I booked a quad room. I like the location of the hotel, the staff were so friendly. easy access to shops, cafe,. the room is very clean. our only issue was the AC. It was so hot that night. but the staff said I need to turn off the heat and open the windows. But other than that everything is great. I highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay again.

The room was fine. I did find it hot as I am visiting in February from Canada and came from -20c to +20c, there is no AC available in the winter. I understand that this is a legislation thing and not something the hotel could provide. Just a note for any other Canadians on a winter break. I have no complaints about the hotel itsself but did find it to be average. The location was probably the best thing about the hotel. It was incredibly easy to get around from here using the Metro.

I liked staying here! Love the location, the staff were nice. And the room I stayed in was spacious, and looks they had a nice public terrace. Highly recommend if you're on a budget but want to stay in Eixample and be near Casa Batllo.

This a nice hotel, 1 min from passieg de gracia and shopping. The room was nice, clean and the check in experience was smooth. However, the room A/C was not working and it was unbearably hot in the room despite being the first week of November. Management assured it would be ok soon but had to spend the night in a hot room. However, we noticed the Hotel cleaning staff were not that great they used to not clean or replace our coffee mugs and plates. Had to purchase our own dishwasher liquid to clean our plates and mugs that was little unexpected from a hotel.

I loved having someone there 24/7 to help us. The apartment was perfect. It was clean and the layout was awesome for the six of us. It was the best place that we stayed at on our vacation to Portugal and Spain. It was close to everything yet seemed tucked away. We would go back and stay there again.

The hotel has a lot of potential with its lovely setting and perfect location in Exiample. Within a few feet from the metro, but our stay didn’t quite meet expectations. The room was quite small, the layout was awkward, and the AC wasn’t working well our first night. There were no tissues or any extra toiletries aside from toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. There was no cabinets or closet space to put our things. Staff was courteous and they did move us to another room with a balcony and better layout (more like the advertised pictures) with better AC (still no closets) Our experience could be improved with more attention to detail. The location is 5 stars, truly beautiful, centralized, and safe!

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations due to a series of issues that significantly affected my comfort and overall stay.
1.Noise Issue: Upon arrival, I was given a room on the first floor directly above the bar. The noise level was extremely high, making it nearly impossible to rest.
2.Inadequate Room Change: After raising concerns, I was moved to another room. However, the new room was much smaller, with a very small window, which felt like a downgrade rather than a solution.
3.Electricity Failure: To make matters worse, when I returned to the room the following day, there was no electricity. This caused further inconvenience and discomfort.
I had hoped for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, but these repeated issues made that impossible. I would appreciate it if you could address these concerns and provide some form of compensation or resolution for the inconvenience I experienced.

AC doesnt work 5 nights. First day complained. Told to leave key in during the day and close curtains. Second day told someone would fix the next day. Third day told it was cold outside in the morning so couldnt fix. 4th day they offered a free bottle of wine. We slept with the windows open for 5 days. Apparently this is the last room on central system and doesn't get cool. You can tell by reception response this is an ongoing problem not likely to be fixed anytime soon. Was no able to get a dofferrnt room. It was 90 degrees for 5 days. Asked for partial refund no response. Basically you are taking a huge risk renting from them. I dont think it will be fixed anytime soon.

Just be really careful in the hotel since the security is not tight. I understand we should have paid more attention on our things but unexpectedly, my handbag got stolen while checking-in and when we asked about the security cameras, one is not working and the other one only records every 10 seconds of movement so the time the bag was stolen wasn’t recorded.
