This is a charming small B&B located on the second floor of an historic building that is now primarily occupied by offices. It was an excellent home base for us during the recent heatwave. Beautiful atmospheric space with all mod cons. Superhigh ceilings, spacious dimensions, terrace over looking a leafy courtyard, excellent A/C, bed, shower. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Public spaces are comfortable and welcoming. Walking distance to lots of good restaurants and in/near great neighborhoods (Eixample, Gracia).

One of the prettiest hotels we’ve had the pleasure of staying at. Booked the terraced room, amazing rays of sun light dashing into the room in the morning hours, very relaxed and calming. High ceiling with decorations looked beautiful along with the draping curtains and the thoughtful light fixtures. The wooden chairs and table are a thoughtful touch to the interior, not to mention the fascinating and colorful tile patterns.

They graciously arranged a taxi for us at the end of our stay and escorted us down to the street to help us get loaded! Also very secure. We enjoyed our stay here in September 2023 prior to boarding a cruise ship. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived prior to check in time but were able to leave our luggage with the staff. When we returned later in the day, our bags were waiting for us in our room. Breakfast was excellent (fresh pastries, fruit, juices, cheese/meat, and more). There is 24 hour access to coffee (Nespresso) and still/sparkling water. The location was within walking distance to most of the sites that we wanted to see, and only a few minutes from the nearest metro station. It was very easy to get to the location via metro from the airport, and to the cruise ship terminal via the metro. There are many good restaurants close by. Our room was a \"city view\" room with a nice little balcony to watch the action below. At night the room was very quite and dark, we had great sleeps. This was our first visit to Barcelona and would stay here again.

The staff also provides phenomenal customer service, from offering free bottled water, excellent breakfast, daily fruit, and taking much care in daily room cleanings. If you visit Spain, definitely stay here! The staff was wonderful and very accommodating with great communication before we even arrived. The room was so unique, with impeccable decorations. This is a very unique set up as a bed and breakfast. The building is a beautiful old mansion style with high ceilings and mouldings. It is furnished with period style furniture....very elegant.

The hotels location is great - right in the center of the city with good metro access. Beautifully decorated with a charming breakfast room and communal fridge and coffee/tea available 24/7. Breakfast was good with nice variety of options, however it was the same choice each morning. Room was spacious with nice terrace although the small iron chairs are not made for sitting any longer than five minutes. The bed itself was fairly comfortable but as with other hotels in Spain the pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. I know it’s a problem in hot regions but I also found a cockroach under the top cover of my bed one evening 😵. Staff are helpful and friendly and yes, I would return.

Fabulous place really quaint, bed was the best bed I've ever slept in and I wanted to steal the pillows-- like sleeping on a cloud! Would have liked coffee maker in the room but not so far away there was coffee and tea 24/7 to help yourself Breakfast was a little disappointing, could have had some warm food and had to ask for serviettes and filter coffee. Limited choice, otherwise an adorable place to stay in a great location.

My wife uses a wheelchair and although there was a flight of stairs to negotiate, staff carried our luggage and her chair and went out of their way to make sure she was comfortable.
