I would like to make a complaint about the hotel. The shower had a leak from the bathroom ceiling. It kept me awake the final night in the hotel. The main hotel door got smashed and the next day they patched up with weak wood boards and there is no staff all night at all. I was so scared for my life.
Also for the breakfast eaters… there is nothing.
I would never recommend.

It’s not very transport friendly and it’s very remoted from the city centre of Barcelona. 40-50 with traffic

Estuve toda mi estadía sin aire acondicionado y nunca me lo arreglaron ni me cambiaron de habitación porque según ellos no tenían disponible, la piscina no esta funcionando ni el restaurante según esta cerrado hasta agosto además la gente de front desk trabaja de 8 a 1 ya después no hay nadie que te pueda ayudar, además queda bastante lejos de Barcelona honestamente puedes conseguir algo por el mismo precio con mayor calidad en otra parte.

This is a €40 per night sort of place. Don't pay more, it's not worth it. Has underground parking which is safe for motorcycles. This is its main plus for me. Rooms are very tired, but clean. It's an ok place to get your head down for a night or two.

It is difficult to award this building anything other than 2 stars. The bed linen was extremely clean, the bed was large as was the bathroom and the cleaner did an excellent job. However on arriving at the property there is no proper reception area, it is just a table in a foyer, it is only staffed from 9 -2, you cannot check in until 3pm so this of very little help, even when I raised the problem we had, as we checked out, they just nodded and had very little interest in apologising or offering any explanations. We arrived just after 3pm. At least a dozen people had been unable to check in using the machine, nor could I. Every person wanting to check in had to ring a Spanish number to get a code; this meant the phone line was tied up for some time. After an hour I was able to get through I was given a code for the machine to check in and get our keyless entry card which then allowed us access to the car park. However when we got to our room, although the cleaner was in the hallway she had not cleaned our room and it had not been prepared for us. She was very good and immediately left the room she was working on to do ours. We went away for half an hour and finally at around 4.40 we were able to access the room. There are no facilities to eat food within the building, the TV remote did not work and the room is very \"tired\". We were only staying for 1 night so we put up with it, but I cannot recommend it.

Need 24 hours check in. Very hard to identify the hotel. There is very small sign board and I have to ask the people to find the hotel. I took metro to reach there. If I went there at night, I would be no where and wandering around.

Not worth it. Pay more for better.

The outside of the hotel should have been a sign that it wasn't gonna be good. Bad looking street view lead to a make shift lobby with a single desk and laptop for check-in. The gal working the front was friendly and super helpful but that was the best part. The room was decent size and beds were ok but upon opening the mini fridge, there was mold all over it. No way i was gonna store my stuff in there.

Does not look anything like it’s pictures. Pool was absolutely filthy and the room itself is like a box, pictures make it look much bigger than it is. Lift would constantly get stuck in certain floors and does not help when you are claustrophobic. Roof of the room was covered in damp and also damaged furniture in the room. On the last night I actually got stuck in the bathroom as the lock jammed and had to use force to open the door. Lighting was also really bad in the room, constantly felt like I was in darkness. Disappointing stay would not do it again

Non-smoking rooms not enforced

We've stayed in this hotel a couple of times before and liked it very well. However this time, we were disappointed. The rooms are supposed to be non-smoking. When we entered the room, the window was wide open and we did not notice the cigarette smell. However, during the evening and in the middle of the night, we had the impression of sleeping in an ash tray. By the time it started to bother us, the hotel staff had already gone. I'm not sure that we'll be staying here again, although the location is perfect (on the AP7 and near Barcelona) and gated parking is free (first come, first served).

Booking in was terrible and we were given a double bed and no bath. That being said, they changed room for a triple with a bath.
Very impersonal at check in, had to go away and come back at exactly 1600 to check in to a computer!! If this is the future, you can keep it!

After 24 hours traveling from US, our hotel was no bigger than a stamp. No washcloths. Not cream rinse. In addition it cost approximately 100 Euros from the airport and approximately 100 to the dock for our cruise. No activities in the area just a grocery store and some fly ridden coffee shops. The desk attendant was very nice and helpful. I would hire her but not the hotel.

Locale was good. Short walk to bus services and not terribly far from town center and train station. Pool was terrible. Very small and was filled with leaves, branches, and dead bugs for most of our 1 week stay. The first day we attempted to enjoy the pool we saw the filth. 3 days later we attempted again and it was still nasty. We submitted a maintenance ticket with front desk and the next day it was still disgusting. The rooms also were outdated in terms of electronics. The TV definitely older and there was no microwave. There was also no outlets bedside. The AC was finicky, and to make it worse, it also required the key card to be inserted into a main switch to be on meaning you couldn't keep the room cool upon return.

Good for Montmelo circuit

The hotel gives you a clean ensuite room big enough for a couple of nights with fairly easy access to the circuit at Montmelo and Barcelona, with trains being excellent. We used the local bus and taxis called from the rank at Mollet SAN Fost station on arrival. There are a few bars & restaurants in walking distance, shops to get water etc. Could do with a bar open on an evening in the hotel but it is possible to survive a stay as there are local bars.

Would like to start off by saying that I’m usually not a person to leave bad reviews, but highly recommend to NOT book this hotel. Most of the elevators were not working. Everything looked like it was falling apart. The hotel smelled like cigarettes really bad, to the point where my husband could not sleep. I kept coughing due to the smell of cigaretttes. The heater was not working and it was freezing. Putting the heater actually made the cold air blow and the beds were not comfortable. The pictures looked so much nicer than what the hotel was. Also, this hotel was very far from Barcelona city. The train was about 20 mins walking, less by car/taxi. One night of our stay, we kept calling the front office because we needed assistance- it was around 23:30 [11:30 pm] and we had gotten off the train to go to the hotel. We called at least 5 times and no one answered- never called a hotel at that time in where they didn’t pick up. We were calling for assistance to be able to grab a taxi to be able to get to the hotel since our GPS was not working. The front desk never answered our call. We finally arrived at the hotel about an hour later. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Better off getting Air bnb.

First of all, do not think the breakfast is complimentary. We were never notified that it was an extra fee. We got hit with an unexpected $60 at checkout and had no idea as to why.

Next, I know this hotel has at least 11 floors. That’s 11 floors of people staying there. The parking deck has 16 spots for cars. That’s it. When we called to ask about parking when the hotel spots were full, we were told to “just find somewhere on the street to park”. We ended up parking 4 blocks away and getting a parking ticket.

Also know that if you’re going into Barcelona, you’re going to have a decent way to go on the train. A ride to the airport is 77 Euros.

The staff was nice.

Hotel rooms needs refurbished. Old furniture and soiled walls. 🙁 Room had an unpleasant smell and ac did not work properly. I reported it to reception on 2 occasions who informed me they would get a technician to look at it. Nothing was done.

No drink facilities in the hotel from 11:00 am onwards. Not even coffee or water. Pool was dirty and small.

This is not a hotel for a holiday. Nothing to do here, it is a Spanish speaking village with coffee shops and 2 supermarkets, you will need a car to travel for amenities outside the village.

Really reasonable price but out of the way

I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you are planning on visiting Barcelona, £40 Euro’s at least each trip. However we downloaded the City Mapper App Which directed us to the local metro station Mollet Santa Rosa. About a 20 minute walk from hotel. Then a 30 minute journey on the train. So it is so able however only if you are active and don’t mind walking in the heat!

Hotel itself is pleasant, rooms aren’t that welcoming but we were out all day until late and up early in the morning so it was ok for us.

Great Hotel, but Far From the City

This hotel was phenomenal! My only advice is, if you are planning to spend the majority of your time in Barcelona, plan accordingly. The nearest Renfre Station is a 20 minute walk. The bus depending on the route is either a 17 minute or 5 minute walk. If you arrive late at night, have a taxi pick you up at Mollet-St. Fos or Mollet Santa Rosa, about 10 Euros. If you have a flight early in the morning you will spend about 70 euros for a taxi. The bus ride into the city is about 45 minutes. Great Hotel, just not the most convenient location. If my flight was arriving early am or afternoon and leaving 10ish am or there after I would stay here in a heartbeat!

Came for a short break to experience the culture of Barcelona. The hotel was very comfortable and I cannot fault it. The only downfall is the distance from the city centre, as it’s around a 30 minute walk to the train station, and then a 20-30 minute train ride to Passeig de Gràcia, near to La Rambla. However, for the money you are saving, if you don’t mind walking, it’s well worth it. Also, the hotel is in a lovely village called Mollet del Vallès, where you can experience local culture, also having a large supermarket opposite for convenience. Overall I would recommend!

The hotel is right off the freeway which is convenient if you rent a car. The hotel is not accessible by metro. There is a train but it is a far walk to hotel with luggage. The room was very clean. The staff are not rude, but they are not as helpful as i would have liked them to be.

You really do get what you pay for

I liked the Balcony except for seeing naked people every 5 seconds
I liked the area very very good location a 45 minute bus journey to the airport 2 mins from restaurants
There is no carpet so at night the floor is very cold
The bathroom has mould I showered with my flip

You pay for your WiFi €5 a day per device yes you pay for only one device
THE BED IS HORRIBLE THE WORST BED I HAVE EVER SLEPT ON
the sheets are thin obviously because it’s a hot country but they wasn’t even a duvet it was just a duvet cover the bed was sooooooo uncomfortable I hated it and so did my friend they provide one pillow that is thin
I liked the tv in the room I watched my English programmes

The staff are horrible they didn’t clean the room throughout our stay and shouted at me and my friend because we asked for Wifi
Don’t bother going to the pool area it’s filthy and the lift is very small can only fit 2 people and their small luggage maximum
The bar provides dirty cups and yeah over all you get what you pay for a room
Overall it was clean but not comfortable at all
The bathroom is dirty and the bed is almost impossible to sleep on
Also the lighting is terrible girls don’t expect to take any nice mirror pictures in the bathroom or bedroom
I think this hotel would be a lot better if it had more types of rooms if it had a set of luxury rooms that had a nice bed and free Wifi that would be good

Elegant hotel in Mollet

I arrived in this hotel from El Prat airport by taxi. The hotel is big and thus easy to find. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about Mollet, Barcelona, and the commute between the two towns and the airport, which can be quite handy. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

Pleasant ,quiet area but hotel was a 25 minute walk to train station. Then 40 minute journey to centre. Most of staff were helpful, with the exception of one, who came across quite rude and unwelcoming. The room spacious and very clean, shame no tea or coffee making facilities. Very reasonably priced and good food at Chinese restaurant next to hotel.

Moto GP weekend

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. We were staying in mollet st valles for the Moto GP. We were very happy with all aspects of the hotel. The area is quite and seems safe. We walked through the town from the train station which is a half hour walk and felt totally safe. The trains are very cheap and easy to use. The room was small but adequate. Breakfast was plentiful and nice. Staff were friendly and approachable. One of the staff was helping me with my Spanish and I with his English which was a lot better than my Spanish. I would definatly stay there again next year when I return.

Breakfast option was to a very basic for the price we paid. It would be nice if there is more variety each day with breakfast.

Also was hard to communicate with hotel staff, as most including the receptionist did not speak English which was disappointing, however they were very polite i must say.

It's 20 to 30 minutes from the city

The beach is 15 min from the city which is down town. This hotel is 30 min from the city but we enjoyed taking the bus then train, whuch is a 5 min walk to the bus stop.. This hotel offers breakfast, from 7 to 11 which is good, but once you leave the room, you cannot enter the room again or you will be charged again 8.5 Euros. I wanted to go back for coffee and I was informed i would be charged even if i was just getting coffee.

Very convenient and excellent price.

Hotel is 15 minute walk to one train station and a 30 minute walk to another train stations. Both a 25 minute train ride from Plaza Catalunya and the center of Barcelona. Very safe and with good restaurant options. If you have a car, you can drive to the train stations and park for free nearby, then take the train to the city.

Can't really complain for $35!

I needed to focus $35 and hide from distractions, served it's purpose. Was very annoyed that there were no outlets near the bed, weird in this day and age. Otherwise, for $35, I can't complain.

Basic but all there...

A very basic hotel. Poorly signposted, the sign is on the roof!
nearby is supermarkets and bars and restaurants.
The bed was very hard and something could be done about that.
