Great location for almost everything in Barcelona. Very close to several Gaudi museums. However, the rooms were tired, with tears in the wallpaper, and not properly cleaned (crumbs left on the chair, etc.) The linens were clean. The step up into the bathtub was quite high, although the bathroom was spacious. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The deck view was lovely, although the bar up there was closed. For the price I would have expected a little less tired and better cleaned room.

What an absolutely amazing hotel. The location is incredible and the amenities and service were outstanding. This is classic luxury with no details spared. The rich history and architecture throughout is breathtaking and the rooms were impeccable with one of the most comfortable beds and amazing turndown service I’ve had in a while. The 2 Michelin star restaurant on the first floor is world class. I’m already booking my return trip here.

Excellent location. Room lacked air conditioning and was way too hot. TV didn't work. Housekeeping asked to clean our room - we said okay - left for 2 hours - she came back in 2 1/2 hours and interrupted us again to start. Who takes 2 1/2 hours to clean once you've kicked the guests out of their room!?! Unacceptable.

This is a wonderful hotel. We stayed for three days prior to a cruise. A beautifully designed property from 1908, it is classic and refined both in appearance and in service. The entire staff went out of their way to provide warm and caring service.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are clean, beautiful and spacious. The staff is amazing. They put the 5 in 5star. Even though it’s on one of the main streets in Barcelona, the area directly around the hotel is quiet. If you walk down Passeig de Gràcia, you’ll find Ave Diagonal just a few steps away and all of the designer stores. Make sure you walk the opposite way too, for a more local feel of Barcelona where you’ll find the best cafes, bars and restaurants.

The service was impeccable, which made our stay more comfortable and welcoming. From the moment we arrived Alexis brought up our luggage and made sure we were comfortable and assisted us throughout the trip providing great service and recommendations!! Thank you Alexis !! He is a valuable employee at the Hotel!! Another team member that I want to acknowledge is Danka. Her vast knowledge and information at the front desk was invaluable and greatly appreciated! Her assistance in reservations for dinners or events as well as her warm smile and personality made our stay more comfortable. The terrace bar has a spectacular view and an appealing ambiance. This is an absolutely wonderful property. It’s in the perfect location in Gràcia, 30 min walk downtown and 30 min in the other direction to Sagrada or Parc Güell. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. If you like late 19th/early 20th century architecture and furniture, Casa Fuster will surpass your expectations. The staff is great. Anything you need is brought to your room in 5 minutes. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety and fast service, both buffet and a la carte. We were all thrilled to stay in this gem in Barcelona

This was a beautiful hotel, on a beautiful street made even more so by the eye-catching Christmas decorations. We were within walking distance of lots of great shopping and wonderful restaurants. The hotel staff was friendly, cheerful and professional. We were always greeted with a smile and everyone was so helpful; giving us recommendations for restaurants, making reservations, directions, getting us taxis, etc. The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds very comfortable. We had the breakfast buffet every morning and everything was delicious. I've travelled all over the world and stayed in more hotels than I can remember but the Hotel Casa Fuster is definitely in my top ten.

Terrible customer service.
The service was terrible the first day. The AC was not working, it took an hour and a half to send someone to look at it. We had to call again because it wasn’t fixe, waited another half an hour for someone to come to resolve the issue.I asked for a luggage rack, waited 2 hours finally i got it after calling again. The internet was terrible and they kept giving excuses. Coffee machine was not working. Unacceptable customer service from a 5 star hotel. Not worth the money.

We stayed at the Hotel Casa Fuster pre-cruise for 2 days Nov 13-15 & 1 day at the end of our cruise on Nov 27. I would highly recommend this boutque hotel. Fantastic staff and the hotel itself is extremely nice inside/rooms are well appointed and in my opinion well prices at $220 Euros per nightWell located in Barcelona, close to restaurants, tapa bars, cruise port,as well as tourist attractions, which includes the hop on/hop off bus and the famous cathedral.

The property needs serious physical upgrades. There were tears in the carpets in the hallways, and cracks in the marble in the bathrooms. A travel companion had noise problems with the air conditioning unit in the room, and a light in the closet in my particular room malfunctioned and stayed on all night. The staff was really wonderful, accommodating, and kind. The location is wonderful and I felt very safe in the neighborhood.

We loved our stay at Casa Fuster, but in particular we have to note how amazing the staff was. After an initial issue, we were so surprised at how quickly and effectively it was rectified, and how responsive and kind all of the staff is! We have to shout out the manager Omar in particular.

The property is very beautiful. The staff is amazing. The only thing I would say and not in a complete negative way . The bathrooms have to be updated they are just not functional nor convenient. No robe hooks bathtub / shower is very bad and dangerous. Sliding doors do not work . Water distribution is bad. Let me just say they have to be brought up to a better standard. The public halls carpet need to be replaced . They are not looking good . We just feel that it is time for a change and upgrade over all.
