. The location is incredibly convenient - close to lots of great shopping as well as a metro station one block away.
However, I wish they had warned me during check-in about the extremely loud construction noise, that ruined half of my stay. I woke up to very loud hammering and drilling noise on every weekday morning at 8:00am. So if you're hoping to sleep in past 8am on a weekday, that might not happen for you, especially if you're on the left side of the building where I was. The noise was on and off throughout the day, but when it happened it was still so loud that it made me leave the property to avoid it, as the noise made it impossible to relax.

This is my 2nd time to Barcelona and when I return I will be staying here again. We had a group of 3 and these appartement style rooms were so spacious. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, everything was spotless, full kitchen and living space it as perfect for the 3 of us. Now onto the most wonderful staff… there’s not enough time in the day to say how great they are. From the local recommendations, making reservations for us, scheduling pick ups and drop offs, and accommodating our early arrival. I just couldn’t be happier with my choice. Thank you. If anyone has something bad to say about this place they are just miserable people. Thank you for making our week so perfect!

In our previous visits to Barcelona, we stayed at a good Eixample hotel but these suites located in the same area are a much better alternative for the comfort (space) of the apartment that includes a living room and a dining area with the convenience of a kitchen where breakfasts (or any meal) can be prepared.

The weather in Barcelona these days was not as good as expected, but the room during my stay made my days! Large comfortable suite with all attractions in close proximity.
