Wonderful hotel with great staff, amenities and location. We especially like all the little details in the rooms, the soft beds and even the lobby has some chic. Everything you need is on Rue Abesses and two useful metro stations are very close. Book the suite with Eiffel Tower views for one of the best value rooms in Paris. We always stay here now.

The room was mostly clean, the shower was moldy and not completely clean at the edges. The showers will leak water into the bathroom so you will need to put towels at the shower door so it won't leak. Be mindful when you check out as they tried to add more charges for breakfast on to my stay. If you don't pay attention, you will be charged for services you did not use.

Terrass boasts an amazing location, with Eiffel Tower and Montmartre Cemetery views from some rooms. The room interior is lux - the perfect balance of old Paris charm with with modern amenities. All staff are super friendly, helpful, and attentive, especially Emilie! Don't miss out on the view and great drinks from the rooftop bar! Location is excellent -off the main tourist routes in Montmartre but close enough to get to the best spots, and near 2 metro stations. Room was surprisingly quiet. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful long weekend staying at Terrass Hotel. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, from the staff at reception to the restaurant and bar staff, as well as the room cleaning team. Everyone went out of their way to help us, all with a smile on their faces.
The rooms were really good as well, all very clean and the beds very comfortable. And the location meant it was really easy to explore Montemartre, we really enjoyed following the walking guide on the link provided by the hotel.

Beautiful location! Inexperienced staff. Dismal room service and a tragic lack of proper concierge services. For example, how to get great tickets, get last-minute reservations, suggest the hidden gems, etc. Very clean and perfect for a visitor who has their days well-planned already.
As a seasoned Canadian world traveller, I was shocked by the disconnect of this vibrant, polite, well-intended staff of twenty-somethings with skills for a hostel or chain hotel, but lacking for the Terrass. Excellent english skills by everyone, however.
The dining experience was okay, but the restaurant became a selection of appetizers and tacos on the open air bar at night. I wish the front desk has experience to suggest an alternate or even get a car. Expect to self-serve and Uber here.
The view from our room was good, the neighborhood is upbeat with some decent restaurants nearby. We loved the little patio and the large double windows we could open and look out.
The bathrooms were modern and clean with frosted glass panels set in metal frames. Unfortunately, the showers only offer a hand-held sprayer with low pressure. The heated towel rack and oversize towels were great.
The bedding was very good with high quality, clean sheets and comfortable beds. This was a plus.
TV options were limited to local cable channels and the Chromecast didn’t work for us, so bring a book or iPad. The rooms are generous with great furniture and artistic elements. It was nice how clean things were.

The hotel was in a great location in Montmartre. The accommodations were a bit tight but comfortable, and the staff was terrific. The rooftop restaurant and bar were great, with a fantastic view, but a bit pricey. The only issue was that the shower water wasn't hot; it was warm, but not hot. Our friends in the other room said the same. However, this would not deter me from staying again. Overall, a great place to stay in Paris!

For example, when I arrived into the room, there was no electricity. In north America there is no electricity issue. You arrive into the room, the lights are on. First time I arrived into my room, it was 20:00 p.m, The room was dark and no way to find what shall I do. So back to the reception to ask for help.

The views from the restaurant for breakfast are wonderful. The breakfast was spectacular and I would go back just to have it again. The room was clean and decorated in a nice way. The area is walkable (15 mins to Sacre Coeur) and there are lots of restaurants and little shops nearby. The staff was quite responsive to requests and that was appreciated.

Fantastic location and beautifully appointed. We had a balcony room with a view of the Eiffel Tower - more a glimpse, really, and the balcony door was broken so we couldn’t use it….on that basis, I don’t know that the view/balcony was worth the extra cost. Spotlessly clean and housekeeping did a brilliant job of maintaining the room during our stay. Close to dozens of restaurants, bars, boulangeries and sights in Montmartre. We filled three busy but relaxing days without leaving the butte. It was a little noisy at night as we expected in a location like this, but basic earplugs meant we had a great sleep every night. Our only criticism is the rooftop bar and restaurant - while the view is magnificent, the staff seem to seat people (especially hotel guests perhaps?) in the back corner, as far as possible from the outlook. The service was very poor, our only experience of the stereotypical rude French staff. Very expensive for average quality food and drink - with so many other options locally, don’t bother.

The place was amazing from the staff, starting with Sebastian who went above and beyond to help us. Our room was beautiful and we had a view of the Eiffel Tower. At dinner, on the rooftop restaurant the manager took extra care that I could eat even with my long list of allergies. It is also located right next to shopping and restaurants. Absolutely amazing hotel!!

My view was obstructed due to hotel hallway was too dark. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Jeanne front desk was outstanding with her great customer service. The only downside is the elevator is very small and there is no closet. I will definitely stay there again.

My son stayed at the hotel with 3 friends and absolutely adored it. They did everything they could to make his stay perfect. My son said it was the nicest hotel he’s ever stayed in and everyone was helpful and kind. In particular one of the staff called David went out of his way to make their stay perfect. The terrace bar with view over Paris was fantastic.My husband celebrated his birthday while we were there. they gifted a bottle of wine with a lovely note in our room which was a very nice touch. Close to multiple metro stations, lots of nice bars and restaurants in an area we felt very safe. It’s a great spot.
Only scored a 4 in a couple of places as the fitness room was tiny. Spin bike and some free weights but no real space to work out. We were advised the yoga studio is closed for summer as there was some construction happing.
