The pool terrace was closed which was very unfortunate as the children wanted to swim. I had room 411 which was very spacious, bed was comfortable no complaints apart from it not having coffee facilities. However, we were part of a larger groups who stated our room was much nicer than there’s.

The room was overall very clean, except the plastic rim of the shower door was full of mold. I brought it to the attention of the reception desk, where they proceeded to take a picture of the picture I had taken, and I assumed it would be cleaned that same day. I stayed there about five days and it was never cleaned.

I liked everything! Safe area, nice area, super friendly staff and accomodating to my needs and schedules. Great restaurant for all your meals. Different menu and delicious options for lunch every day. Walking distance to main attractions and restaurants. Churches and museums 5 minutes walk. Excellent location. I will definitely come back!

Great location with shops and restaurants nearby. Public transport was also very easy to catch as there was metro and bus station around. The hotel also has a restaurant above if you need to dine in. The only problem we had was getting an iron seemed to be a problem but overall the stay was great.

Sabadell and Urpi go hand in hand.

For the amount of money they charge, this place should be about twice as good as it is, it is comfy but should be upscale and it is definitely not, creaky bed, faulty lights, mouldy fridge, faulty safe, dull reception.
Sabadell is flat out mega boring with little to do, so prices should be adjusted accordingly.

Wonderful cafe on first floor. It is a large building with a lot of stone hallways with interesting artworks hanging on the walls. However during the winter the temperatures inside are very chilly because they do not heat the hallways, and my room temperature was 63 degrees, so I had to keep running the small wall heater all day and night to get up to 69 degrees to sleep.

Good unassuming family run. Hotel which is the oldest in Saba dell. Some parts are a bit tired but it has a quirkiness of its own. Has a very good roof terrace, drinks are double that of ground floor bar but it is still cheap and a waiter service. Enjoyed the stay and will use again.

Hotel telephone number that was provided by yourselves was never answered by hotel staff, I tried to contact them on 7 separate occasions. My flight was cancelled and I had to make alternative travel arrangements, which meant that I arrived 12 hours late, by which time the hotel had re-let my reservation to another client. After a prolonged conversation they found an other room to honor my reservation.

La targeta de la habitación se desconfigura a menudo y tuvimos que cambiar de habitación porque la 101 no funcionaba el A.A. y nos trasladamos a la 408 mucho ruido del exterior y la bañera tuvieron que destaponarla se quedó fijo .

Wir haben in einem zentral gelegenen Hotel übernachtet, das über einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz verfügte. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren fußläufig erreichbar, und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Die Fahrt nach Barcelona mit dem Auto dauerte etwa 30 Minuten.

J'ai pris une chambre supérieure résultats elle n'était vraiment pas exceptionnel. Le nettoyage dans la salle de bain surtout contre les murs n'étaient pas terrible. Mais le plus grave la climatisation très vieille ne refroidissait pas la chambre on a dû dormir les fenêtres ouvertes c'était pas terrible étant donné que la chaleur à ce moment-là était importante, la piscine est plutôt une pataugeoire très petite 70 cm de profondeur. Par contre la brasserie en bas avec la terrasse et très très bien et très agréable

Mala experiencia

Para empezar llegamos y me faltaba un céntimo para no cambiar un billete y la dije a la recepcionista a ver si me lo perdonaba y me dijo que no que tenía que ir a la cafetería a por el,mi marido encontró 5 céntimos en su cartera y me dijo la recepcionista ahora me perdonas tú los 4 céntimos, me pareció fatal, la piscina estaba abierta si, sin cafetería pq no había nadie que te atienda si tienes sed, a las 5 llegó una camarera y 5:30 nos dijo a todos que nos teníamos que vestir que ya no se podía estar en el agua ni tomando sol en bikini, algo que me parece q hacia calor y gente con niños. Las habitaciones mal, armario sin puertas, ni una nevera, las almohadas dos pequeñas y bajas, así que te dolía todo el despertar. En mi opinión no volveremos. Trato malo.

Todo genial menos el trato de uno de los empleados del turno se noche, el cual no dejó entrar a mi chico cuándo salió a fumar a las 1:50h de la noche. Mi chico le quiso dar el DNI para que viera y se confirmase que estaba alojado y el hombre no quiso cogerle el DNI. Le pidió la llave de la habitación pero no se la pudo dar ya que yo estaba en la habitación descansando y esperando a que mi chico subiese de fumar. Me hizo bajar y nos habló de malas formas y amenazó a mi chico de hacerlo fuera del hotel sin ningún motivo. Tampoco nos gustó el tono en el que nos habló.
También comentar que a la hora de hacer el check-in y apuntar nuestros nombres en la ficha, apuntaron el mío dos veces, en vez de el mío y el de mi chico. Mala gestión.
