Very clean room, in a perfect location, close to shops and restaurants, nice strolls and close to metro and other means of transportation., the staff very nice, helpful

I wrote multiple messages and emails to them as it was mine and my parents first time in Barcelona and it was my birthday if they could do something special and we got nothing. As well the water pressure in the showers didn’t work. To be honest it was a good location but we were a bit disappointed with just small things that made a massive difference to our stay.

The staff was very helpful and kind. They never missed an opportunity to greet us. Location was perfect! Walking distance to Casa Batllo and Casa Mila. Also very close to excellent shopping on Passig de Gràcia. Subway station is also not far and then from there, you can go anywhere in the city! Lobby and reception area was very small, but is to be expected in this area. Rooftop space was very nice and fun to watch the city activity from there.

The rooms are extremely small, with barely enough space to move around. The bed squeaks loudly with every movement, making it hard to sleep comfortably. Would not recommend for light sleepers or anyone expecting a restful stay.

The hotel is in a prime location, but the room facilities really need improvement. We rented three rooms on the first floor, and all of them had serious water leakage issues when showering — the entire bathroom floor would be soaked, which was very uncomfortable. In addition, one of the toilet paper rolls provided had a bad odor, which my friend also noticed.

Charming hotel, great location!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely little hotel on a great street in the heart of Barcelona. Our room was very comfortable. We enjoyed complimentary coffee on rooftop patio. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy access to Metro. Be aware if you stay on street side you might hear neighborhood noise late into the evening. We will stay here again!

The stay overall was very poor, especially for the price per night of the hotel.

First things I noticed when I checked in to my room were the AC was not cooling and the shower drain was plugged. I left the card in the slot in hopes that maybe it just needed time to cool, but it never did. When I went to the desk ask about it the next day, they said the whole 4th floor is out, as if they knew but never mentioned it. He offered me a standing fan, which I took because it was better than nothing. The room remained very hot, humid, and uncomfortable my whole stay.

A lady came to unplug the drain, which water would flow into the room within one minute of starting to shower. She was quick and left; I immediately checked the shower and found that it was still backed up and still flooded the room. So she fixed nothing and left within a couple minutes.

The shower lights barely worked and the tv didnt turn on either, just basic stuff that really shouldnt be an issue here.

Do not recommend this place, and I wish I didnt spend so much on the room with the terrace.

No se quede aqui! Sucio. El 28 de agosto llegamos al hotel después de volar por 9 horas y 5 de aeropuerto, me sorprendió mucho el estado del lobby. El señor trabajando en el front desk nos informó que era temprano y que nuestra habitación no estaba disponible. Dijo podíamos dejar las maletas y pasar al baño, en el 2do piso. El hotel está en muy mal estado, descuidado y sucio. El piso, las escaleras, las puertas , el ascensor, la alfombra manchada, paredes rotas, en fin necesita un equipo de limpieza y mantenimiento eficiente. No podíamos quedarnos a dormir en Mosaic cuando la falta de higiene y el descuido era muy obvia. Por mi experiencia en la industria hospitalaria esto era inaceptable.
La reservación la hice por las fotos website. Lo más importante era que el hotel fuera seguro y limpio para descansar y disfrutar mis vacaciones en Barcelona.
Me causó un ataque de ansiedad y pánico cuando no sabía donde dormiríamos esa noche. Había hecho la reserva con anticipación como es lo habitual. Le dije al empleado del front desk que no podíamos quedarnos hospedados ahí y el me dijo que tendría que cobrar por la primera noche. No quise causar problemas ni hacer un show porque habían otras personas presentes. Imaginen salimos del Mosaic y empezamos a caminar con maletas sin tener donde hospedarnos el stress que nos causó.

For the price, this hotel was not worth it, other than possibly the location, but there are many other hotels in same price range and location.

The staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful.

The room was small. Toilet area was super tight (and we aren't big people).

The hot water wasn't working the day we arrived (and we needed a hot shower) and the first morning. It wasn't until the second morning that we had hot water.

The shower leaked onto the floor of the room, quite substantially. And, there was a leak under the sink - where our towels were placed by the cleaning team.

The television remote stuck on the volume and some other keys.

The safe wouldn't lock.

We did inform the staff of all these issues.

My room was not cleaned when I arrived at 10.30 pm after a long travel day. As no other rooms were free the front desk clerk told me to deal with it. The next morning they said they would not refund me as I had slept in the room therefore using their service. They also would not reimburse my next two nights if I left as my booking was non refundable. One of the worst experiences at a hotel for this ridiculous price with no managers or contact information for anyone other than the front desk staff. I cannot believe these places get away with this type of behaviour strictly because there is such a high demand for accommodation in these tourist cities.

The air conditioning did not work. We stayed for three nights. The first night we were given a fan but it was still hot. The second night we were told it is working when it was 27 degrees or so in the room. Even in a different room it was the same issue. Heard other guests complaining too. The third night we had to change the room again at 3 am and we had to be awake at 6 am to catch a train to a different city 5 hrs away. Not only was the stay uncomfortable in the unbearable heat but we couldn’t get enough sleep which resulted in us not enjoying the 2nd city we had to get to due to being so tired. The hotel's reviews indicate that the air conditioner was not workint 10 days ago either, from other guests, yet they continue to deceive peoole by listing it as one of their amenities. We booked this specificslly because we wanted to be comfortable in the heat. Con artists.

We had a terrible experience, very bad customer service, rooms are very very small. Nothing like the pictures they shown.we're supposed to have bed for three people we had only for two we had a couch there that was very dirty and not set up at all, front desk was not helpful on anything we had to wait hours to get a iron for clothing, remarks of receptionists were very condescending, not a good place at all, you Expedia should take this place out of the system because I think they don't want tourists to be in Barcelona

We really enjoyed our stay at Mosaic by Ona. It’s a well-located city hotel, with plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés within easy walking distance. The location also worked well for our tours—pickup and dropoff were convenient.

The room wasn’t hugely spacious but perfectly fine for a family of three on a short holiday. Everything was clean and in working order. We had a small issue with the fridge on our first night, but the 24/7 reception team—especially Diego—were quick to help and got it sorted right away.

There’s no restaurant onsite, but that didn’t matter given how many good food options are nearby. Overall, a smooth, pleasant stay. We’d recommend it and would happily return.

Walking distance to the best shopping, and iconic locations. Great taperias close by, and just a few blocks further you can get to La Pepita (hands down the best of all only second to El Xampagnet which is located in the Gothic area)

Lovely hotel in centre of Las Ramblas. Lots of character and restaurants, bars, cafes & shops. We were in room 203 at front, with terrace. Big room, bathroom small but we are small people so suited us well.

A special mention goes to the receptionist who was working on Saturday morning (31 May). We didn’t get his name but he went out of his way to get a taxi to the cruise port for us after Uber left us waiting over 40 minutes so we ended up cancelling and unable to get a taxi quickly. He was excellent and so nice to help us out. On that basis alone we highly recommend the hotel & would stay again if/when we return to Barcelona.

We really liked this hotel, however, the shower drain in room 302 was clogged and the sink was also draining very slowly. We reported this when we arrived as my husband took a shower and the bathroom flooded. Some came and put a chemical down the drain and told us that he will send someone the next day to look at it. The following day the shower drain is still draining super slow and causing water to overflow outside the shower door. I don’t think anyone came to the room to fix it but we were only staying for a 3 nights so we just sucked it up and didn’t bother complain.

Having said that, they should really fix the drain in the shower and the sink to prevent future flooding and property damage.

We really loved our stay here. It was right in the middle of everything extremely easy to find wonderful restaurants and amazing shops. The staff were all very attentive. The highlight of this hotel is location-nice area surrounded by restaurants and cafes, easy access and walking distance to the main tourist destinations. However the room was very small and missing basic facilities like bin, hair dryer or simply a wardrobe with at least one shelf. The street is also quite noisy and windows very thin, every morning we were woken up by cleaning vehicles and motorbikes. The staff is very friendly and approachable.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Everything went good. It's a nice area for shopping and dining out. Walkable to the ramblas and Placa de Catalunya. Also well connected to other areas like El born, Gothic Quarter, Barceloneta.
Very clean.

Overall for the price of the hotel I expected alot more and was quite disappointed.
