Good location, everything else pretty average

The only good things about this hotel is the location and the customer service. The apartment we stayed had windows that weren’t properly installed so didn’t insulate from the construction noise happening right in front of us and probably also didn’t retain the cool air. The air con in the master room was broken, and the beds were flat and uncomfortable (and I like form beds). The dryer didn’t work either.
As mentioned, the location is excellent - and the only reason we stayed! (We just stayed out of the hotel as much as possible!)

The good and the no-so good

The suites are an adjunct to the nearby hotel. So you go there to check in and out. The staff is lovely. Note about Barcelona: there's a head tax. Our son stayed only a few days, so it wasn't easy to take him off the tab. They had to believe us (which they did).

The sofa bed in suite itself needs an upgrade. The cushions on it kept sliding off. It was very nice to have a proper dining table. The main bed, towels and bathroom were fine.

I don't recommend the extremely expensive buffet breakfast in the hotel. We tried it once. Although the food was good, the special orders took a bit of time. I only got one egg in my Egg(s!) Benedict. The workout room was well equipped enough, located next to the rooftop bar. The door opened to the outside, fresh air.

I’ll start with the best part about this apartment…the customer service is fantastic! The apartment is owned by the hotel so it truly has the nicest people. They truly want to help and make your stay feel special. I would have given it a 5 star if the beds were not so hard and if the dryer worked. It truly feels like a boxspring with a thin layer on top. They did have someone put a cushion on top but it only made it slightly better. So, if you need to stay for a longer time, this may not be the best choice. As for the dryer, The washing machine works great but the one unit is both a washer and a dryer. So once I got my load washed, I had to hang clothes all over the apartment. I asked for help several times and they tried to help but it never worked.

The building is well maintained and secured by 3 stages of locked entry doors. It was just a few steps away from the main hotel breakfast and dining facilities and the reception desk. There were always valets ready to assist with ordering taxis and with loading or unloading our luggage. The selection and quality of the breakfasts and other menu items were excellent. I would stay there again when traveling to Barcelona in the futures.

We cannot say enough positive about our stay at Suites Center, Barcelona. As a family of five, it was our first trip to Europe from Canada, and we said to ourselves every day, we don’t know how we got so lucky as to choose this aparthotel. We stayed in the largest suite with a view and it was gorgeous inside and out. We had access to all amenities and staff support from the stunning hotel next-door Casa Fuster, including the rooftop patio. The area was gorgeous, with grocery stores, a variety of restaurants, metro station, and the most gorgeous high-end street for shopping all in the immediate area. It was generally quiet and very safe feeling. The hotel room lived up to all expectations. The breakfast at Casa Fuster next-door every morning was one of the high point of our trip. It was incredible. Most of all what stood out was the staff at Casa Fuster who support Suites Center. They were outstanding in terms of pleasantness, helpfulness, and truly the most accommodating staff we have ever come in contact with. We cannot recommend this location enough.

Great property and location…could walk to metro and train station..we took train directly to Sitges for day to go to a nicer beach.. walked to La Familia Sagrada, 20 minutes, great tapas restaurants around hotel and high end shopping. The apartment was lovely and clean with everything you could need. Although it was compact it was a perfect base for the five days we were there. There is a supermarket five minutes walk away (to the right as you leave the building). The staff at the hotel where you check in were amazing as were housekeeping. In fact, my youngest son managed to leave his teddy when we checked out as it fell behind the sofa bed unbeknown to us and when we discovered we had left it when we got home and phoned the hotel they did everything they could to locate the teddy and make sure he was returned home safely after his adventure! I would definitely recommend the apartments as they were perfect for us and we had a fabulous stay. We can't thank them enough for all their help.

Loved everything about this place. Incredible location. Close to everything. The service since you get there is out of this world. The hotel staff at Casa Fuster greet you at the entrance, take your luggage, take you to reception and then they take you to the apartments. You have all the amenities that the hotel has. Even room service. The beds were super comfortable. I would definitely return . I would of loved to stay more time. Absolutely loved Barcelona and this stay made it even more special. Congrats to all the hotel staff. Thank you for everything.

Customer service is outstanding (for all your needs you talk to the people at Hotel Casa Fuster, as this property belongs to the hotel and is located two buildings down street). The only thing is that the smell of cigarettes was pretty intense and we were traveling with kids so that wasn’t the best! Other than that it’s a good place to stay at!

This trip was amazing but this place made it even that much better.. it’s an apartment right next to where my daughter was staying for the soccer camp she was participating in and right next door to the luxury hotel Casa Fuster.. This apartment style suite had 2 bedrooms one with a king bed for adults and a second separate room with a bunk bed for kids.. It comes with a full kitchen and living room.. huge bathroom with A WASHER AND DRYER!!!! And two balconies... AMAZING!! I also want to add that when you stay here, because it’s part of Casa Fuster you also can use all of the main Hotel’s many amenities... So if you are looking for a great place to stay with the luxury of a 5 star hotel then this is the place for you!!! I forgot to mention that it’s perfectly situated near everything

We changed 2 apartments and from both there was a terrible sewarge smell coming from the toilet and the kitchen. Despite that we communicated with the reception but their solution was only to send a technician to spray good fragrancs. Though we booked in again as we tried it previously but this time it was so bad. Not recommended at all.

Suite was very modern and clean. Wonderful service from the nearby hotel where you have to check-in. Only stayed one night, so we didn't need the kitchen, which would have been an extra charge. The area of the city was very nice and busy. Restaurants and transportation nearby.

Great stay with some maintenance challenges

Staff were exceptional and hotel was in a great location - central to all of the best sites.

Our two bedroom suite was good. It had a nice kitchen and comfortable beds. The only negative on the hotel was the maintenance and general disrepair. The toilet ran 24/7 for the first few days until maintenance was able to replace the toilet. Ceiling panels kept coming loose and opening up and the front door to the apartments would only close/lock intermittently. They pump a chemical air freshener literally through a tube into the lobby that travels up two floors and is unbelievably potent. Aside from these maintenance issues, everything was top-knotch.

Great Hotel and Great City

Suites Centre Barcelona is part of and run by Hotels Casa Fuster. It is connected to the impressive main hotel. Our apartment had a small, but fairly well equipped kitchen with coffee, paper towels and other necessities. The living room has a comfortable couch and a good TV, The bed is really comfortable. We slept 14 hours our first night after traveling from Denver, Colorado, USA. It has blackout curtains, but nice light when the curtains are open. It has a small balcony. Over all the rooms are very nice. The staff is great, friendly, helpful and most speak perfect English. the hotel is at the edge of Gracia, a wonderful local neighborhood with excellent, inexpensive local food, tapas and wine. It not a difficult walk to the Gothic Quarter and is close to Guell Park where Gaudi lived and worked. It is fun and whimsical. We would stay here again in a heartbeat,

Casa Fuster is World Class customer service, comfortable clean stay, helpful reception and wonderful Concierge it was amazing. sad point very overpriced drinks and charges for Breakfast for my way over the top but saying that I would recommend it to friends and family and hope that Mangement would look at the beverage charges etc

Next to the wonderful casa fuster. Spacious apparent with 2 bedrooms .well set out. Could do with a lick of paint here and there to tidy up, but excellent value for money for the area and size , hard to beat. As long as you don't mind a bit of a walk to the ramblas etc a stop end of passeig de gracia , who cares when taxis are in abundance and so cheap in barcelona !

Excellent location with great service

Rooms were modern, new, and well kept. Exellent for a family of 5. The one problem was the rooms facing the rear of the building had only a view of the back of other buildings and were dark, yet very quiet. The street facing room was filled with light and had two small balconies - but definitely loud with city noise. We liked light so tolerated the noise! Service was excellent and was provided by Casa Fuster including an excellent concierge staff.
