Really liked our stay here. I read the reviews before booking and read about the noise and the cold showers etc, and yes it was a little noisy at times but nothing worth complaining about in my opinion. Decent location close to the metro station too. Barcelona is a great city. Apartment was clean and fresh and there are many supermarkets close by to pick up essentials on the way home if needed

Great property, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The view from the windows and balconies were great. The check in process was fast and the lady was amicable and helpful. The apartment location is very close to the metro stops which is great, but it is a bit far if you are looking to save money and walk to the tourist locations. The pizza place around the corner was amazing! We ate their almost every night due to the convenience.

A comfortable and convenient apartment.

Good 2 bed apartment with separate kitchen in a block of similar apartments. Check in was very friendly and efficient and a bonus was that I was able to check in earlier than the stated time as apartment was ready. Another great bonus here is luggage storage on checkout day so I could enjoy my final day on Barcelona without my case. Apartment was clean, convenient for the metro and comfortable. I would be happy to return.

Reception and power trip - need improvement

We had to wait for the reception to enter the property. It should be the other way around since it was stated in the ads that the reception was open during our arrival time.

There were power trips every morning and I had to switch on the power several times.

Gem of a find Apartment

Apartment Sata Sagrada was such a gem of a find. Lovely service from Erika on how to checkin and updates of the taxi strike.
The apartment was centrally located to Sagrada de la Familia, clean, fully equipped with good beds, kitchen items, linen, etc.
Only comment was that the front bedroom should have thicker drapes.

중심가에서 다소 멀어요 지하철 역이나 버스 정류장에선 멀지 않은데 교통비 감안하셔야할듯합니다
체크인은 빨리 해주셨고 체크아웃도 열쇠만 올려놓으면 되서 편했어요 집 커디션은 괜찮았는데 사진빨이 있어요 테라스는 구경도 못했습니다
비누나 샴푸있고 수건 넉넉하고 세탁기 건조까지 되서 편하게 썻습니다

Great location for a city and spacious

We stayed in a 2-bed with terrace - 2 x adults + 18 year old son. 5 minute walk to metro which takes you to the centre in 3 stops or carry on along the line to Barceloneta. 1km walk to Sagrada Familia and 15 minutes to Park Guell. Apartment really spacious for city centre and everything is provided. Staff couldn't do enough for us - printed off tickets, gave 'best bets' for travel/safety. If you have children WiFi is really good. You can walk anywhere from here - loads of good restaurants locally - check out the Indian just off Saint Joan and in the area up the hill from Sagrada Familia. Gracia area is worth a walk around if you've had enough of the hustle and bustle of central Barcelona. Thank you - we had a great stay - a special mention to Karina who was so helpful. Take up the offer of taxi transfer - were waiting at arrivals and picked us up promptly for return flight

Good apartment overall, really pleased with the stay. The communication from the hosts were fantastic before and during the stay. We did not have any issues at all and they let us expend our check out time right at the last minute. The apartment definitely has space for four, and is very clean.

The location was good, it depends what you want to do. It is quite far from the beach and the areas around there but really good if you want to see Tibidabo!

Excellent 2 bed apartment in great location

Really good location, just a 10 minute stroll from the Sagrada. The local shops were handy to get some late night arrival supplies for the morning.

The communications we received we above and beyond what I'd expected and transport to the apartment was arranged by the apartments. This was also on time and reasonably priced.

Once inside the apartments I was impressed at the cleanliness and comfort of the sofa and beds. I slept really well as did my 2 friends.

It is the kind of place you can go with friends for a chilled out weekend or with a SO or even family due to the noise restrictions they ask guests to adhere to between 10pm and 7am.

Highly recommended and I would return.

Family holiday, 2 adults and 2 big teenage sons.
Checked in after office closed. Very straight forward getting keys using keys safe and code that was emailed the previous day.
Apartment basic, but had what you needed, you need to pay more for luxury. We spent very little time in apartment.
Very good location, near metro, lots of little supermarkets and a few restaurants.
Excellent communication with owners, thorough email regaring check-in and out.
Safe neighborhood, slept fine no noise problems.

Great place to stay in Barcelona! You can go walk wherever you want! Its clean, comfortable, the internet its awesome😍, the only thing its they dont give us instructions for the check out, and nobody is in the office at any time so we dont know where we can put the keys! But this is the only issue! We highly recommend the apartments! We love our stay in Barça❤️ With my mom!

Good Location but management not helpful

The apartment was okay, it had a well-equipped kitchen, living room had AC, it had decent wifi. Some cons: AC was limited to the living room and there were no fans. So if you wanted air in the room, you either had to open the windows (where you would hear all of the street noise) or open your doors and wish AC from the living room would come in.

There was an incident during our trip that we wished management would have done something. Our friends used the washer and hung their clothes out in the clothesline to do their laundry. However, somebody from the higher floors spilled bleach and it spilled onto their clothes. Of course, their clothes got damaged. Our friend sent a long email to management about the incident and I also talked to them about it upon check-out. They said that they would do something about it but now (almost 1 week after check-out), we have not heard anything back from them. Very disappointing.

We enjoyed being close to the metro station called Joanic and reasonably close to the city and city tour bus pickup was very handy. Apartment was in a quite street and quite spacious and really well located near the Metro. However there were no double/queen beds only singles- disappointing. Only Spainish TV channels (no Sky or Fox etc). The TV was microscopically small. However the rooms were clean and the bathroom was great with plenty of hot water in the one we stayed in. The kitchen was very modern but no real oven (just a microwave with a grill type facility. Reasonable price though.

Hotel close to a metro station. Too Expensive!

The photos in the presentation are really different from the reality. Maybe these are photos of all of the apartments, but I was sure that each apartment has a balcony. I was wrong! When we arrived we were given an apartment without a balcony and we were assured that all was written in the offer.
We should pay 30 euro for late check-in. We arrived at 11 p.m. and the lady told us that one hour later we would have to pay 50 euro!!! The arrival time is not my fault - it's just the airplane schedule.

Barcelona apartment

Checking in on weekends or holidays is problematic, due to a security door, no one at the front desk, and making phone calls in Spain. The 2 bedroom apt was fine, but there was no oven and only one TV (none in bedrooms). Neighborhood was safe, with lots of transportation options (Taxi, bus, metro) and many great tourist venues nearby.

Lovely apartment - However was quite noisy

The apartment we got was very nice. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. One room had two singles pushed together (With 2 single blankets - So not ideal for a couple) and the other had a single bed with another mattress under it.

My only complaint would be the noise. The walls are very thin and apparently other who live in the apartment block love to shout and move tables around at obscure times in the morning/night. I would recommend ear plugs if you stay here!

The apartments are within a 5 minute walk of Joanic metro stop and there are plenty shops/cafes/bars near by.

The hotel (apartment) is well located, close to the Sagrada Familia Church and the Park Guell. There is a metro station 5 minutes walk. The area is residential and very quiet. The hotel (apartment) is comfortable and has sufficient household items for you prepare a breakfast or other meals.
The staff is pleasant and attentive.
I recommend.

great place to stay. it had 2 bedrooms kitchen with all the basics a TV and a table for 4 people. It was a bit confusing to get to as the map does not really match where it is. you can get off at Sagrada Familia or Joanic (closer)... both are kinda uphill to the apartment. You have metros relatively close and supermarket and pharmacy close by nice restaurants/ bars in the area. and a great AC for hot summer days! clean rooms great stay will definitely use again

Great value for money, nice location

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space. Only 15 mins walk to Sagrada Familia in a quiet area. Air-conditioning was very useful. The only problem that we had was that the kitchen had no basics in it so had to buy oil, salt, pepper, aluminium foil etc.

Nice neighborhood; easy to access via metro.

It got a bit loud in the night with motorcycles driving by, but that is the norm in the area. As stated, no clean up/room service, but the rooms were fine when we arrived & clean. It is spacious and was easy to spread out. TV is only in living area, and not in the two bedrooms, if that bothers anyone.

Roomy, clean hotel but need to take metro.

Located 6 blocks from Sagrada Familia but the main attractions of Barcelona are located by Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas where you have to take the metro to get there.

The hotel though is very roomy (2 bedrooms and living room) and clean and has a kitchen stocked with plates, utensils, fridge, microwave, toaster and oven. Supermarket, restaurants and food stores are located a couple of blocks away.

So its a balance of location or hotel amenities. We were in Barcelona only for 3 days and if I were to do it again, I would pick a hotel near the Plaza Catalunya so as not to waste time commuting. But if you have a lot of time and want a place to decompress after a day of touring and don't mind the metro rides, then this is a great hotel.

It was out of town which we knew and were ok about. This apartment was really basic. Lacked any niceties. The toilet leaked at the base and started to smell really bad at the end of the stay. The walls in the kitchen looked grubby. It was good to have a washer and drier and also a little courtyard out the back.

Noisiest apartment ever

This is an apartment rental which I have used numerous times in other cities, but this one was in a building that had a number of the apartments rented on a nightly basis. Not sure if that contributed to the noise, but slamming doors, people running up and down the stairs, yelling from one floor to another, certainly didn't lend itself to a nice relaxing stay.

Apartments Sagrada Familia area is located near Sagrada Familia. I can reach the Cathedral by walk.
The apartment clean and comportable and fully equipped. But some eqipments are inconcevenient to use. For example, to ignite a gas stove, a match is needed, it,s very unfamiliar to me. So it's better to notice a direction near a gas stove. And a washer and dryer is not operated according to the manual. Even though the staff gave a direction, iy did not wotk as she said. and as a detergent was not provided, I have to wandered to find a supermaket to buy it.

It was a very clean and simple apartment with basic ammenities, located in a neighborhood with local little shops and market, you will feel like you live in Barcelosa (felt very safe). A bit of a walk for the Sagrada and Guell Park, but very feasible for walk lovers (8-10 blocks). Very close to the metro Joniac (2 blocks). It is perfect for a group of 2-4 people, and the use of the kitchen allows simple prepared home meals. It is perfect for a stay longer than a couple of days when you are not in a tight schedule to visit all tourist attractions.

Great if you get the right apartment.

Stayed in the 2 bed/ 2 pax apartment (floor2, apt2) which was smaller and scruffier than those pictured - serious need of an update. Staff inc cleaners very friendly and helpful. Location on quiet street out of the city center but reasonable walk to the metro - front door to Playa Catalunya in less than 30 mins. Some internal noise from hallways and other apts - but OK late at night. Would recommend but only in the larger, updated apartments.

Had to contact the apartments as soon as I arrived in Barcelona. However I had the wrong directions to the location, so I was really late to arrive. The employee was there to meet me, and was most gracious, and had us complete all necessary paperwork. We had no issues with the facility. Loved the location. In a neighborhood, but within walking distance to commercial places. Groceries, restaurants, metro, all within easy walking distance of the unit.

Хорошие аппартаменты, до площади Каталонии минут 30 пешком, недалеко от метро и Саграды. Шумоизоляция как и везде, в первые дни сверху были шумные соседи - обратился к администрации - они с ними поговорили и дальше было нормально.

Das Appartmenthaus ist ruhig in einer Seitenstrasse gelegen.Die Innenstadt und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut mit öffenlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.Viele kleine Kaffees und Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe.Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Ausspannen.Wir kommen gern wieder.

Hvis du kun skal sove der er det fint nok.

Det fungerede fint med nøgleboksen, så vi så aldrig noget personale. Selve lejligheden kunne godt forbedres. Det ville være rart med et gardin der kunne trækkes for i soveværelset. Overfor kunne man se lige ned i soveværelset,så det var ubehageligt, når der var lys tændt, at der ikke var noget gardin. Det samme gælder stuen. Selve lejligheden var meget sparsomt møbleret. Der kunne bo 4 personer, men en sofa til fire personer og fire plasticstole og et spisestuebord er ligesom ikke nok. Men en dejlig terrasse godt møbleret.

El hotel estuvo bien, sin embargo el ingreso al mismo estaba programado para las 15:00 y el apartamento no lo entregaron a las 17:30 sin brindar un espacio para la espera de la entrega de la habitación, solo nos dijeron que volviéramos mas tarde que aun no estaba limpia, lo cual es terrible despues de un viaje que te hagan esperar para la entrega

Kotoisa hotelli sopivasti syrjässä melusta

Huoneemme oli kotoisa ja pidimme siitä erittäin paljon! Huoneessa olisi ehkä voinut olla enemmän ruuantekovälineitä (esim pannuja jne). Mielestämme hotelli sijaitsi mukavalla paikalla, sillä se oli vähän syrjäisemmässä muista meluista, mutta kuitenkin metropysäkki oli lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä.

joanic 역에서 10분 가량 걸어가야하지만 주택/회사촌이라 그런지 밤에 걸어가도 안전했어요.
늦게 체크인을 했는데 번호키를 누르고 들어가는 게 편했습니다.
웬만한 관광지 역들하고 가까운 편입니다. 사그라다 파밀리아까지 10~15분 내로 걸어갈 수 있는 거리에요. 그라시아 역까지 같은 호선이고 전철로 10분 정도 걸린 거 같네요.
다만 저희 방은 윗층의 쿵쾅거림이 좀 들렸는데 방음이 아주 잘 되는 편은 아닌 거 같아요. 바디워시나 샴푸는 없었습니다.
프론트 데스크 직원 분 친절했습니다.

Le logement était d'une propreté irréprochable, cependant l'appartement est assez loins des monuments (15mn pour la sagrada familia, et 20mn pour le parc Guel).
Pour le reste il faut prendre le métro (à 5mn à pieds).
L'appartement était fonctionnel mais assez bruyant à la seconde moitié du séjour du fait de groupes dans les appartements voisins.

La localisation exacte est loin de plus de 20 min à pied de la Sagrada. Loin de l'agitation touristique. Peut de restaurants mais quelques boulangeries sympa... Si temps froid il y a très peu de chauffage, un seul dans la chambre principal les autres pièces donc chambre d'enfant deviennent glaciales pendant la nuit. Mal insonorisé, on entend très bien les autres locataires. Car c'est 5 appartements dans un immeubles où vivent des gens pendant toute l'année. Le personnel d'accueil est charmant et disponible par téléphone si besoin.

Dejligt ophold i lille hyggelig lejlighed med god mulighed for selv at sørge for morgenmad i det lille køkken. Super venlig og sød modtagelse. Området lige omkring lejligheden var lidt kedelig, meget små gader uden specielt meget aktivitet, men kun 800 m derfra lå sagrada familia og 1200 m (godt nok op af bakke hele vejen) lå park güel. Metro tæt på lejligheden så man på kun få minutter kunne køre ind til la Rambla. Dejligt ferie:-)

溫馨的套房獲得舒適休息

住宿位於住宅區，治安很好，晚上回家很ok，鄰近有三間超市，位置到景點搭地鐵或公車算方便，設備完整，還有洗衣機;不過line4在passeing de gracia站轉車要走很久,儘量避開。公寓員工很幫忙，非常感謝她，離開時直接搭計程車到機場約莫32-35歐。

お部屋も清潔で、キッチンの設備もしっかりしてて、５日間の滞在、凄く快適に過ごせました◎
元々、自炊をするつもりだったので、調味料を持って行ってたので、キッチン道具が揃ってて、しかも食器洗いの道具も準備されてたので、ホントに何不自由なかったです◎
ので、自炊される方は心得てると思いますが、調味料はご持参で◎
また、サグラダファミリアにも歩いて行けますし、大きめのスーパーも近くにあります◎
旅行雑誌に載ってるようなレストランも歩いて行けて、ホントに私には好条件の宿でした◎
強いてマイナスなところは、シャワーヘッドがあまり綺麗ではなく、圧も弱いです◎
そして、シングルベットが２つ並んでいるので、出来ればダブルベッドだったらもっと良かったと思います◎

スペイン初心者は絶対やめた方がいい

メールもしましたが、このアパートメントを選んだ最大の理由がサグラダファミリアから1番近いということだったのに地図とは全く違う場所(7ブロックも上）で、サグラダファミリア駅から20分以上、しかも坂道を歩くのは50代の女性には厳し過ぎました。初めて行くにはわかり難い場所で周りに店も無く女性にはおすすめしません。レイトチェックインをメールで知らせていたのに電話で場所を聞いても住所を繰り返し教えてくれるだけでした。4泊しましたが一度も掃除をしてもらえず、タオルの交換も無し、シャワーは固定位置が高過ぎて届かずシャワーの切り替えボタンが緩くて手で握ってないと使えませんでした。中庭付きとのことでしたがもちろん指定は出来ないので付いてない部屋でした。値段が安いこと位しか良いところはない様です。

Op foto's ziet het we wat anders uit wij hadden en kamer waar we geen uitzicht hadden ook is het appartement verstopt in een straatje,je moet ver lopen om midden in de stad te komen het appartement zag er verder wel netjes uit.

Det va hemsk dålig info. Fick nycklarna 01:20 på natten ... Ett par till för Norge hade samma problem, fick noll Info ifrån de från Spanien, kartor stämde inte, de svarar inte telefon mm. Inte nöjd med deras service, men lägenheten var mkt fin , ren å mysig . Tyvärr!

Wir waren 4 Tage in Barcelona und haben das Appartement wirklich genossen. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden für ein super Frühstück und auch wenn man kochen will gibt es auch Backofen und Mikrowelle . Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist bis zur Sagrada Familia und es passen bei diesem appartemment gut 6 Personen rein.

Emplacement très bien. Equipements top. Propreté impeccable. Attention !! pour toute arrivée tardive, un surcout de 30€ vous sera demandé: du coup on a pris un taxi de l'aéroport qui nous a couté 30€ pour l'éviter: on a économisé en fatigue et transfert. Gros probleme d'insonorisation ... si vous avez des voisins peu scrupuleux du respect des autres, c'est vraiment génant.
