The breakfast items were mostly high in sugar. For a diabetic like me there were mot many options. After my initial feed back regarding the services, it seemed things did improve. The front desk staff were friendly and smiled. For customers it is very important that staff are friendly and polite. Overall I would rate the property and services very highly! If I came to this area again I would definitely stay here! The only draw back was walking the stairs to your bedroom which I found very incovenient. The rest was 👌👌👌👌👌

Excellent stay in business duplex - convenient train station (10 mins walk) to centre of Barcelona and close to major roads to Barcelona/Girona if driving. Excellent air conditioned (high quality air conditioner) apartment cleaned daily - apartment wifi does need improving and the kitchen could have more utensils/toaster/kettle as standard. Requests to front desk actioned quickly. Parking on-site but can get busy after 9pm.

What an amazing place to stay at in Rubí ! Only 30 minute by car and 1 hour by train to Barcelona. Most of the staff we interacted with spoke both spanish and english which was helpful. Room service available everyday and the a/c is such a nice addition during the summer months !! Pool is super nice too. Best addition Park Sedo has, is that it’s super affordable, you’ll spend more on transport but for what you pay the place is fantastic.

The staff were superb amd the complex was quiet & clean. The kocation of the hotel is not ideal for shopping and variety of dining, although there is a small cafè & restaurant 2 blocks away. The cafè onsite is ipen aroumd 7am but closes at around 10am... may provide room dervice though and delivery can be ordered through Glovo

The room was impeccably clean, with a friendly staff and a 15-minute walk to the subway. The breakfast buffet was okay, but it could have had more of a selection, such as pancakes, waffles, bacon and sausage. While the amenities listed on Expedia included a laundry facility, the property did not have one. However, they offered laundry service for $18.00 a bag. Very disapointing since this was the main reason we chose it. The property also charges $2 for bottled water as they do not have a water fountain or ice machine. Bring your own washclothes as they do not supply them. Overall the stay was great.

Just keep in mind this is Aparthotel. There are residents with dogs and motorcyles that were coming and going at all sorts of hour. But what it lacks in noise, it compensated by it's staff, especially Ana and Manuel! They went above and beyond each time I asked for help.
Also it is a couple of train rides from all the major sites in Barcelona in case you are not renting a car.
There are not a lot of restaurants to choose from either. So if you want good food and wine eat while you are out site seeing.

Booked a room wirh 3 beds，it was spacious. A stair case leading to the master bedroom on the 2nd floor procides privacy. Room was very clean. All appliances worked as expected. The staff at frontdesk were exceptional, polite, helpful. One promised she would provide details of public transit info when we came down. We met another staff as she was done her shift. She wrote down all the info and handed over to the next shift. The next staff tries her very best to?explain to us in English. This made our day! We like the location of this hotel. It is located at suburb residential area. Safe. A train station is10-15 min walk away, 2-3 euro and about 35-40 minutes you are right at Barcelona downtown core.

Geweldige service, top medewerkers, zelfs een parapluie voor de gasten om te lenen als het regent. Super parkeerruimte onder in het hotel met lift en/of trap naar boven. Het restaurant is geweldig...grote porties, een Michelinster waardig, zeker met de prijzen (tarieven) die in dit restaurant gevoerd worden. Ontbijtbuffet echt een aanrader.
Enkele suggesties: er ontbrak een nachtkastje in onze kamer 127, alsmede een pas-spiegel in de kamer. De roereieren bij het ontbijt zijn van een soort instant eierpoeder gemaakt...en de vruchtensappen zijn niet vers, en veel te zoet. Voor de rest was alles perfect.

it worthes for the price especially as it has the free covered parking undergroung.

We were flippantly told that the AC was not working, but it’s Spain so it’s all good. It wasn’t all good. There was no air flow without leaving the door standing open. There were so many ants on the patio that we really didn’t want to leave that door open, but didn’t have a choice. The loft was hot and without air flow as well. I’ve been in hotels that are open air. And they are OPEN AIR!! Miserable night with almost no sleep.

Very clean Aparthotel but the furniture is very old need a revamp new funiture.Thete was no lettle in our apartment and asked at the reception and was given one which eas good service. Every thing is alright for a tourist with a car. The railway station is as far as two kilometers from the location of the hotel. So this is an advantage for some people and disadvantage for others .

Great place to stay!

Park Sedo has parking, which was our biggest worry based on other nights. We got a townhouse with 2 bedrooms and a balcony. The restaurant/bar next to the hotel has some great deserts and coffee drinks and beer on tap. We didn't want to stay in the city, so we found this place. It was a 10 minute walk to the train station and about an hour train ride into downtown. The staff at the hotel helped us figure all of this out and were very fun to chit chat.
We would recommend the Park Sedo to anyone who wants to go to Southern Spain, but not stay in the city.

This hotel was a great stay. Very spacious rooms, very clean and situated in an area where access to the motorway is easy. Great parking facilities, great service and would come again at any time. The best thing was the price which was very reasonable.

The area can remind a little about a UK estate but is actually not that bad.

Our initial thoughts on driving to the area were worrying....but how wrong were we to find this hidden gem of a hotel! The gentleman on reception was very friendly and helpful. Our room was exceptional...large with a sitting area, and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom very clean and plenty of hot water. We ate in the restaurant that evening: the waitress and food both very good. We didn't take breakfast, as per normal for us. We can definitley recommend The Parc Sedo.

apartment hotel some ways from town center

this hotel was chosen for price and closeness to hiway (we are driving rental car thru Spain) - turns out to be 2 zones away from Barcelona center so rather long subway ride (45 mins) and sometimes long wait for train. But beats driving into town and finding and paying for parking.

Easy to access from freeway

A very comfortable and clean hotel tucked away in a residential area. Onsite parking is a big plus. We arrived on Sunday, the hotel restaurant was closed, as was all the other ones nearby, but a convenience store was open. Kitchen facility in the room was great.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au Park Sedo aparthotel.
Très propre et avec un service remarquable (serviettes changées chaque jour, ménage et lits faits chaque jour).
Il comporte tout le nécessaire pour se faire à manger , même si le four est vieillot. Une petite terrasse pour faire sécher le linge avec un étendoir gracieusement fourni. Pas de machine a laver. La situation est bonne, à proximité de Barcelone (20 minutes en voiture). Il y a un LIDL a proximité. Par contre la micro piscine ne convient qu aux enfants en bas age.

Este es un ejemplo de como el mal trato por parte de un miembro del equipo echa por tierra el trabajo de todos y la experiencia en el hotel.
Entramos a las 14:30 ya que aunque es cierto que el chekin es a las 15:00 llegamos un poco antes del viaje de 700 km. Pues la recepcionista una persona desagradable y parca en palabras nos dijo que todavia no estaba la habitacion limpia. Nos tuvo 25 minutos esperando en la recepcion hasta que cambió el turno para no hacer el checkin ella. Nos mintio claramente pues la habitacion que teniamos asignada nos dimos cuenta que estaba en el pasillo de entrada y no habia nadie de limpieza a esas horas y claramente estaba limpia a nuestra llegada. Simplemente mintio para no hacer el registro de entrada en su turno, se fué y le dejó el registro a su compañera. Lamentable, personas asi son las que sobran.
La compañera q nos atendio finalmente una chica muy agradable y dispuesta, una pena que tenga que comerse el trabajo de la otra lista.

Entramos el viernes 30 mayo a las 14:30

Clean and spacious however we had a bad experience with the noise at night coming from one of the appartments. The couple were yelling (violence, s**..) and partying for 2 nights which didn't help us to sleep well. We told the reception about this twice but they didn't fix the issue although they were friendly. The pool wasn't in service when we stayed which is a bit disappointing.

Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Néanmoins, les murs des chambres sont très fins ; on entend tout ! De plus, nous avions payé pour un appartement et celui-ci comportait des escaliers très étroits juste après la porte d'entrée ; ce n'était pas précisé.

J'ai demandé s'il était possible de changer de chambre car j'étais avec une personne âgée. Ils ont accédé à notre demande et nous ont fourni une chambre de plain-pied, mais trois fois plus petite… et le prix n'a pas été changé en revanche. Un peu déçu.

L’hôtel est très simple, le petit déjeuner aussi. Nous avons été mis dans une chambre à côté de la réception donc beaucoup de bruit. Et sur le site il était indiqué que la piscine ouvrait le 15 avril. Et quand j’ai demandé à la réception elle m’a dit « ah non pas du tout, c’est pas avant mi mai ». Expérience mitigée.

Nous avons loué un appartement hôtel duplex pour 4 personnes. Côté cuisine c'est le strict minimum et plus que vieillissant : 4 personnes donc 4 assiettes, idem pour les couverts. Pas de passoire pour à minima égoutter des pâtes.

Salle de bain et toilettes à l'étage

En terme d'isolation des murs : zéro. On peut suivre la conversation du voisin d'appartement.

En terme de point positif :
le parking couvert (si vous arrivez à trouver une place)
le quartier est calme

Deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel,et l'accueil y est toujours aussi agréable. L'hôtel est calme et très confortable. Petit plus: bouteilles d'eau dans le réfrigérateur. Il y avait également une terrasse attenante à la chambre et un parking en sous-sol.

El buen recibimiento y atención por parte del personal. Un lugar tranquilo y relajado. Buen desayuno. Lugar apartado del jaleo, pero que paseando en 15 minutos llegas a la zona céntrica de Rubí donde encuentras de todo. Tiene su propio parquing lo que lo hace cómodo.
